Cultural education promotes tolerance, broadens the view of the world, invites reflection and differentiated discourse, and is an essential cement for a united European society. We live in turbulent times, the migration crisis, advancing digitalisation and the COVID19 pandemic create a lot of uncertainty - especially among people affected by obstacles such as educational distance, long-time unemployment, language barriers or economic obstacles. Challenges of our time can only be solved together, and this requires cohesion and a common cultural understanding of a colorful, diverse, common Europe. But when it comes to European culture, to understanding that everyone is an important part of Europe, especially the group of young adults with restrictions face some difficulties. They perceive culture as something abstract and elitist that does not touch their own life reality, and they do not feel interested in participating in cultural events. Therefore, it would be important to shorten the distance between this group of people and European culture, to show them that culture can be fun and that they can shape culture easily on their own. A cultural education that guides these people would be of high importance. But at the moment, educational measures for adults are limited in most cases to concrete ""on the job"" applicable skills or to the acquisition of language. In the field of cultural education, there are not freely accessible and digitally available materials for adults, according to the preliminary research for the project. Therefore, the project CisU provides awareness raising and cultural education for a large target group (adult learners with diverse restrictions). The project supports people in developing their abilities to participate in and contribute to society. Culture should not be (mis)understood as something abstract and elitist, but is part of the common identity to which all people in Europe belong and which should be shared and shaped by everyone. We want to show these people that culture is not the preserve of a particular group of people, but that everyone can easily contribute to European culture, we want to show them that CULTURE IS YOU.<< Objectives >>The OVERALL GOAL of this project is to foster cultural awareness and understanding among young adults with restrictions (low level of qualifications, long-time unemployment, economic obstacles, migrant background, etc.). We want to contribute to making culture more accessible for this group of people and to integrate them better into society.Providing basic cultural education for all people in a society has positive effects on the whole society as well as on the individuals. People who are trained in this way are better integrated into society, gain easier access to culture, gain self-confidence, but also access to the labour market or opportunities for career advancement are increased. For the society as a whole, it is expected that this project will have a positive impact on integration efforts, help to reduce polarisation and division and contribute to building a European sense of community.SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES of this project are:- Bringing European culture closer to people with disabilities and letting them actively experience and shape culture- Providing adult educators with a teaching concept and materials regarding cultural education they can directly use in their trainings- Raising awareness of the importance of culture- Supporting the acceptance and understanding of cultures of different European countries- Preventing exclusion through the inclusion of young adults with different restrictions in a cultural Europe- Supporting cultural institutions by opening up for a new target group<< Implementation >>ACTIVITIES AND METHODOLOGY: To create materials tailored to the target group of young adult learners that face different restrictions and educators who are training these learners in cultural education, it is crucial to involve them in all activities of the project. In PR1 we will create a DIDACTICAL CONCEPT and a CURRICULUM as basis for the learning materials, the videos and the game that are developed within the other results. To assess the special needs of our target groups and ensure a high practical relevance of these results, we conduct INTERVIEWS with at least 3 adult educators and 3 adult learners per partner organisation regarding the contents and methodology that should be included in the materials. The results of PR2 are LEARNING MATERIALS and VIDEOS that contribute to the further development of the cultural competences and the raising of interest in cultural activities of adult learners with restrictions. To ensure a high potential of use and attractiveness of these materials and videos, we organise a PILOT TESTING with our target groups (trainers with their young adult learners) in each partner organisation. In PR3 we develop a HAPTIC BOARD GAME and INSTRUCTIONS for this game. This game will also be PILOT TESTED by the target groups when we organise the testing for the learning materials and videos because our aim is to make it as userfriendly and fun as possible.PR4 contains the creation of a WORKSHOP CONCEPT that can be directly used by trainers in their educational programmes. Furthermore, we compile a GUIDE for adult educators on how to use all the developed materials and tools in the most effective way. To ensure again a high practical relevance, there will be at least two TRAINERS per partner organisation that USE THE MATERIALS and tools WITHIN THEIR COURSES and give feedback on the quality and impact of the results. In addition, we organise an INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE EVENT where adult educators that have tested our materials can exchange their experience and build new networks. This event will be held online via an appropriate communication tool and is part of this project result.MULTIPLIER EVENTS:To disseminate the results of this project as widely as possible, each partner organisation will organise a Multiplier Event with the involvement of key stakeholders.