Because of the different types of people, there are also different approaches and views, that is why knowledge, skills and competences are difficult to standardized. In addition, ""soft"" skills, competencies become visible only after a long period of working in practice. The main results of the project are mainly useful for the four target groups: jobseekers, employees, employers and adult educators, career counsellors. We gave special attention also to one of the target groups in the labour market - migrants. One of the main objectives of the project was to support the Europass European tool, namely to develop a European soft skills passport with integrated OPEN BADGES (in line with the standards of other Europass support tools). Our project had mainly focused on a systematic inventory of soft skills (research done during the project) and the development of innovative tools for the evaluation of soft skills. We have created the so called 'Soft skills Framework' for the five main areas of soft skills, namely: •Organisational skills, •Co-operative skills, •Creative thinking skills, •Social skills, •Personal skills (coping with stress).Due to the well-established term ""soft skills"" in the EU, we, in partnership, have kept the same denomination and in the naming of modules, despite the fact that our elaborate ""Soft Skills Framework"" includes not only skills but also knowledge and competences. The foundation for preparing the framework is the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and we considered the placing of the knowledge, skills and competence descriptors on three levels (A, B, C). With the levels of knowledge named this way, we wanted the move closer the evaluation system to the Europass tools. The platform provides e-learning materials (base on gathered best practices and creation of new material) from five thematic areas (five educational e-modules). In addition to testing, on the basis of which participants receive ""badges"", which represent validation of knowledge and skills, the project also produced a system of validation of acquired knowledges, skills, competence in practice through the acquisition of the ""Good employee"" badge. Within C1 activity we trained 15 career consultants (Soft Skills mentors) to use e-tools and award OPEN BADGES and to help to train other potential professionals to gain mentors badge. Project enables also gaining of SOFTSKILLS mentors badge also after the end of the project. The possibility of using the results of our project is wide:-For raising awareness among jobseekers and employees about the importance of soft skills and their impact on motivation, career development and personal growth.-For preparation of better CVs using our results and Europass tools.-For supporting career counselling (our newly developed tool is accessible to career counsellors in secondary schools’, adult education, to employment services, assessment centres and other organizations. That is why we want to offer them a tool that will make their work easier.)-This tool (thanks to the integrated e-learning material) can be used in both formal and non-formal programmes in adult education or for young people or with staff in education companies.-The tool can be used by employers in recruiting new staff or in preparation of development plan for staff, in monitoring it, for organizing employees to other workplace that are more appropriate to their competences. With implementation of project ""face to face"" activities we have reached so far more than 1.600 persons from the main target group and stakeholders from relevant and approx. 35.000 via internet-based activities. According to the UK Commission for Employment & Skills Report “ICT: Sector Skills Assessment 2012”:“Technological change is at the heart of changing skills demand in the Information and communication technologies sector. The sector itself both drives technological change and, on a wider scale, has to respond to the new innovations, products and services developed in order to deliver high quality goods and services to both business customers and consumers.” (Gends et al, 2011)”. In order to adequately respond to the dynamic changes and challenges posed by environment, ICT companies must promote human talent so as to nurture not just the best technical skills but also the creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship necessary to create and adopt to innovation and thus to grow ICT businesses and make them more competitive. To respond the new challenges, INNOSPARK project sets the overall aim to spark creativity thinking skills in ICT SMEs, so as to foster innovation and contribute to increasing the growth and competitiveness of European high-tech industries.Specific objectives:~to provide employers and employees in European ICT SMEs with reliable tool to assess their level of creativity skills and identify areas for improvement;~to enhance the competitiveness and the innovation capacity of ICT SMEs in the EU through practical training tailored to their needs;~to increase the awareness of European ICT SMEs and VET community about the importance of creativity thinking as a catalyst of innovation processes through provision of state-of-the-art country analysis;~to inspire ICT SMEs to learn from the successful experience of peer companies which have faced similar sectoral challenges but thrived on knowledge, skills, innovation and creativity. The project has aimed at two major target groups – ICT micro, small and medium sized enterprises and continuing VET providers. SMEs are the true pillar of the European economy as ICT companies represent a highly significant part of them. VET providers, on the other hand, are one of the main and logical providers of labour force training required to enhance the competitiveness of nation’s businesses and industries. The project methodology envisages sequence of activities to design, plan and implement project objectives with the active participation of all partners and stakeholders, as a result of which four intellectual outputs have been developed within the project lifetime:1) State-of-the-art report providing an up-to-date and comprehensive overview of the ICT innovation capacity and creative performance in the partner countries;2) Self-Diagnostic