Dans un contexte de plus en plus complexe associant des facteurs scientifiques, technologiques, sociaux et politiques, cet article vise, par une analyse du parcours de l’information produite par les programmes français de sciences citoyennes relatifs à la biodiversité marine et côtière, à mieux appréhender sa place dans la gouvernance informationnelle de l’environnement. Basée sur un questionnaire en ligne et des entretiens semi-directifs, l’étude donne la parole aux coordinateurs des programmes et aux utilisateurs potentiels ou avérés de l’information qui en découle. Les résultats mettent en évidence le parcours de production, de structuration et d’utilisation de l’information notamment géographique, les acteurs et les dispositifs impliqués. Cinq catégories d’usage en lien avec la connaissance et la gestion de la biodiversité marine et côtière sont identifiées. This is by no means a new idea, yet the current number and variety of citizen science initiatives attest of the growing opportunities for public participation in the enrichment and circulation of naturalist knowledge. In an increasingly complex context involving scientific, technological, social and political factors, this article aims to analyze the information flow produced by the French Citizen Science programs relating to marine and coastal biodiversity and its place in the information governance of the environment. Based on an online questionnaire and semi-directive interviews, the study gives voice to program coordinators and potential or proven users of this information. The results make it possible to establish the path of production, structuring and use of geographical information, as well as the actors and devices involved. Five categories of use related to knowledge and management of marine and coastal biodiversity were also identified.

Dazu wurde eine Methode zur Bestimmung der Phenolabbaupotenz von Wasser- und Sedimentproben ausgearbeitet. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, daß in abwasserbelasteten Gewässern sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter phenoloxydierende Mikroorganismen nachzuweisen sind. Der mikrobielle Phenolabbau erfolgt vorwiegend in der warmen Jahreszeit bei Wassertemperaturen über 10° C. In der Kieler Außenförde nahm die Phenolabbaupotenz im Frühling und Sommer mit der Wassertemperatur zu. In der offenen Ost- und Nordsee fanden sich nur in einigen Sedimenten Phenolabbauer, jedoch nicht im Wasser. In the Baltic and the North Sea, as weil as in the small Schwentine river, experiments were made on the presence of microorganisms which decompose phenol. For this purpose, a method of determining the phenol-degradation capacity of water and sediment samples was worked out. The results show that phenol-oxidizing microorganisms are present in polluted waters in the summer as weil as in the winter. The microbial decomposition of phenol takes place mainly during the warm season at water temperatures above 10° C. At the outer end of the Kiel fjord, the capacity to degrade phenol increased in the spring and summer with the temperature of the water. In the open Baltic and North Sea, phenol-decomposers were found only in some sediment samples, not however, in the water.

Die in der Literatur beschriebenen, klassischen histologischen Charakteristika sind insbesondere bei entzündlicher Überlagerung des Epithels nicht immer eindeutig zu erkennen. Folglich besteht der Bedarf nach einer verläßlichen Methode, um den KZOT eindeutig diagnostizieren und damit eine Abgrenzung zu den nicht-neoplastischen odontogenen Zysten ermöglichen zu können. Unter 494 Patientenfällen fielen alle Patienten (n = 134), die an einem KZOT im Zeitraum von 1993 bis 2010 erkrankt waren und deren Biopsiematerial verfügbar war. Die differentialdiagnostisch wichtigen Krankheiten der Kontrollgruppe, das sind die follikulären und radikulären Zysten, wurden auf etwa 100 Fälle begrenzt, da diese im allgemeinen wesentlich häufiger als KZOTs auftreten. Neben den odontogenen Zysten dienten dem Vergleich auch das Basalzellkarzinom (n = 20) und das Ameloblastom (n = 50). Mittels Fluoreszenz-in-situ-Hybridisierung konnte bei 375 Fällen, worunter sich 124 KZOTs befanden, zwar der Bereich des in der Literatur beschriebenen Amplikon 12q13.1-12q13.3 insbesondere in den Epithelzellkernen des KZOT markiert und ausgewertet werden, eine Amplifikation fand sich jedoch weder in den KZOT-Fällen noch in den Fällen der nicht-neoplastischen odontogenen Zysten, des Basalzellkarzinoms und des Ameloblastoms.

Dazu wurde eine Methode zur Bestimmung der Phenolabbaupotenz von Wasser- und Sedimentproben ausgearbeitet. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, daß in abwasserbelasteten Gewässern sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter phenoloxydierende Mikroorganismen nachzuweisen sind. Der mikrobielle Phenolabbau erfolgt vorwiegend in der warmen Jahreszeit bei Wassertemperaturen über 10° C. In der Kieler Außenförde nahm die Phenolabbaupotenz im Frühling und Sommer mit der Wassertemperatur zu. In der offenen Ost- und Nordsee fanden sich nur in einigen Sedimenten Phenolabbauer, jedoch nicht im Wasser. In the Baltic and the North Sea, as weil as in the small Schwentine river, experiments were made on the presence of microorganisms which decompose phenol. For this purpose, a method of determining the phenol-degradation capacity of water and sediment samples was worked out. The results show that phenol-oxidizing microorganisms are present in polluted waters in the summer as weil as in the winter. The microbial decomposition of phenol takes place mainly during the warm season at water temperatures above 10° C. At the outer end of the Kiel fjord, the capacity to degrade phenol increased in the spring and summer with the temperature of the water. In the open Baltic and North Sea, phenol-decomposers were found only in some sediment samples, not however, in the water.

The body behind the trunk armour is preserved onto the tip of the tapering caudal fin. The caudal region resembles that in ptyctodontid and petalichthyid placoderms.

Die in der Literatur beschriebenen, klassischen histologischen Charakteristika sind insbesondere bei entzündlicher Überlagerung des Epithels nicht immer eindeutig zu erkennen. Folglich besteht der Bedarf nach einer verläßlichen Methode, um den KZOT eindeutig diagnostizieren und damit eine Abgrenzung zu den nicht-neoplastischen odontogenen Zysten ermöglichen zu können. Unter 494 Patientenfällen fielen alle Patienten (n = 134), die an einem KZOT im Zeitraum von 1993 bis 2010 erkrankt waren und deren Biopsiematerial verfügbar war. Die differentialdiagnostisch wichtigen Krankheiten der Kontrollgruppe, das sind die follikulären und radikulären Zysten, wurden auf etwa 100 Fälle begrenzt, da diese im allgemeinen wesentlich häufiger als KZOTs auftreten. Neben den odontogenen Zysten dienten dem Vergleich auch das Basalzellkarzinom (n = 20) und das Ameloblastom (n = 50). Mittels Fluoreszenz-in-situ-Hybridisierung konnte bei 375 Fällen, worunter sich 124 KZOTs befanden, zwar der Bereich des in der Literatur beschriebenen Amplikon 12q13.1-12q13.3 insbesondere in den Epithelzellkernen des KZOT markiert und ausgewertet werden, eine Amplifikation fand sich jedoch weder in den KZOT-Fällen noch in den Fällen der nicht-neoplastischen odontogenen Zysten, des Basalzellkarzinoms und des Ameloblastoms.