<< Results >>In the project CisU, we realise the following four project results:PR1 – Development of a DIDACTIC CONCEPT and a CURRICULUM for the learning materials and videos (PR2) as well as the board game (PR3): We create a concept and curriculum based on the latest didactical and methodological findings to be able to develop user-friendly learning materials, videos and the game. These outputs include the contents of the following results, but, what is of the same importance, they also show HOW these contents can be taught in the best way to the target group.PR2 – Development of LEARNING MATERIALS and LEARNING VIDEOS to bring our target group closer to European culture: We create learning materials and videos that contain information about culture in general, about different cultural fields and about how the learners can participate in cultural events. But we do not only give them information on these topics, but we create interactive contents where they can learn by doing and trying new things out. The goal is to show them that culture can be fun and to raise their interest in participating in further cultural programmes.PR3 – Creation of a HAPTIC BOARD GAME: We create a board game that can be played in educational contexts, but also in private context. It should bring them closer to culture in a playful and fun way and make the players experiencing and enjoying culture. To ensure a smooth gameplay, we also develop game instructions that are visually appealing and easy to understand.PR4 – Development of a WORKSHOP CONCEPT and a TRAINERS’ GUIDE: To give trainers an idea on how they can include our developed materials into their teaching, we develop a workshop concept for an online as well as for an offline course. In addition, we compile a guide that explains how the developed materials and tools are interrelated and how they can be used in order to exploit their full potential. The CisU project will have the following impacts and long-term benefits on all geographical levels: - adult learners get access to cultural education, get into social dialogue, understand European culture better and thus get better included into society - adult learners become more motivated to participate at further educational programmes - adult educators know how they can train their adult learners in cultural education - awareness of diverse target groups for the importance of being part of European cultureThe OPEN SOURCE ACCESS to all project results will be guaranteed for at least 5 years after project end. Our aimed impact is to bring young adults with disabilities closer to European culture, to support them in shaping culture by themselves and thus to contribute to a better inclusion of these people into society."

International studies and criminal statistics show, that a majority of sexualized infringements are committed by young people on young people. The reasons are complex and based – among other things – on a lack of sex education, a culture of boarder-violations, traditional gender roles and a lack of possibilities for adolescents to deal with issues like love, relationship, sexuality, to develop a positive attitude and to face competent representatives with their questions. The consequences of sexualized violence are complex and individually different. They can appear over the short to media and long term, they can manifest in psychic and physical level. The consequences could influence the whole life time. Problems in relationships, sexual malfunctions, addiction diseases, adjustment disorders, depressions, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, etc. affect the life of many adults which experienced sexualized violence in their childhood. In this context the benefit of preventative measures is not just individual but also enormous from a macroeconomic point of view. This fact is taken into account in other parts of health prevention for a long time.Sexuality is a human’s right. Children and adolescents have to be supported in their right on sex education and development of their sexuality. Protection of those rights, information and education of children, adolescents and adults about the existence of those rights is a fundamental attitude of the work of Hazissa and of this project. The Project “European Flirt-Expert” is based on the interaction of science and practice. Hazissa is endeavored to implement new research in practical work. As contribution to prevention science a survey about the sexual health of adolescents is conducted. The aim is to answer following questions: How informed are adolescents about sexuality? From where do they get their information? Do they have reference persons to talk to about love, sexuality and relationship? Are or have they been confronted with sexualized violence? Etc.The survey allows insights in the living conditions of adolescents, in their experiences and needs. Through this survey the situation in the different countries can be compared and needed actions like the increasing of preventative measures and sex education, the implementation of adult education or special institutes for prevention could be recognized. The survey can and should be the base for further international projects and cooperation.Second element of the project is the development and implementation of preventative projects with adolescents in the participating countries. The multipliers develop methods and concepts to work participatory with the adolescents on following issues: Where and how do they get to know each other? What do they like in flirting and what not? Are they influenced by role models in their behavior? Are they confronted with violence? Which competences do they have in reacting to violent situations? Etc. The adolescents get space (partially in gender homogenous settings) to share and discuss their realities, wishes and needs. They are supported and leaded by qualified trainers. The trainers also give information to the adolescents like behavioral strategies, where to get help and support, legal basics about sexuality and sexualized violence. After this part the adolescents should develop materials, which refer to the peer group with preventative messages. This could be videos, comics, pictures, etc. – the creativity and initiative of the adolescents is promoted. The workshop-course and methods are described in a way that multipliers can implement it with adolescents. Beneath the course and methods the manual will contain basic knowledge and advice.

