The project is in line with the field specific priorities in the youth sector and is aimed at providing means for fostering a stronger participation of the young people in the democratic and civic life in Europe as well as broadening and deepening their political and social participation from local, through national and up to European level. The main objective of the project is to promote the active citizenship of young people by creating an innovative on-line communication platform for a dialogue between them and those responsible for the youth policies formation and cooperation in implementing regional strategies for sustainable development as well as the establishment of a Balkan youth network for cooperation and communication. The envisaged online platform can be viewed as a ‘participatory space’ – a place where young people can come together to explore and develop their own ideas and go on to meet with decision makers. It shall be a space for dialogue and reflection where young people can get to know the decision makers and vice versa, where barriers can be broken down and issues discussed. There is a growing concern at political level and enough evidence to indicate that young people have been turning away from established forms of democratic participation, for example increased abstention from voting and decreasing membership in political parties is indicating that young people are disengaging from “traditional” forms of participation and finding “alternative” or “innovative” forms of participation to replace them. The participation of young people in decision-making processes – be they political, civic, civil society or other – fosters their active citizenship, enhances their inclusion, and strengthens their contribution to the advancement of democracy. It is essential, therefore, to foster this participation and the main goal of the project is to support young people’s (positive) attitude to influence decisions in democratic processes – be that at national, regional or local levels – and to increase their involvement in the development of inclusive and peaceful societies. Specific goals and objectives of the project, relevant to youth participation: -Increasing the influence young people have on decision making in a public body; -Increasing the voter turnout amongst young people; -Enabling public bodies to consult with young people through new, modern media; -Encouraging decision makers to be more receptive to youth participation; -Educate the educators in formal, non-formal and other settings on the wide range of approaches to youth participation emphasizing the importance of children and young people having an opportunity to engage and learn about democratic decision making from an early age;

CONTEXT In July 2016, Eurostat published the official statistics about unemployment in the EU. While the average unemployment rate in the EU is as low as 8.6%, huge discrepancies among member states are registered and recent developments show a persisting high youth unemployment percentage (18.6%). In the absence of clear policy action, it will be harder for unemployed people to find new jobs. Addressing these challenges, an array of literature predicts that the so-called “circular economy” would add a remarkable number of jobs and stimulate unemployed people re-join the workforce. ‘Circular Economy’ comprises such diverse aspects as product design, production processes, consumption, waste management, reuse and recycling, all of which present significant potential opportunities for job development and employment. OBJECTIVES Project 'You inCOME' aimed at the exchange of first-hand experiences, theoretical projects and context-specific initiatives will serve the purpose of deepening the knowledge about ‘circular economy’, creating moments of reflection and exchange of good practices not only for the young people involved, but also for the trainers, relevant stakeholders and the partners and organisations active in the project, thus laying the foundation for more cooperation efforts in the field of youth. The project also addressed 2 main priorities: - HORIZONTAL: Sustainable investment, performance and efficiency in education and training. - YOUTH: Promoting entrepreneurship education and social entrepreneurship among young people. ORGANIZATIONSTRAKYA UNIVERSITY Entrepreneurship Application and Research Centre aimed at performing applications and research studies on entrepreneurship and publish articles related to entrepreneurship, to examine the culture of entrepreneurship in Turkey, to analyze the essential circumstances and the problems related to these circumstances, to develop solution recommendations, to build an archive, a library and case data for the development of entrepreneurship and to help to organize conferences, seminars and courses on entrepreneurship.LEGACOOP PUGLIA represent about 500 cooperative enterprises, operating in varous sectors of activities (agriculture, traditional and innovative services, construction, social field, cultural field) through the entire region to promote the development of cooperation and mutual aid and the relationships between members ANIMAM VIVENTEM promotes the welfare of people, intervening at a psychosocial and educational level. We intend to promote balanced and sustainable social development, developing projects and actions of local interest, and projecting them into an European dimension.FUNDACIÓN CV PACTO EMPLEO VALENCIA (FCVPE) was created in 2005 by the City Hall of Valencia in agreement with the main social and public institutions of the Region of Valencia: The main target of FCVPE is supporting people with fewer opportunities, providing them with jobs, training and labour insertion. ACTIVITIES The activities performed during the project were divided in Work Packages: WP1 - Project Management and Coordination. Including 3 Transnational project meetings (Turkey, Italy, Spain). WP2 - Mapping, research activities and exchange of good practices. Including a short-term joint staff event in Spain. WP3 - Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance. WP4 - Dissemination and Exploitation of results. RESULTS The project, based on the exchange of good practices, produced this main result: - 2 reports for the National Agency; - Report on research;- Training course - Project website; - Newsletters; - Press releases; - Communication campaigns on social networks; IMPACTSThis project allowed directly or indirectly to:- increase cooperation (institutional relationship), using experience and consultation from other EU28+ countries;- increase reciprocity, as the partnership is built on a basis of equality, all partners will benefit from the project;- increase competences enhancement at the institutional level in terms of project management, learning methodologies, communication, evaluation, dissemination and exploitation of results;- increase ability for every partner to work with organisations they did not know before;- acquisition of a European sense of belonging and improved communitarian mind-set.Outside the participating organizations the project activities and outputs have been shared with relevant stakeholders (other NGOs, education bodies, public authorities, private companies). For them the expected impact was globally to raise awareness on the matters and foster decision-making aiming at addressing unemployed young people with entrepreneurial aspirations and turn them into 'resources' for the society in new and innovative ways.

