"<< Background >>While we were creating this project we wanted to create an innovative project that connects two main priorities and meet young people needs: environment and fight against climate change and strengthening the employability of young people. We tried to blend three different type of standard activities, as to create new innovative model. They are: creation of educational curricula, learning training teaching activities with young people and youth participation activities in the communities (GEOs) as to boost their skills, employability and their contribution to the circular economy. We want to create a pilot model focused on entrepreneurial skills that at the same time promotes youth employment, but also is focused on green and circular economy. The main innovative element of the project is the creation and piloting the educational program Circular Economy Objectives-CEO, at the same time the program targets young people with bottom top approach - they will identify their green entrepreneurial objectives and will then implement them. As a fil rouge it will connect four topics (youth work, community engagement, sustainable/green education and entrepreneurship as employability tool), that when blended create great starting point for skills development, community engagement and ultimately employment for young people. The program will be created in such way that it allows to be implemented physically and virtually in a blended way.Such program is entirely absent in our society and young people are unable to learn about Circular Economy and use it as a tool for entrepreneurship. The other innovative element is the practical implementation of the Green Entrepreneurial Objectives (GEO), which are basically outputs from the CEO program. The GEO’s will be 6-month action plans implemented by a group of 5 young people in their respective communities, targeting critical points in circular economy and try to change the situation on local level. The project is highly compatible to all three organization as Ride IN 971 work is based on direct work with young people through interactive youth camps but also on to empowering young people through surf and art to learn how to work in team, be responsible, find their own life path and act toward unity, long-life learning and skills development and ultimately on how to create businesses on their island which targets green and sustainable tourism.<< Objectives >>Project Outputs during the project durationProject Outputs-Developed extra - curricular educational program with set of activities, methods, instructions and methods for implementation;-Developed and implemented 6 Green Entrepreneurial Objectives.Project Outcomes-The educational program Circular Economy Objectives-CEO is compatible for replication to other realities working with young people (youth centers, high schools, associations, NGOs, incubation centers targeting youngsters, employment centers et simila);-6 local communities have benefits from the implementation of the GEO (Green Entrepreneurial Objectives)’s that will be directly mapped and inserted by the young people.Project Outcomes after the project completion:- The Circular Economy Objectives-CEO program is submitted to the Ministries for education of all three countries in order to understand the possibility for official recognition of this extra-curricular program that has elements of youth work, community engagement, sustainable/green education and entrepreneurship as employability tool;- The Circular Economy Objectives-CEO program is offered to other realities working with young people (youth centers, high schools, associations, NGOs, incubation centers targeting youngsters, employment centers et simila);as an extra-curricular educational program for environment and entrepreneurial education;- At least 2 of Green Entrepreneurial objectives identified by the young people, continue to be implemented by the young people in their local communities;- All three organisations have included the topic of Circular economy in their own yearly programs.<< Implementation >>The project activities to be implemented are as following:1. Inception Virtual Transnational Meeting in January 2022;2. Elaboration and Publication of Educational Curricula for Extra-Circular Economy Education - ""Circular Economy Objectives"" (CEO) in April 2022;3. Learning Teaching Activities on Circular Economy Concept: identifying critical CE spots and defining areas of intervention in May 2022;4. Virtual Midterm Transnational Meeting in July 2022;5. Learning Teaching Activities on Developing GEO – Green entrepreneurial objectives in September 2022;6. Learning Teaching Activities on Evaluation of GEO actions and developing sustainable strategies in December 2022;7. Multiplying events in each country - Dissemination of project results: Let's circulate our economy in January 2023;8. Final Virtual Evaluation Transnational Meeting in January 2023.<< Results >>Outcome 1: Created and piloted model for circular economy education for educational institutions and non-profit grassroot organizations Outcome 2: Trained and equipped 30 young people with entrepreneurial skills in the area of reusing, repairing, and upcycling through. Outcome 3: Created and implemented 6 green entrepreneurial objectives (GEO) action plans, starting from grassroots needs which are implemented on local level in three countries: Italy, France (Guadeloupe) and North Macedonia. These objectives and outcomes are directly linked with priorities of the programs, because we will create a pilot non-formal educational model focused on entrepreneurial skills that at the same time promotes youth employment, but also is focused on green and circular economy."