Test - an interactive self-assessment tool for ICT employees and employers to discover the creativity skills they possess especially with regard to the ICT sector identifying at the same time those that they need to develop and boost so as to foster innovation in their work. 3) INNOSPARK Toolkit: Guidebook for Developing Creative Thinking and Innovation in ICT through interactive exercises focused on brain training and improving creativity skills with the purpose of learning practical techniques to stimulate one’s imagination and innovative thinking. The Toolkit will also contain A to Z of Creativity and Innovation techniques and tools for creative thinking.4) Compendium of Best Practices and Innovation containing good proven, effective and evidence-based examples of innovations in the ICT sector reached through creativity thinking techniques. The booklet will serve as a valuable reference tool of the INNOSPARK project for ICT managers and employees seeking to implement successful practices in their professional life.INNOSPARK products are freely accessible through the project website available in the six consortium languages (EN, BG, IT, ES, EE, HU).In order to ensure visibility of the results and encourage wider uptake of the products a series of multiplier events have been held in each partner country:1) Professional Development Workshops to popularize the project to relevant stakeholders and explore the functionalities and content of the developed INNOSPARK products.2) “Sparking Innovation” – national promotional events to disseminate information on the project and its outcomes among ICT SMEs, ICT associations, VET providers in the field of ICT and other stakeholders.3) INNOSPARK Final Conference in UK aiming to spread information to a wider audience about the project and its results, providing networking opportunities for many multiplier agents so as to establish the grounds for further exploitation of the project outputs and follow-up activities.INNOSPARK project has result in attracting new talents, training European citizens with the relevant creativity skills need in ICT sector, and as a consequence fuelling innovation, productivity and growth in the EU.

And because it has been visible that is not only through the law that we can solve this problematic, we believe that to build a more tolerant and inclusive society we need first to create and share a common understanding of the hate phenomenon. By sharing personal experiences, understanding the intrapersonal and interpersonal aspects of this issue and by studying the social causes and consequences that affects not only young survivors of hate speech, but also oppressors, and in ultimate case all society, we may create a deep and clear understanding of the hate speech, what can be the way to generate more effective measures to foster a society more open and inclusive for all. With this project, we aim to RAISE awareness of hate speech crimes among the community and local institutions and give support and tools to pursuit more justice and equality regarding to this subject. Is still important to keep spreading and make clear that the violation of the right to live with no fear and intimidation is a crime, as the violation of any other Human Right. Is a priority of the project to help to address diversity and promote ownership of shared values of equality and non-discrimination,finding powerful solutions to decrease hate speech crimes and to foster social inclusion creating a more aware, cohesive and inclusive society. No matter cultural, religious, gender, aged, racial differences, we look to achieve the identities’ affirmation of the youth through the work together with other youth workers, with professionals and with local institutions, giving them tools of empowerment and of support for other youth. The importance to carry this project transnational is to RAISE up the EU values and to promote awarenessof them and creating a more inclusive Europe with no hate for the differences in a mixed and diverse Europe that sometimes it shows intolerant and unstable. On a first phase of the project, investigation, analysis and consultation of data will be conducted. The findings of the IO1 activities will be published in the format of a study that will serve as the basis of subsequent project activities for all Partners. IO1 will mainly identify specific causes and consequences of hate crimes and possible exintent solutions. Secondly, we will gather professionals/ youth workers that will take an active role on the construction of a Toolbox for youth workers to build (and help to build) resilience of young people against hate speech by sharing knowledge and experience, by delivering workshops among local Partners and discussing the problematic to build a collection of the best practices and tools for the toolbox. On the third phase of the project, the Raise up training! (IO3) will be delivered with the aim of, through comics creation, the identities’s expression and affirmation of youth, including young survivors.By delivering this training, we will create a safe environment for the participants to discuss deep concernings, thoughts and feelings regarding hate speech/crimes with no fear, and encourage them to take an active role on their own communities to promote and foster social inclusion as provide tools of self impowerment and of support for other youth. For the elaboration of the Policy Recommendations (IO4), consultation sessions will be made among policy makers and local institutions. Their feedback will be crucial to make progress on the construction of this IO. RAISE! will continue to make an impact on the target groups and on our communities after the lifetime of the project due to the actions taken during project implementation to engage a significant number of multipliers across the active members of society committed to keep fostering social inclusion. We will ensure the outcomes are made available - user friendly and easily adapted for different learning environments through the website in a first instance. We will promote the benefits of the innovative ways to disseminate EU values of equality and nondiscrimination and co-production methodology via continued engagement with networks of associate Partners.
