"As we said in the beginning, we are facing two major problems - bad influence on our students from internet YouTube personalities and youth unemployment, which is problem throughout Europe. We want to tackle both of those problems, and also to help our students to improve their academic performance; the whole project is designed to use the enthusiasm of our students and employees towards modern information and communication technologies and direct it towards educational goals and, possibly, into further careers. With this project, students will find creativity that they may not be able to exert enough in school, and perhaps this project will help them in their further work, life, progress, maybe someone will continue to post creative videos on their YouTube channel and in the future make money out of it. Exactly the same can be applied to teachers, we are witnessing that the world we live in is changing rapidly and that the need to use ICT in teaching is increasing and increasing (especially with the whole new concept of online teaching due to the pandemic of COVID-19) so why not to take advantage of the opportunities we have and make our teaching more inventive and meaningful? With that in mind, we have selected the objective of the project - innovative practices in digital era, with priorities - promoting entrepreneurship education and strengthening the profiles of teaching professions - this project wouldn't be just for students, it will be to help teachers, too. Each school will select, based on results of first activity - contest about creativity - 20 students, which will participate in this project - 120 in total. Up to 10 teachers will be also selected from each school, so the number is 60 total, but much more will gain the access to the results of this project trough it's YouTube and internet dissemination. Selecting students based on their creativeness and not on popularity will ensure that only the hardest working and gifted ones are selected for this project, which is our goal. The teachers will be also selected based on their motivation and willingness to participate in this kind of a project and they willingness to learn new techniques of teaching. All ""Learning, teaching training activities"" in partner countries have a specific topic, and all topics combined are defining this project. Beside the most logical activities for this project - learning about creativity, YouTubing, producing, filming, teaching, etc, we have also included the activities in which we will learn about new cultures, religions, regions of Europe, etc. So, this will be win-win situation for all parties included. All schools have their responsibilities in this project, from making a movie about it to coordinating everything to go as smooth as it can.The results of the project will be ensuring that all of project objectives are fulfilled. We will do everything that we have written here, and we will try to do even more, so that a lot of students and teachers, both those in and out of this project, can see the benefits of it and it's significance in modern day society. As the main objective is to create ""innovative practices in digital era"", we want to do exactly that, to create new approaches for something that everybody is taking for granted - new technologies and it's possibilities and uses in 21st century. With this project we want to promote entrepreneurship education in digital era and help our students realise their hidden potentials; with ""strengthening the profiles of teaching professions"" - we will do exactly like it's written - we will empower teachers to be more open to using digital tools and materials in everyday teaching, to have more self-esteem and to widen their knowledge about digital practice.Potential long-term benefits are enormous. Students will find their lost creativity and, hopefully, make into the world of inspiring YouTube personalities and creators. That is very important since we don't even know what would job market look like in ten, twenty years from now; basically, we will give our students a craft in their hands and make them ready for living. Teachers will use new things that they have learned during this project and incorporate it into their own everyday teaching, and, with dissemination of this project, larger teacher community in all towns where partner schools are from, will also have benefits of this project. Finally, with the website and twinspace platforms included, European colleagues will have the access to the results and best practices of our project."

