"As part of the actions promoted by the Erasmus + Programme for the exchange between schools, it is intended to propose the application for the project ""Virtually_Virtuosi"", which will take place presumably from September 2020 to August 2022, 24 months.The partnership consists of 3 Italian and 3 European schools (Portugal, Sweden, Turkey), which intend to promote innovative good practices according to the following horizontal priorities of the Programme- Consolidate the profile of the teaching profession by supporting teachers in the development of innovative teaching and assessment methods, in particular, to promote competence-based teaching and learning, primarily digital, intercultural and citizenship-based learning.- Strengthen the development of key competences (in line with the 2018 Council Recommendation for lifelong learning) by promoting inter-curricular collaboration, creativity and innovative learning approaches and environments, helping teachers in the delivery of competence based teaching and in the development of assessment and validation of key competences.The project will be articulated in several direct mobility actions - transnational meetings and in-presence training events - and indirect mobility actions using platforms, mainly eTwinning and in the case of socials.Teachers and pupils from all schools of the partnership will be involved, according to the shared selection criteria that will participate in- Direct mobility: transnational meetings - LTTA, 3 days- Virtual Mobility: eTwinning classes, seminars, conference callThe numbers and characteristics of the participants are defined by the project team according to the following criteria- Transnational meetings: teachers from each of the partner schools, chosen according to their availability, motivation and role in the project (e.g. digital animators, eTwinning teachers, specific instrumental functions on European design), school leaders. Students will be involved in three LTTAs (Italy, Portugal, Turkey)The focus of the project is based on the innovation of learning environments, with particular reference to the type of resources and didactical strategies suitable for learners in an intergenerational perspective. It is internationally known that the revolution that has taken place in recent years regarding new ways of learning concerns above all the places of learning: from technological classrooms, Classroom 3.0 for example, to BYOD - Bring Your Own Device classrooms, to upturned classrooms, up to pilot experiences that have seen the integrated use of methods and approaches, through the pedagogical support of Media Literacy.The ""V_V"" project aims to provide all the beneficiaries with the opportunity to compare good practices in place in their schools and propose new ones, to be tested during the two years of the project, in order to make them exportable, even beyond the planned 24 months. Digital Animators will be involved in Italian schools and in European schools local experts in the use of ICT to coordinate the launch and consolidation of pilot experiences, which will then be shared, exported and collected in a permanent digital archive of effective practices.The training of teachers will also be fundamental, both for those who will participate in direct mobility and for those who will be virtually connected with partner schools. The training will be on the field - job shadowing activities - and blended, using chat rooms, platforms and all the resources that the partners will make available to each other, in order to consolidate distance learning experiences, to be used not only in extraordinary contexts like the current one.The students' mobility will be both virtual and direct, focusing on laboratory activities both in presence and at a distance, using eTwinning, already known in the partner schools, as well as a communication tool during the drafting of the ""V_V"" project.An eTwinning team will be created that will have relevant roles and tasks in promoting virtual teaching/learning activities, as examples of good practices.During the 24 months of life of the ""V_V"" project the partners will - They will create the project site, opening a virtual space inside it that will archive materials and proposals, accessible and exportable, a fundamental resource for a constant and updated dissemination.- New eTwinning classes will be activated, also with the contribution of local experts, eTwinning Ambassadors- They will participate in training/informative events- They will use socials and any other interactive means to communicate in real time, monitoring the state of the art of the project, with Conference Call, virtual work groups, digital archives,- They will share the organization of the meetings in presence, monitoring risks, supporting each other."

CONTEXT /BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT The Erasmus+ project titled ‘’INCLUDE ME IN ’’ tackles an issue currently important in multicultural Europe, namely promotion of inclusive education . In Europe 15 million children are with special educational needs. We have observed the communication and the interaction between the disabled and SEN students and the non-disabled students and there is lack of sharing and very often the relationship can be characterized by indifference and ignoring. We have decided to write this project where we expect all the children, to socialize easier to each other, to overcome the negative feelings, to improve the motivation, behavior, attitudes and view of the world around them . In the project we include children with mild disabilities, ADHD, autism and other mild conditions. By reading the reports from the European Commission and the European Disability Strategy 2010-2020 we have learnt that this project's aim is in accordance which focuses on equal access to quality education and life long learning which enables disabled people to participate fully in society and improve their quality of life. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECTOur main objective is to enhance the skills of the disabled and SEN students important for their everyday life and the curriculum. To involve them in school and class activities by the help of teachers. ''INCLUDE ME IN '' is going to be a bridge between countries with different background (in the sense of economy, culture, religion, educational system) and exchange of experiences, lifestyle, and the way the disabled people are integrated in their societies. Continuously the project will provide better interaction between all the students, will encourage teamwork between disabled and non-disabled children, will foster peer teaching and learning. Teachers will apply new teaching strategies, methods and techniques. We plan to achieve this by organizing activities that enhance life skills for a better managing everyday life. The aims of the project will be accomplished by organizing workshops with disabled and non-disabled children where they will be trained to use digital tools for easier leaning at school, enhancing the life skills and increasing their self confidence and the increasing the feeling of importance though organizing sports activities. NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS The project is addressed to students between 9 and 14 years of age, teachers, partner schools and indirectly to parents, and local community in which the school’s functions as well as to all other groups which aim to conduct educational activities in the field of communication and education who seek inspiration and are willing to share our experiences and use project results/products made available through various information channels. There will be 4 mobilities and on each mobility every country will include 2 disabled and 2 non disabled students accompanied by parents and teachers. The Romanian school will include on each mobility 4 disabled students accompanied by parents and teachers. Also the participant countries will include students with economic, educational, geographical and social obstacles. The total number of direct participants on mobilities will be 128. The number of indirect participants will be much greater because a large number of students and teacher will be included while the country hosts.DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIESThe main activities in the project include workshops, using digital tools, power point presentations, sport activities, cooking activities,creation of new products like videos, photographs, photo book, school corner, greeting cards, brochure about methodologies, analysis of data gathered.METHODOLOGY In order to carry out the project the four partners set a plan. They will coordinate, cooperate and exchange ideas and practices during the 2 years of the project.The main coordinator will make sure of transparency of the whole process and its proper development. Video calls will be carried out periodically to discuss progress and problems. By means of transnational teams a methodology brochure will be created based on respect for the set benchmarks and a spirit of exchange of ideas and practices.RESULTS AND IMPACTThis project is going to result in raising the awareness for collaboration and responsibility.By creating an international website, videos, presentations, booklet with teaching methodologies, making of Christmas cards, questionnaires, and a photo book we are going to expect valuable impact in schools and communities.LONG TERM BENEFITSThe better structured and higher quality classes, the products , the creating of a yearly event to celebrate the 3rd December as an International Day for Disabled Persons, the shared results, the enhancement of the schools success and the gained values are the long term benefits.