Bonding Generations and Cultures” was a two-year Strategic Partnership for Exchange of Practices in Adult Education, and involved public and private organizations, from Portugal, Italy, Bulgaria, Poland and Spain. The project was based on 4 premises: - Population ageing is one of the greatest social and economic challenges facing the EU and “Active Ageing” has become a policy priority within the European Union. Projections foresee a growing number and share of elderly persons (aged 65 years and over) Eurostat’s annual demography data collection shows there were 510.3 million people living in the EU-28 as of 1 January 2016, of whom almost 98 million were aged 65 years and over. - One of the headline targets of the EU 2020 Strategy for Education and Training is that at least 15% of adults should participate in lifelong learning. The challenge is to provide learning opportunities adults, throughout their life, especially disadvantaged groups, including senior citizens. - 2018 is the European Year of Cultural Heritage with the aim to encourage more people to discover and engage with Europe's cultural heritage, and to reinforce a sense of belonging to a common European space. - Intergenerational dialogue refers to the way that people of all ages can learn together and from each other, and is an important part of Lifelong Learning, where the generations work together to gain skills, values and knowledge. Through the exchange of methodological approaches between the involved partners, we created a European Intergenerational and Intercultural learning opportunity, engaging senior citizens in active ageing and promotion of Europe’s cultural heritage, focusing on Traditional Sports and Games, tackling several challenges and needs from our communities. The project was framed within a long-term perspective and planned with a view to achieve a multiplying effect and sustainable impact, and it had a good geographical balance, involving 5 countries from South, Central and Eastern Europe, which contributed to ensure a real European outreach of the project.

The future sciences will need this new soil to grow, they will need new MATHEMATICS."" Though this truth, it is obviously known that the perception of “Math lesson” among students, teachers and the society is unfortunately on the negative side. In many classrooms , students continue to learn mathematics through instructions that teach rote procedural skills without connecting mathematical concepts. The last report published on OECD.org (https://www.oecd.org/pisa/publications/pisa-2018-results.htm ) verifies that our students performances in Mathematics isn’t satisfying. Except PL and NO, the other project partner countries have low attainments of pupils in math. The mentioned EU reports showed that these problems are closely related with the lack of mathematic teachers’ competencies, especially digital, and their ability to use attractive teaching methods based on ICT which enable to promote attractive learning of math. That's why the M@THGAN project aims to gain a positive attitude towards mathematics and to change the teaching way of Mathematics. We would like to show the students that Math is everywhere in our surroundings and if we want to understand Mathematics , we can find it in our daily lives. By this way students will learn to use Mathematics to solve daily problems. Our main priority is serving our future, it means that without changing the perception of education according to the needs of the world, we may not take our seat among the developed countries. To succeed in these desires, we should invest in education and produce new projects and strengthen teachers who have significant roles .Teachers should acquire the competence to justify, plan, and execute mathematics teaching as well as identifying, evaluating and develop teaching materials with the aim of tackling low achievement of students and attitudes towards mathematics, motivating and inspiring their involvement in mathematical activities and dealing with their difficulties in Mathematics.