By developing and introducing new Bologna-compliant case-oriented master and doctoral curricula, intensive capacity building mechanism and establishing Offices of Student Ombudsman supported by Code of Academic Integrity the project will bring the following positive challenges in a short term:1. Improving of academic quality of Human Rights studies in Ukraine and Moldova;2. Society demand on promoting, facilitating and assurance of human rights concept and practices will be satisfied by comprehensive training services;3. Urgent necessity on qualitative legal support of internally displaced persons and refugees from zones of military conflict and occupied territories of Donbass and Crimea (Ukraine) and unrecognized territories of Transnistria (Moldova);4. Professional, language and personal skills of programme graduates allow them successfully extend their career on the preferred public or private law sector.Innovative character of the project:1. The project breaks the current stereotypes in the content of available academic HR curriculum in UA and MD and contributes to the fight against xenophobia and homophobia in society2. Students will be directly engaged in monitoring of human rights in their universities (identifying cases of discrimination, corruption, breach of privacy, etc.)3.) Some of human rights competences (rights of refugees, migrants) were not required by the market of legal services - now the situation has changed dramatically. The aggression of Russia led to the fact that 1.5m people have fled their homes and they have long would need support at different levels. The project provide the direct output for targeted Group - Internally displaced persons and refugees from occupied territories of Donbass and Crimea (Ukraine).

To ensure that reform occurs, universities in Moldova need to build the capacity of their managers in relation to governance, strategic planning and management. Managers need to be able to drive through change and cope with the greater complexity that goes with increased size and independence. As part of this reform, leaders and managers need to ensure that their institutions are focused on the needs of the Moldovan economy and society.The project addresses the need for development for university leaders and managers in Moldova through the creation and implementation of a structured leadership and management programme, tailored to the specific needs of higher education institutions in Moldova. It will create structures and materials to support the programme as well as identify and equip dedicated facilitates where the training will take place. Learning will take place through lectures from visiting speakers, action learning sets, national management research projects, and exercises to strengthen professional networks. The project will ensure staff training workshops are developed and executed for the Moldovan university staff responsible for implementing the new programme. To support the ongoing sustainability of the programme, a cross university staff delivery network will be developed.During the life of the project, 208 Moldovan leaders and managers will have been developed through the programme with a demonstrable impact on their capacity to operate the governance, strategic plans and management of HEIs. In the year following the project, it is expected that a minimum of 128 managers will benefit from taking the programme in project institutions and that at least 14 additional Moldovan universities will have adopted the programme, thus enhancing the capacity for reform of HE nationally.

It aims to reinforce university-industry relationship based on smart (tailored) entrepreneurial approach in HEIs from Eastern Partnership countries and enhancement of students’ and graduates’ competitive intelligence (CI) (behaviours, skills, mindsets) and their ability to create jobs.Outputs:- 9 concepts of hubs at EaPC HEIs;- Improved skills of 130 teachers;- CI programme(CIP) based on MOOCs and 3 new course supports on acceleration, art, digital skills; - Implemented the CIP covering course 1.part 1, course 2, 3 for 540 registered learners from 9 EaCP HEIs and at least 135 online learners registered for CIP covering course 1.part 2, course 2, 3;- 162 practical performance activities with students done by trained teacher;- Enrolled in CIP 27 students will develop open innovations with companies;- 18 best students benefited from internships; -100 students participated in all 3 National Bootcamps;- 18 students benefited from mobility to Pitch competition;- 9 action plans to improve collaboration and communication between HEIs-industry;- At least 20 programmes in which students do not automatically come into contact with entrepreneurial studies(ES) will be revised and adapted to include it;Impact: AT LOCAL LEVELs the involved PC HEIs will directly benefit from: Fostered experience of the teaching staff of the HEIs; implemented new technologies and learning approaches; AT NATIONAL LEVEL updated facilities;Competition; fostered students skills, especially those who do not automatically come into contact with ES; improved quality of educationAT REGIONAL LEVEL is foreseen a common participatory, evidence-based processes following the objectives of the Bologna process and guided by EU partners in order to support the modernization of the EaPC HE systems and development of important area of activities with these partner countries.
