The 21st century brought a lot of disagreement among generations. Diverse generations see the same things differently as a result of generation gap. It is a considered opinion that the youth will not be strong enough for challenges and struggle for human values. The concept of the project – to search for the stories of success how children changed the world in the history of nation; saved people, weren’t lost in extreme situations, protected and struggled for human values. Working on this project, we have an intention to inspire the students - our rising generation - to act presently and change the world today; despite of, a young age, nation, race, social status, beliefs, and influence of other circumstances. The substance of the project – to prove a self-realization in acquiring and improving social, linguistic, communicative, cognitive, initiative and creative, cultural, individual competences and skills. Acquiring these competences, students will develop their attitudes towards values, will become more tolerant to history, other generation, will be open to other cultures and views, will develop self-confidence and trust to others. We hope our project partners will be active in creation strong Europe, in the aspect of collaboration, communication, mutual respect and appreciation. "The world is now moving very fast, and the time has come when this meritocratic society accepts only those, having right qualification and right skills. Now it's high time, when the transparency in job recruitment has taken place. Challenges and competition are the part of today's society, and therefore, CAREER PLANING is the only task, which can guide us to do what we want to do in our life, rather than just aimlessly changing job all the time in future.CAREER PLANNING serves as a key to success. Pre-planning would be effective and would give him/her benefits after achieving educational targets effectively. The Internet had destroyed 500,000 jobs,in the previous 15 years but at the same time had created 1.2 million others, a net addition of 700,000, or 2.4 jobs created for every job destroyed. The growing role of big data in the economy and business will create a significant need for statisticians and data analysts; we estimate a shortfall of up to 5000,000 data scientists in a decade. The idea of the project was created on this problem statement. So at this project we aim to let the students gain the 21. First Century skills and know more about Future jobs and experience them. So after searching the literature Five Profession were decided to work on and experience. This project is based on ""Design Labs"". Our first aim is to improve their awareness about future Jobs and employment and let them create an effective Career planing. Second important aim is giving a chance to students to experience these jobs for a week by the LTT activities.1. DATA SCIENTIST - Turkey2. USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER- GREECE3. SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER -PORTUGAL4. SOFTWARE ENGINEER- LITHUANIA5. DRONE PILOT -SPAIN. Four students and two teachers will attend these LTT activities and after the LTT activities each participant teams will organize a meeting and they will share their experience and knowledge with the students and teachers at their schools. The similar activities that will be implemented at the LTT will be held at the school level.By the help of these activities they will learn more about the jobs and by the help of all activities they will improve their 21. Century Skills. •To improve Learning & Innovation Skills (Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Communication and Collaboration , Creativity and Innovation.)•To improve Life & CAREER Skills (Flexibility & Adaptability, Initiative & Self-Direction , Social & Cross-Cultural Skills, Productivity & Accountability, Leadership & Responsibility)•To improve Information, Media & Technology Skills (Information, Media & ICT Literacy)At the end of the project all participant, students, teachers, parents and other educational institution have great awareness about future jobs. Schools students guidance services will get the outputs and try to adapt their framework and these outputs will be used next years. All dissemination materials will be used at the Web Site for five years. So will try to reach more people. Students have a chance to adapt their skills to new era."