<< Objectives >>M@THGAN project focuses on improving effective teaching ways of MATHEMATICS through TECHNOLOGY, GAME, ART and NATURE.The specific objectives with reference to the direct beneficiaries, teachers and students, are:1) a consolidation of the professional profile of teachers and trainers for the teaching of Mathematics skills in Primary and Secondary Schools by:-improving their digital competencies to use mobile apps in the teaching process;- adopting innovative digital practices based on ICT usage in order to improve pupils’ mathematical skills and address their under-achievement in math;- strengthening the capacity of math teachers to develop pupils’ critical thinking and creativity through integration of innovative mobile apps based exercises/coding/ gamification and game based learning into teaching process;- supporting math teachers in moving their classroom into nature/ museums, galleries etc in order to help students make sense of ""living mathematics""2) the strengthening of the development of STEAM competences, in particular mathematic, scientific, technological, digital, linked to creativity and innovation, for Primary and Secondary School students by creating a positive attitude towards mathematics.3) share positive experiences and innovative practices in the math teaching practice, based on the networking practice at a European level.4) cooperate with partners in order to improve the way math is being taught in Europe.5) to develop a Classroom activities guideline for teachers 6) to develop a M@THGAN game 7) to develop a MOOC M@THGAN<< Implementation >>For these reasons mentioned above ,we will use pedagogical practices that promote mathematical proficiency and use of ICT, use of outdoor activities, nature, museums, galleries, games and gamification in order to carry out this project. While doing this, we will combine many methods and techniques as our methodology although we will mostly use project -based and game- based learning as well as active learning and ICT based learning for project activities.During the M@THGAN ,we will have 3 TPMs, 4 LTT activities as short term joint staff event.1.LTT ""Boosting your students’ computational Thinking / Using Coding"" in Greece2.LTT ""Using Games and Gamification"" in Italy3.LTT ""The world around us is our learning place ! Museums/ Galleries and Cultural Heritage"" and in Poland4.LTT ""MOOC M@THGAN- How to use MOOC"" in NorwayWe will create intellectual outputs according to our project's aims.To promote our project outputs we will organize 6 multiplier events. These events will have significant roles for not just promoting the valuable outputs but also introducing the participants that the Erasmus programmes gives us this kind of opportunities. Thanks to Erasmus programmes , we will be able to improve our competences and be active in society. We will carry out many other local activities such as pilot testings, workshops for teachers after each LTT activity, seminars to raise awareness about tackling low achievement of MATHEMATİCS, launching events, setting Math corners, carrying out eTwinning Project to reach wider target groups.<< Results >>R1 is ""Classroom Activities Guide – How can Teachers Involve Technology, Games and Art into Mathematics Teaching"" ,R2 is "" M@THGAN Game” with printed and online version andR3 is “MOOC M@THGAN Platform - Online Teacher Training Course"".With respect to the general medium-long term impacts, the project:1. will promote awareness on the necessity of improving the the quality of teaching math in different levels of education2. will support teachers to gain new teaching skills/ methods etc, and motivate them to use new pedagogical methodologies and innovative learningenvironments in their classrooms3. will support students to develop deep mathematical understanding, to acquire key competences that are essential for lifelong learning and to through a series of activities planned in the testing phase of R1 and R24. will lead to better academic results of students in PISA and national exams5. will create a better classroom environment and a greater satisfaction of the educational community.Teachers will be intentionally active in this process and change their teaching methods according to 21st century’s and generation of Alpha and Z's needs and our students will learn the reason for learning Math as understanding the world! While having fun, they will improve their critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, reasoning skills as well as mathematical skills.Through this project we will help students with low achievements in maths to acquire the needed skills to mathematics, to increase their appetite for learning scientific disciplines. We aim to change student's perception towards Mathematics and enhance Mathematics teaching with technology, games , nature and art."