"The project that our school submits in cooperation with three other schools from Croatia, Turkey and Portugal is the result of many months of work of all the participating schools in the project; it was created as an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of our school and what we would like to change and to improve. Our society and environment are, by nature and mentality of the people, very xenophobic and closed for all new things that, in their opinion, are bad and disastrous for the tradition and culture of our people. Every day we encounter this problem, although as teachers we are trying to skip or break all these barriers together with our students. Knowing that the best form of learning is through experience, we want to share our experiences with others, and we would also like to learn from others. Since the world is constantly changing, that in the modern age of migration is greater than ever, our goal is to empower our students to accept other cultures, religions, traditions, without any prejudices, while respecting their own culture and tradition, and make them understand that all of them together make European Culture, and so that on the next day we will have a society that adorns European values. Accordingly, we have chosen to participate in this project, and accordingly, we have determined our partners in the project and project goals. All schools participating in the project are more or less multicultural, with students from different social, religious, national and minority groups, and all schools strive to give all these students the same attention and dedication, regardless of skin colour, language they speak as mother tongue , the financial situation in the family, the religion they belong to, and the like. Each of the school participants in the project has a desire to share their experiences with another school, to learn valuable lessons from colleagues from Europe, to improve their daily teaching and work with their students. All the goals we have stated will be supported by the activities that will lead to their fulfilment. Visits to partner schools in the project and the exchange of experiences between teachers will lead to the fulfilment of those goals that are defined for teachers. Teachers will improve their languages, ICT and other professional competencies, will learn new methods that will then be able to apply in their everyday work, using modern teaching tools. Headmasters will, through the exchange of experiences with their colleagues, and visiting school partners in the project, find out what is all that can be improved in all schools and their organisation, and in particular will pay attention to how other schools and systems struggle with early school leaving by students. Students participating in the project will realise the activities of their peers from partner schools, will stay in their homes and will get acquainted with the culture of each nation individually, will visit cultural events and programs of each of the participating countries in the project, and the goals will be foreseenfor students also fill. Moreover, students of all schools will have the same obligations when their peers from partner schools come to them, so the outcomes of the project will be expanded. The use of the eTwinning platform will lead to the project being implemented before the start, but also to continue to be implemented even after it has been completed for a long time.It is precisely the reason for choosing schools from the diametrically opposite parts of Europe - the Atlantic, the Balkans, the Adriatic and the far Southeast of Europe - a fertile ground for teaching pupils about how different cultures, values and traditions can have the same goal-the demolition of prejudices and attitudes about the unknown. Therefore, the very title of the ""Identically Different"" project itself is closer to achieving a common goal. All the knowledge that our teachers will gather during the implementation of the project will certainly be used in further work. Improving language and ICT competencies and incorporating new teaching methods will also have a positive impact on their daily work and upon the completion of the implementation of this project, so that the results of the project will also be seen after its completion. Students participating in the project will develop their awareness of the different European cultures that build the European identity and will use their knowledge, skills and attitudes learned and built in this project after the completion of their primary education and transition to secondary education.Through the implementation of the Erasmus + project, our school will be positioned in the city as an innovative and quality educational institution with a very prominent European dimension (the only school in the area with two and we hope for the third Erasmus + project), which enables pupils and teachers to gain experience across Europe."

The idea of creating this project is to make our students aware of the rapidly increasing consumption tendencies. We need to take precautions today so that our scarce resources can’t supply our unlimited needs more and we need to educate our students in the direction of consumption tendencies. With eTwinning platform and discussion that we started with our previous partners, we noticed that the students at secondary school level weren’t sensitive about saving as they were in the changing technological era and that the consumption on the internet and they reflected them to the real life. Our project topic is one of the most important problems of our partners and the world we live in. We have determined our priority work that the environment which we live in should be left untouched to the future. Although the creation of environmental awareness has been given as a course, we have seen that our children can’t provide learning, that permanent behaviors don’t occur, they aren’t applied as life skills. In order to make these behaviors practicable in real life, we have determined that we will raise awareness when we carry out awareness studies with students and their families. In partnership with the students, their parents will also take part actively in the project. Families will see their consumption tendencies and will be able to convert this consumption tendencies to the saving. We will especially increase awareness of electricity, water and ecological consumption. We will be able to take precautions today by identifying the harm which is given to the nature by families with their consumption tendencies. If our students are educated with a tendency of consciously consume at a young age, they will use it in their future lives so we will have the chance to protect our rapidly depleted resources. As a result of carbon, water, and ecological footprint calculation, we will calculate the tree which needs to plant by each student (family) and then we’ll plant them. We will minimize the carbon, water and ecological footprint of our students and their families. We will create a project forest where our partners are located. We’ll give water, renewable energy and ecological saving education to our students and their families. Our partnership is formed from secondary school level students. For the reason that we will calculate the carbon, water and ecological footprint during our project, our families who are in different income levels will be an indispensable part of the project. We will get help from families during our footprint calculation. Raising awareness of our students about consumption, determining the consumption tendencies of their families and providing saving training and budget management training will enable efficient use of scarce resources. In partnership with the students, their parents will also play an active role in the project. We’ve created our project according to the 3R rule.REUSE: We will increase awareness of how to reuse waste that can be reused in school and at home. We will organize campaigns for reuse throughout the project. For example (waste collection, waste oil collection, waste paper collection)REDUCE: We will work on determining and reducing consumption tendencies of students and families of partner schools.RECYCLE: We will raise awareness about recycling. During the project, we will work together with the local administrations in the areas where the schools are located and we will carry out activities on the collection and recycling of wastes. Our project will be carried out transnational. Our students will have chance to see the consumption and saving tendencies of their peers and their families in different age groups in different countries. They will be able to see that environmental problems aren’t only a problem of their own country.Transnational mobility will increase the motivation of our students, improve their language and they will have the opportunity to learn by living in different cultures. Students from different countries will conduct workshops where they will produce models and prototypes of renewable energy resources with group work in transnational meetings. Renewable energy models made by students will be offered to the local community to raise awareness for the project position and to increase the visibility of the project. In our transnational mobility for our project, we will plant amount of trees with the students and local people that need to be planted according to the carbon footprint. The meeting will be held for activities in which students will work together in all partner countries. The project will be carried out transnational so that students can work together on global warming, environmental problems and proposals for solutions for them.