Agroheritage is the collection of local plant varieties (landraces), local animal breeds, traditional agricultural techniques, uses and knowledge developed by people through ages. These have been the basis of modern agriculture and medicine. Due to their high genetic diversity of landraces, they have a huge variety in shape, color, taste, nutritional value, pathogen/disease resistance and climate adaptation. These properties have been used to develope modern cultivars. Similarly, the diversity of local animal breeds are being used for modern livestock breeding. In contrast to the crucial importance of these agroheritage elements for human survival as being food, raw material for clothing, construction and health; instensive use of modern plant cultivars and livestocks have resulted in discontinuation of these elements. In other words, traditional seeds, animals and knowledge are being lost day by day. So, genepol required for sustainable agriculture has been diminishing. This situation has been emphasized by many international organizations such as FAO, UNDP and EU, and have been proposed to take action on awareness raising, encouragement and support of local people to continue/restart planting/rearing landraces. The most effective way to conserve agroheritage is to show people that they are useful and valuable. This fits within the scope of the work of agricultural proffesionals. Therefore introduction of this concept into higher education agenda will built a base for sustainable investment for agriculture. The more qualified agriculturalists the more effective he/she is in the agricultural community. The objective of the project is to offer a comprehensive course curriculum with free online learning material supported by hands-on trainings to agricultural students and this will acquire awareness and skills of them for revealing, conserving, reproducing, disseminating and promoting agroheritage in their future proffesional life. Another objective is to increase students’ knowledge and capacity by presenting them international information, examples, best experiences and interactions. So that they can lead farmers by being innovative, creative and cooperative in utilizing agroheritage. Although the end user of this course will be undergraduate agricultural students, everyone having internet acces can utilize online learning materials. In the Project, the educational curriculum framework will be established by literature survey on agroheritage and by exchanging ideas, information and discussions with stakeholders via workshops, questioneers and interviews. The next step is to prepare the learning materials of this curriculum. Video lectures, videos of case studies and best practices, oral history and interviews and other information related to agroheritage will be produced as field study. Other training resources (excersizes, quizzes, homeworks, exams, evaluation questioneer), an e-book and a virtual learning map will be compiled with literature surveys and gathered information from field studies. To support the online learning materials, hands on training applications are planned: an agroheritage permenant education exhibition with physical objects and digital means will be prepared for examining agroheritage elements complementary to the course. The other complemantary one is a proposal a technical visit schedule (to national gene banks, herbariums, best practices in the farm) and a volunteer summer internship program for training these in the field. All these outputs of the project – curriculum, e-learning materials and exhibitions – will be designed for longterm use. By opening the educational material freely to public via internet also in English will result in an international permanent progress even long after. As a result, this learning and training opportunity will serve to undergraduate agricultural students to get skilled in agroheritage matters so that they can lead agricultural community in their future proffesional life. The ultimate expected impacts of the project are increased awarenes of the community on agroheritage which will result in taking action on conservation and continous use of its elements for future food safety, agricultural sustainability and human health.
