<< Objectives >>The main objective of this project is to train youth workers to approach the inclusion topic through radio as a methodology to work on interculturality and as a tool to raise awareness among the population. To do so, we will investigate the local realities of discriminated groups in each country and we will involve them in the creation of intercultural content for the radio, in order to make them visible and give voice to the different existing cultures.<< Implementation >>At the beginning of the project it will take place a Kick Off Meeting, then the following trainings will be implemented: Intercultural communication and use of the radio, Techniques and tools of group dynamization to favor intercultural learning, and a training on intercomprehension. Periodic podcasts will also be created with the collaboration of discriminated groups where the acquired knowledge will be reflected. At the end of the project there will be a final group evaluation.<< Results >>The main result of the project will be the radio contents created monthly, which will reflect all the work invested in the project and everything learned during the trainings. About the youth workers we expect to see an increase in their competencies and knowledge about the inclusion of discriminated groups, while we hope that these groups will feel empowered, listened to and visible, generating a positive impact on them and on society.

The general idea of this project focuses on the exchange of good practices in youth work in the field of environmental awareness regarding sustainability and responsible consumption. During the project, youth workers from Portugal, Italy, Greece, Slovenia and Spain will participate in a training route that will impact on the local youngsters with the aim that they will become #Greenfluencers, critical and active citizens in the field of environmental awareness. The current pandemic of COVID-19 has given the population a much greater awareness of the relation between the quality of our environment and our health, proving that the way we live, consume and produce is determining for the climate and can have a very negative impact on our health. The objectives of the project are the following:- To share good practices in the field of environmental awareness among organisations that work directly with youth.- To work jointly in environmental campaigns in which youngsters will end up becoming multipliers with the scope of turning them into active citizens with a critical spirit.- To analise social entrepreneurship cases based on sustainability and responsible consumption, in order to discover new possibilities for unemployed youngsters that find themselves in a crucial moment to define their professional future.- To involve the youngsters in the dissemination of good practices through digital media- To disseminate the “Zero Waste” philosophy and the circular economy concept- To find joint solutions to environmental challenges at a local and European level- To explore the latest virtual tools in terms of environmental dissemination- To foster a sustainable and healthy lifestyle amongst youngsters- To contribute to making environmental policies a priority in the local, regional and European political agendaParticipants will vary in each of the activities. At the mobilities “Preparation Meeting M1” and “Final Meeting M2” the participants will be 2 coordinators from each organisation. The participants in the four international training courses “C1 Social eco-entrepreneurship”, “C2 Social and solidarity-based economy”, “C3 Circular economy and green growth” and “C4 Zero Waste activism” will be two youth workers per organisation, who are linked to it, and who have an English level that allows them to interact, over 18 and who have residency in one of the participant countries in the project. Finally, the young participants of the local groups, who will be the primary actors in the local work meetings and virtual meetings “A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8”, will be over 18 and will have different profiles according to the country, but in all cases the profiles with fewer opportunities will be prioritised. The desired impact is that all organisations exchange, learn and share good practices in the field of environmental awareness. Thus, we hope that the project proves to be transformative for the organisations involved, that they implement as many of the discovered practices during the project as possible and that they integrate an environmental awareness philosophy, in order to become an inspiration and to continue contributing to raising awareness, fostering consumption alternatives and healthy lifestyles, disseminating the “Zero Waste” philosophy and the circular economy concept.Regarding youth workers, we intend that they receive the necessary tools and knowledge to make their daily work with youngsters more sustainable and respectful with the environment. The youngsters involved in each local community will be able to discover this topic through an experiential and a stimulating way, and to be more aware of their potential as agents of change and to become active and critical citizens. The project #Greenfluencers aims to achieve durable, visible and useful results for the youngsters and for the involved organisations themselves:- To put in common the good practices in the field of environmental awareness among organisations, training youth workers and influencing work groups made of local youngsters, mostly unemployed;- To convert each group of youngsters in multipliers of good practices through digital media converting them in active citizens with a critic spirit;- To disseminate movements of responsible consumption, social entrepreneurship, sustainability and Zero Waste among the young people of each participating country and to reach more people through digital media;- To discover and disseminate alternative ways to the ways of traditional consumption through digital media;- To create a social impact and to foster, via the work groups, sustainable local initiatives;- To lay the foundations and to establish ties among the groups of youngsters for the creation of future projects about sustainability.