“2050 Not Far Away, Tomorrow!” Is a 24-month project, built in partnership with schools from Spain (coordinator), Romania, Serbia, Greece and Turkey.Unfortunately, biodiversity is rapidly decreasing day by day. Today, biodiversity is disappearing at a rate of 1000 times more than its normal rate. Population growth, accordingly excessive use of resources, climate change, increase of air pollution and spread of diseases; it is increasingly destroying biodiversity. By 2050, the population is expected to reach 9 billion. Population growth; its excessive consumption, climate change, and incredible loss in biodiversity. The planet is changing gradually, but our curriculum is still outdated. Therefore, the next generation does not know how to respond negativity. Many of our students have not even met the species that areused in agriculture, animal husbandry, fishing, forestry, pharmacy, and that form the ecosystem. We don’t have time to lose, tomorrow may be too late.In order to protect the planet and ensure its sustainability, we should develop an effective, up-to-date and broader curriculum on biodiversity issues by developing cooperation with our partners at the cross-border level. Because this planet is ours and all of us need to act for a sustainable planet. Our objectives are; To develop awareness of conservation of biodiversity and trigger behavior change on students with more effective and new school strategies; To increase students’ interest in science and natüre issues, to develop research, inquiry, critical thinking, problem solving, ICT and foreign language skills and encourage them to act with communities; To increase the capacity of our institutions at local and international level by developing cooperation and coordination with partners, stakeholders and parents; To create a sustainable program through the integration of curriculum prepared by good practice examples and partnership.Expected results are; The new schools strategy will encourage students and staff to take responsibility for acting consciously and globally throughout life, and to mobilize others against global actions.Acting together with stakeholders and parents against global problems will create more awareness fort he public. Cooperation and coordination with stakeholders will strengthen the image of our institutions, increase its quality and open doors for new collaborations.Students will be more interested in science and biodiversity, will recognize a wide variety of living species, understand the importance of biodiversity in the field of ecosystem, agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, forestry, and strive to protect the sustainability of the planet. While working on biodiversity issues, students’ skills in researching, questioning, critical thinking, problem solving, and using digital tools will increase.Partner schools will upload good practices and new units to Moodle and national open Access websites as open Access resources. Thus, our institutions will have new learning-teaching materials and current curriculum. The target group are students 9-12 years aged, teachers, parents and communities.60 pupils and 40 teachers will participate to LTTAs in total.Workshops, drama, ecological camp, poster/slogan competition, seminar, interactive games, “The Green Wave” multi-year tree-planting campaign, seminar are main activities in ecosystems, agriculture, biodiversity, animals, fisheries, food and forests issues. The Spanish school is coordinator.Partner schools will act according to the work schedule divided into 24 months for the project to be completed on time.Work schedule answers the questions of “who will do what, when to do, how to do”.The Project activities will encourage teachers to network among colleagues, share knowledge and experience, as well as developing new practices involving different disciplines.Through project activities, students will learn about the richness of plant diversity on the planet, gain awareness of taking action to share, protect biodiversity and sustainability, as well as gaining the skills to use new ICT tools.Participants will gain transnational knowledge, skills and experience in biodiversity animals and fisheries with the experience of learning, teaching, training activities in Europe. Students will realize the importance of biodiversity for the planet and all living things and will develop positive behaviors as responsible European citizens for global problems. The reputation and international position of our institutions are strengthened and the staff of our institutions are eager to develop new collaborations and partnerships. The Partner schools will continue to use and develop project results and outputs after the project ends, and will share them with colleagues on the website, Twin Space, Moodle and social networks for many years.
