    The project Youthpreneurs -Learning by doing follows 2 main directions: first, teaching business fundamentals by providing the knowledge and skills necessary for youth to start their own busines and second enhacing youth’s business skills for future career opportunities through hands-on experiences in the field of entrepreneurship.. The project objectives are: 1. To equip 36 young people from the partner organizations with necessary skills and knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship by participating in training and experiential activities. 2. To elaborate a common course curricula in the field of youth entrepreneurship and a guide for youngsters willing to start a new business. The proposal consists of 4 organizations experienced in the youth field and entrepreneurship in particular from Romania, Spain, UK and Portugal. During the project the youngsters will participate at a training course on entrepreneurship, will elaborate business plans, and will implement their businesses in local communities they come from. The project is a good way to engage, to raise motivation of the participants and to create excellent quality work through sharing of good training and learning practice between the partners. The partners organizations will use their experiences and will create 2 intellectual outputs ( Course curricula Innovative curriculum for entrepreneurship training of youths and the Guide How to start a business which are the results of sharing ideas, best practice, methodologies and resources between the partners.The project impacts the participants in terms of development of those qualities and personal skills which forms the basis of the entrepreneurial spirit and behaviour. The project creates pathways for youngsters to discover and create entrepreneurial opportunities and gives them the possibility to learn by doing through the planning and running of a business.

    Unemployment is still one of the strongest challenges EU youth are facing and the fight against remains a priority issue for ensuring the well-being of young people. Organizations actively involved in the education sector have identified concrete problems related to the inconsistency between competences acquired through the completion of traditional educational paths, and the real needs of the labor market. The transition into adulthood represents a turning point in the life of young people and involves a multi level process: transition into the world of work, from the education system on to the labour market, leaving parental home and developing independent living, taking the role of active citizens by developing skills and competencies for civic engagement.The project Mind the Gap is a Strategic partnership between organizations active in youth field from UK, Greece, Bulgaria and Romania and overall goal is to develop and implement strategic approaches to support disadvantaged youngsters and NEETs by facilitating their transition to career paths whether through further education or through work based learning opportunities. Specific objectives:-By November 2021, 16 youth workers from the partner countries will review organizations approaches and design and implement process changes through sharing practices, concepts and activities, resulting in more efficient and coherent educational programs that facilitate transition to career paths for disadvantaged youngsters whether through further education or through work based learning opportunities-By May 2021, partner organizations will have delivered 1 international mobility focused on professional exploration, personal development and reflection to 32 disadvantaged youth participants aged 16-22 years old with a view to understand their status as potential employee and to take acknowledge of practical means to benefit of learning and work opportunities.-By August 2021, 32 disadvantaged youth from the partner countries will be involved in work based learning schemes (Volunteering/Work placement/Training) at local levels.The project will focus on 3 key aspects:Multi level cooperation with stakeholders to find solutions in reducing discrepancies between the employees and the employers and matching young people skills with current and future labour demand. The project strongly connects our organizations and youth staff with key factors in youth education through the development of round tables sessions. Having stakeholders from different areas, will allow us to create a sharing&learning community wherein participating organizations, youngsters and stakeholders will exchange information and best practices as well as cooperate in identifying and pursuing improvements in adulthood transition and integration into the labour market. Partners through their youth workers will therefore collect, evaluate relevant practices, experiences and content produced by civil society actors across their communities in terms of youth adulthood transition and labor market integration to develop a comprehensive vision and common standards of action in the field. Our Youth workers will participate in an international seminar aiming to build up competences of youth workers from the partner countries to create strategic approaches that facilitate transition to career paths for disadvantaged youngsters whether through further education or through work based learning opportunities. The seminar will help us to identify support currently or potentially available to disadvantaged young people and consider how this might be aligned and packaged to ease their progress into and within the workplace and also to transfer different supportive services that facilitate young people transition into labor market such as: professional development program targeted to disadvantaged young people that facilitates professional exploration, development and reflection among them and work based learning strategies.Provision of career awareness and exploration opportunities in the labour market with a particular focus on disadvantaged youth categories from the partner countries.- through local and international mobility, 32 youngsters will be given the opportunity to understand their status as potential employees and to take advantage of practical means to benefit learning and work opportunities. Partners are committed to provide them 1 international training mobility which will be focused on exploration of the participants skills and interests and supporting youngsters to understand their status as potential employee and to take acknowledge of practical means to benefit of learning and work opportunities as well supportive services - Mind the gap program - education and work based learning opportunities: work placement, volunteering and training in different fields, both in own organization and/or facilitating entrance in another relevant organization at each one local level.

    The Digital Inclusion project has achieved its goal of fostering a positive exchange of good practices between organizations working in the field of adult education, coming from the following countries:- Italy (INFORMAMENTIS EUROPA AND GODESK)- UK (KBM Consultants)- Cyprus (RIVENSCO)- Turkey (KIR-COM)-Estonia (YSBF)The Project has succeeded, through the activities carried out, in improving the skills of the personnel of the organizations involved, in the field of digital literacy and social inclusion, in particular for some target groups of people who are more disadvantaged in the labor market and more exposed to social exclusion, as immigrants and the unemployed.The partners, in fact, while operating in geographically and culturally different contexts, face daily challenges regarding technological, economic and migratory changes, which are transforming both our society and the labor market. Such changes require an effort to understand the reality from a multicultural point of view, new skills and continuous knowledge updates even for those working in adult education. The international partnership work, enriched by the different experiences and backgrounds of those who work there, has allowed the staff of the organizations involved to discover and develop new methods and strategies, able to involve disadvantaged adults in greater quantities and with more effective methods Lifelong learning.At the base of the partnership there was the common awareness that social inclusion should start from the involvement of adults in lifelong learning paths, to improve their culture, to combat the phenomena of racism and intolerance, to improve their life prospects and work and to combat computer illiteracy and the digital divide.Thanks to the research and analysis activities carried out for the project, the organizations involved were able to know:- the economic and social situations of the partner countries;- policies to combat poverty and support integration;- initiatives in favor of computer / digital literacy for adults;- integrated and innovative approaches, in order to support employability and social inclusion,- the good practices tested in the various countries for adult education, in particular for the acquisition / strengthening of social, civic and intercultural competences.The staff of the partners involved also benefited from the activities of the JSTE, which, on the one hand consolidated the new skills, knowledge and skills acquired by the staff who worked on the project, and on the other supported the extension of the benefits of Digital Inclusion to the local communities of each member of the partnership, since the results of the JSTE have been used in the usual activities and shared with the vast network of stakeholders that each partner has at local / national level.The beneficiaries of the Digital Inclusion project were1) direct beneficiaries, which are the organizations involved and their staff working in adult education2 )indirect beneficiaries, the stakeholders at local / national level such as: - trainers and teachers working in the field of adult education; - workers, - managers, - administrators or politicians who are part of organizations (public and private) involved in the fight against social exclusion policies / actions;- workers, managers, administrators or politicians who are part of organizations (public and private) involved in the integration of migrants and refugees professionals who work in support of migrants and the unemployed; - social workers, psychologists and human resources managers;- NGO representatives involved in various ways in adult education, vocational schools and universities.The project has produced1) tangible results: preliminary research, collection of good practices, web and digital tools (project website; blog; facebook page), newsletters, brochures, educational activities for adults carried out by the various partners with the use of new methodologies and approach2) non-tangible results: a significant increase in the knowledge, skills and competences of the organizations involved, their staff and stakeholders, on the main project issues (innovative approaches to adult learning, non-formal method of adult education and training; digital education and community building).
