<< Objectives >>With 10 – 12 million members, Roma are the biggest ethnic minority in Europe. The key to their inclusion is both education and an unlimited access to professional orientation and job preparation. “pROceed goes practise” aims at raising the flexibility of opportunities in VET, at reducing prejudices and stereotypes, at counteracting the discrimination of Roma in education and employment and at promoting their socio-economic inclusion.<< Implementation >>Apart from the activities for the elaboration and dissemination of the project products, the partners from Germany, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia implement project meetings, two Pilot Trainings for the education of trainers, information and sensitisation events for teachers and social workers in schools, multiplier trainings, workshops for employers, the testing of the project products and a European Conference.<< Results >>Project results are among others:1. Guideline for the professional orientation of young Roma2. Online Self Assessment Tool for Roma for identifying appropriate jobs3. Accredited Curricula for the implementation of training courses for the preparation of adult Roma for selected jobs4. Successful finalisation of the training courses by 140 Roma5. Manual for employers6. Dissemination and exploitation of the project results

<< Objectives >>By implementing the project we want to:- to increase the level of knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, public communication and advocacy of the members of the organization. partner, - to raise awareness of the benefits of entrepreneurship among people with fewer opportunities-development of international relations and cooperation between org. partner- to achieve a better social inclusion of people with fewer opportunities from the vulnerable groups involved<< Implementation >>We will implement the following activities:- conducting a study on the perception of entrepreneurship among members of target groups-selection of 16 promoters (4 promoters / partner organization each)-elaboration Support for the training of promoters-conducting the training course for promoters-elaboration of the Awareness Campaign Plan-conducting the Awareness Campaign with the involvement of at least 400 people with fewer opportunities-Development of KA220-ADU Project Concept<< Results >>The results we will get are:- 16 promoters will be selected and trained (4 each / partner organization) who will acquire superior competencies in the field of entrepreneurship, public communication and advocacy- at least 400 adults will benefit from the awareness campaigns (100 from each partner country)- a cooperation partnership project concept will be developed to be submitted in the year following the completion of the current project, as a folow up to this project

Support for the better inclusion of the migrant Ukrainian youth from the cultural sectors, in the European host societies2. Overcoming the marginalization of the migrant Ukrainian youth and support for their inclusion in the host countries’ educational and labor market.3. Promoting the intercultural dialogue and tolerance towards the migrant Ukrainian youth<< Implementation >>The project has three main activities:1. Dissemination, cultural event - dissemination activities and joint cultural event (fest) of young Ukrainian performing and visual artists with young national artists from the partner countries<< Results >>The implementation of the project activities will lead to the following results:1. Developed and completed with sufficient content Virtual space for storytelling and exchange, containing at least four boards - Board for Youth information, Board for Success stories, Board for Initiatives, Job board.2. Organized and disseminated joint cultural event (fest) of young artists (performing and visual) from Ukraine migrant communities and from the partner countries national youth.
