Instructors, researchers, academicians, experts and technicians from the project partner institutions will participate in the studies. During the Project, international meetings including 2 in Turkey, one each in Spain and the Netherlands will be held. LTTs will be held in Germany and Italy. Activities will be carried out in each partner's own country as multiplier events. The first 3 months of the project were planned as preparation, the following 12 months as academic studies and completion of the intellectual outputs, and the remaining 9 months as the implementation of these outputs and the elimination of the defects. The target audience of our project will be veterinarians and agricultural engineers nationally and internationally, and stakeholders will be NGOs dealing with animal husbandry, animal feed producing companies, sector stakeholders and farmers. At the end of the project, the training curriculum and online training platform will be obtained as concrete intellectual outputs, including feeding dairy cows, calves-heifers, dry cows and male cattle, ration preparation, nutritional diseases, forage crop farming and storage, and animal welfare. The prepared training curriculum will be uploaded to the online training platform in English and Turkish. Project partner countries will be able to upload the training curriculum to the platform in their own language. KFAU will act as the coordinator institution in the creation of the training curriculum and VITECO in the creation of the online training platform. Other institutions will contribute to every stage of the project with a multidisciplinary approach. In order to promote and disseminate the project, leaflets will be prepared and social media accounts will be created. The web-based and mobile-compatible online training platform will be available to the target audience free of charge for 10 years. The intellectual outputs of our project will be open to everyone. Our project will be offered not only to the target group but also to the stakeholders of the sector in order to create a multiplier effect. The domain and hosting costs and usage and encryption rights of the online training platform will be purchased by KFAU for 10 years by making an official contract and all necessary legal measures will be provided for the protection of the platform. At the end of the study, we will obtain concrete intellectual outputs (training curriculum, online training platform), which we call ""Rationalization"" and all rights belong to the financial sponsor of the project. During the project and in the next 10 years; dissemination and public ownership of the project, increasing professional, scientific and institutional capacity, increasing language skills, contributing to the promotion of project partner countries, cultural exchange, production of new projects are expected. In addition, it is thought that care and nutrition in cattle will improve, animal welfare and cattle production will increase through training of technical personnel, training of producers. As a result, we think that open and distance learning and training increase the quality and effectiveness of education. Innovative information sharing, strategic use of information and communication technologies (ICT), open educational resources, open and flexible learning via our project ""Rationalization"" will affect an effective, sustainable and inclusive growth nationally and internationally. We hope that our ""rationalization"" project will add an effective added value to our target audience and parallel to the issue of ""ration-feed"", which is one of the biggest expenses of livestock enterprises, with a ""rational"" approach. In addition, considering the pandemics we have experienced in the last century (from the Spanish flu to Covid-19), the importance of e-education applications in all areas of life has become very important for all countries. In short, e-education will be more in our lives from now on.The tables and documents described in our project can be accessed from the following link: https://www.kisa.link/Nhwh"

Organic Action Plan Report for IFOAM 2015: Wants to create digital platforms to increase national/international knowledge sharing in organic animal husbandry in 2020 and beyond, the UK to open its know-how to international sharing and, to increase Spain's international cooperation. IFOAM Organic 3.0: Has identified one of the strategic goals for the development and implementation of different-new ideas (innovation) for the adoption of good practices and the inclusion of more farmers in organic production. EU 7th Framework Program Final Report: Indicates that organic production is insufficient against the increase in the number of organic markets, that more producers need to make organic production, before this, it is appropriate to provide training of technical personnel and then direct the producers to organic production. In addition, the importance of gathering the information obtained from organic livestock was emphasized. Turkey National Action Plan for Organic Farming: Indicates the need to educate the target group which is one of the most important actors for the development and dissemination of organic farming. Because of this and similar calls, the national and international target audience of the project will be Veterinarians, Agricultural Engineers and teachers working in public (Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in Turkey and Agriculture/Livestock vocational schools, high schools and similar ministries in other countries). Concrete intellectual outputs of the project will e-Lectures, e-Platform and e-Book. e-Lectures will include main topics on organic livestock as 1) History, 2) Legislation, Certification and Policies, 3) Ecology, 4) Breeding, 5) Health and Welfare, 6) Reproduction, 7) Nutrition, 8) Farm Management and 9) Food Safety. Lecture topics will be divided into two groups as general (History, Legislation, Certification and Policies, Ecology, Food Safety) and special (Reproduction, Nutrition, Breeding, Farm Management, Health and Welfare), prepared by the project team and uploaded to the e-Platform. Special topics will be based on organic cattle, sheep and goat breeding. In addition, e-Lectures will be turned into e-Book and e-Book also will be uploaded to the e-Platform. Organic farm visits will be held at the meetings, and interviews and video footage with farmers will be uploaded to the platform. In order to promote and disseminate the project, leaflets will be printed and social media accounts will be created. Web-based and mobile compatible e-Platform will be prepared in Turkish-English and will be available free of charge to the target audience for 10 years. In addition, the language option will be added to the platform so that it can be translated into some European languages (such as Italian, Spanish, French and German). Thus, the target audience speaking different languages besides Turkish-English will be enabled to benefit from the platform. Domain and hosting costs, usage and encryption rights of e-Platform will be purchased by BDUTAEM for 10 years, and all necessary legal measures will be provided to protect the platform. At the end of the study, we will obtain concrete intellectual outputs (e-Lectures, e-Book and e-Platform), which we call “e-Organic” and of which all rights belong to the financial sponsor of the project. According to the estimates of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the current agricultural production should increase by 60% in order to meet the food demand in 2050.In order to conserve the soil, water resources and the environment that are so important for the future of societies, it is necessary to apply of TECHNIQUES OF CONSERVATİON AND SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE ’ and our technical personnel and farmers in the sector don’t have sufficient professional knowledge. When conservation agricultural techniques aren’t used during agricultural production and soil is much more cracked than adequate with traditional soil tillage methods, soil tillage and soil erosion occur and the amount of organic matter and water holding capacity decrease. Therefore, the structure of the soil deteriorates every year. Furthermore, every tillage brings additional costs to enterprises in terms of time, energy and labour force. In this context, sustainable agriculture is the only way to guarantee good security, to feed healthy ecosystems and to support the sustainable management of soil, water and natural resources. Although many countries and institutions in the agricultural sector have made good and successful practices on sustainable conservation techniques, there has been no change in good practices in sustainable agriculture due to the lack of a network of cooperation among countries, so there has not been enough progress. The project partners have been determined with the aim of giving place to domestic and international sector actors in the project, which provide services in different ways to agriculture, have high institutional and impact capacities, make sustainable agricultural activities, contribute to objectives of the project and respond to the needs of the project. The Consortium of our project consists of 8 organizations specialized in the field of sustainable conservation agriculture:*Germany-Deula Nienburg; specialist in international agricultural vocational training.*Belgium-European Conservation Agriculture Federation: Specialist in federation management and international activities by bringing the associations of conservation agriculture in 16 countries together. *Spain- University of Cordoba: Specialist in soil management and techniques for conservation agriculture*Italy- Lega Regionale Delle Cooperative e Mutue: Specialist in Agricultural Cooperatives. *Turkey-Konya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry: Specialist in Agriculture training and extension.*Turkey-the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives in the Konya Karaman Region: Specialist in agricultural farmer organizations.*Turkey-KOP Regional Development Administration: Specialist in Rural Development, Agricultural Training and Extension, Financial Support Programs.*Turkey-Selcuk University Faculty of Agriculture: Specialist in agricultural vocational training and the industry of conservation agricultural machinery.Within the framework of the project, 5 Transnational Project Meetings, 3 Learning, Teaching, Training Activities and dissemination activities will be carried out. Transnational Project Meetings will be attended by 3 people from the project applicant institution and 2 from the other project partners. The participants will be managers or personnel working in their institution or having a working relationship with the institution. The technical personnel in charge of training and extension works in the agricultural sector, agricultural consultants, academicians and farmer, who are the main implementers of agriculture in the field, will participate in the Learning, Teaching, Training Activities and the total number of participants is 46. Our project aims to create a network of cooperation among countries with successful works on sustainable agriculture, to Exchange and disseminate good practices in sustainable conservation agriculture, to improve the institutional capacities of all partners at the transnational level, to contribute to the professional development of the technical personnel and farmers in the sector. Making agricultural production with techniques for sustainable conservation agriculture, conservation of natural resources such as soil, water, air and environment, reducing the impacts of the effects and causes of climate change, development of knowledge and skills about the techniques of reducing the risks involved in agricultural activities, formation of environmental awareness, profitability in agricultural production and increasing productivity and ensuring food safety are the short- and long-term expected results of our project.
