Europe at the moment is facing major problems. Among these, the dis-empowerment of young people who feel marginalized from society, are unemployed and can't find their place and don't know how to realize their potential in life. This is the major problem and at the same time the need that our organization has identified together with our project partners and this is what we want to address through this project.<< Implementation >>Therewill be 4 TPMs in 4 partner countries.We will use a number of methods to evaluate the usefulness of the project. First of all the the schedule of the project activities which is set for each working day dedicated to the evaluation. he participants will have the opportunity to share with the others how they felt during the passed day, their worries and how useful were the activities to them. Project results and outputs will also be used to measure the achievement<< Results >>The project can have a significant impact on participants and their society and the environment. This will include creating jobs and economic opportunities, promoting sustainable development, and addressing social and environmental issues such as poverty, inequality, and climate change.In this KA210 project the leadership skills of the participants will be developed through team building activities. It develops and strengthens personal, social and civic competencies, critical thinking and creativity, enhances employability and engagement. Partnership shares best practices, skills and competencies gained through non-formal learning. Youth empowerment is encouraging them to take charge of their lives. Youth face diverse challenges: accessing human and social rights, social exclusion and discrimination, employment difficulties, etc. Working and involving youth in actions, building skills and activation brings benefits in transition and early adulthood, providing an environment to gain self-confidence, and learn in a non-formal way. Project equips youth, and PwD with; key personal, professional and entrepreneurial competences and skills, increased capacities of youth workers and organizations working with youth to train youth and improving employability through applying non-formal learning mechanisms. It brings together different sectors to contribute to increasing youth potentials and engagement in decision-making processes, employability and practice to become active citizens. Project objective: contribute to strengthening skills and competencies of youth workers, young people and vulnerable groups to increase youth employability and involvement in democratic life. Results: increased knowledge and employability, gained experiences in job searching through inter-sector cooperation, increased interest to participate in democratic and decision making processes, gained insight and experience exchange on youth involvement, created non formal learning mechanisms for increasing youth employability; and increased youth knowledge through non-formal learning mechanisms.

Project duration period: 15th November 2018 – 14th November 2020. Project objective: to raise awareness on benefits of networking and internationalisation, common challenges and potentials of CSOs to increase social inclusion of youth; to strategically build CSOs management potentials, project management capacities - to train staff and youth workers on visions, missions, general networking skills and increase practical knowledge to reach vulnerable youth, to activate them to be active in society and involved in voluntary activities. More than 700 participants took part in project mobility and capacity building activities of which around half targeting persons with fewer opportunities.Eight Mobility Training Courses encompassed topics related to: Defining CSO’s vision and mission, strategic planning and development of youth communication strategies. Importance of youth and YW networking, existing EU networks. Information channelling using ICT and social media. Innovative collaborative and youth reach approaches, strategies and best practice exchange. Improving skill of CSOs to attract, involve and motivate staff, fundraising, crowd funding, budget preparation and financial management of local and international projects. Importance of networking, PR strategies and relations, negotiation and promotion skills, communication, constructive dialogue, effective interaction with CSOs. Presentation of best practices and innovative collaborative strategies for policy making skills and interaction with public and private stakeholders. Youth volunteering potentials, activities to activate local youth and a tool to reach NEETs, youth with disabilities and vulnerable youth groups. How to reach volunteers, involve them and to design and fund voluntary activities through EU funds. Practical skills in design and management of voluntary activities and best practices for involving youth in voluntary activities. PCM and generation of project ideas, preparation and implementation process mainstreamed through training course cycle. E+ and other funds promoted to participants. Mobility training courses also focused on gathering outcomes, improving evaluation skills, reporting, follow up activities, media and stakeholder representatives networking.Other conducted activities were: Opening Conferences, multi-day Networking conferences summarise key learning topics and conduct field work, working visits and networking with stakeholders. Organisation of Round Tables to provoke debate on legal frame for CSOs in Serbia and B&H, promote CSO working strategies, definition and recognition of youth work, propose potential solutions for better cooperation between CSOs and stakeholders, promote CSO strategic plans, EU grant opportunities and engage CSOs and policy makers for future collaboration with YWs. Multiply events - present project impact in Serbia and B&H with focus on grass root organisations and their functioning. Virtual support service in virtual learning and support as an opportunity to transfer best practices and expert support in project design and applications for funding. Research on CSO challenges, needs and best practice examples was compiled into a handbook on CSO capacities and project outputs and results.
