Throughout the lifetime of the project, this programme was shared and improved with the help of a network of European VET partners, working together towards achieving transparency and recognition of skills and qualifications to facilitate learning, employability and labour mobility. The organisations involved were: Gecko (UK), Reattiva, CEDIT & CPA Bomba (Italy), INCOMA & INTEGRA (Spain), Globtrain (Germany) and European Academy (Romania). Our now improved DEEM programme complements the KA1 VET mobility schemes, and adds value to them by offering a training scheme that equips and empowers beneficiaries of such schemes with entrepreneurship and employability knowledge and skills, leading to sustainable employment at the end of the mobility. The improved materials take the shape of: - 1 Workbook on Digital Competencies - 1 Workbook on Digital Competencies - Tutor's Copy- 1 Workbook on Intrapreneurship- 1 Workbook on Intrapreneurship - Tutor's Copy- 1 Workbook on Teambuilding- 1 Workbook on Teambuilding - Tutor's CopyTogether with:- Methodological notes- 1 Improved Individual Development Plan- 1 Improved Log BookThe training programme has been designed to work in symbiosis with the work placement, allowing the students to record both their professional and personal goals through the use of the Individual Development Plan and Log Books that are complementary to the training. The project built on the UK approach to student-centred learning, offering an innovative pedagogical approach to partner nations. The curriculum materials offer a formal training route, and opportunities for national and ECVET certification. The DEEM programme that we devised is based on an empirical approach, offering immediate solutions to engage employers in work-based learning and to help beneficiaries of mobility schemes into sustainable employment. Through implementing the project, the partnership also led to the development of better quality assurance mechanisms in VET, by identifying clear statements of learning outcomes. We worked together in sharing good/better practices, improving the materials of the Enterprise and Employability programme and then standardised them, with inputs from all the partners representing 5 EU countries. By using the knowledge of all the partners, we acknowledged the different pedagogical approaches of partners/nations, but also sought to be uniform in our approach, so that the DEEM programme can be used or adopted in any EU nation. The main result of the project: the DEEM network developed a common curriculum which we all own now – both as intellectual property and “own” in terms of our commitment to its quality delivery. The project built and strengthened a network of European VET providers, enabling them to deliver a standardised enterprise and employability curriculum, building organisational capacity, whilst working collaboratively towards achieving results that tackle EU's 2020 Strategy.

In particular, to improve the quality of work of project teams and project management. This goal will be achieved through:1) Implementation of a series of trainings for partnership members and selected representatives of hosting organizations (C1-C4)2) Building the potential of implementing subsequent projects by strengthening the network of partners (training meetings in at least 8 schools in the VET sector, 8 companies in 3 different countries; C1-C4).3) Development, use and publication of measurement system and measurement tool for assessing quality of hosting companies. This tool will take into account data including information from interns, companies, accompanying persons, intermediary organizations. The tool will be implemented in future activities of the partners. An additional objective will be to support host organizations in the proper implementation of vocational mobilities within the VET sector. This goal will be achieved by developing a Compendium for both hosting and sending organizations. It will describe, among others, specific elements related to the requirements that should be met by the mentor, tools and exercises that he can perform to acquire these skills, sources which he can use in this process - the Compendium will count min. 40 pages. Will be prepared in Polish, English, Spanish, Italian.During the project, procedures, documents and mechanisms for managing VET-type projects (Vocational education and training) will also be developed. Partners will have the opportunity to strengthen the international contacts base.6 international meetings and 4 international short-term trainings for partner employees will be implemented in the project. During the Project participants will have the opportunity to visit 8 organizations hosting international trainees as well as 8 European schools that send their students in the logistics, mechatronic and construction sectors for foreign vocational mobilities. A series of workshops raising the competences of participating organizations will strengthen the potential of each partner and will enable the development of two project results: The Compendium of knowledge and a course for employees supervising international internships in host organizations. The project will also enable closer cooperation between two schools, Lotnicze Zakłady Naukowe in Wrocław, Zespół Szkół Technicznych in Kłodzko. The project will involve at least 46 participants from partner organizations who will work on creating project results, mainly vocational subject teachers, mentors looking after young people during internships in the VET sector, and English language teachers. In the long term, the project will contribute to improving the quality of projects implemented by partner institutions in the VET sector, building a broader partnership and increasing the competences of partners' employees.

The current project proposal ""Interactive Teaching -"" iTeaching ""- Key Competences for Teachers in Vocational Training Centers (VTCs)"" aims to develop and pilot a web-based platform for key competence training. This will help develop new educational practices to test innovative pedagogical approaches, curricula, through collaboration and exchange of experience. The project provided an opportunity for the transfer of innovative European practices to enhance the integration of information technology in teaching through the implementation of joint initiatives, exchange of ideas, knowledge and know-how as well as the promotion of cooperation in generating added value in the field of vocational education and training. The specific objectives of the project were: • Building a web-based platform for key competences training - language communication and digital competence. • Training of instructors with practical skills and tools for training and use of resources on key competences training to improve the educational capacity of teachers and employees in vocational training centers to provide a wide range of teaching ideas by introducing IT in the learning process; • Increasing teachers' key competences to upgrade their language and digital skills; • Introducing new teaching technologies that meet European standards and expectations in the field of vocational training in the context of stimulating the development of borderless education; • Modernization of education in Bulgaria and its engagement with business to increase the competitiveness of the Bulgarian society and economy in the future by increasing the capacity of the vocational training centers. The project was divided into seven Work Packages, each having its own leader - one of the partner organisations. Work packages and their leaders were selected according to their experience and capacity, relevant to the activities concerned. The Package WP1. ""National Reports on Good e-Learning Practices in Key Competencies in Italy, Spain and Bulgaria. Final Analyses"" - Leading Organisation ‘’Discordia Ltd” was removed from the project, which necessitated work on it, although not to the same extent, as the results of this package were the basis of the WP2 and WP6 packages. WP2. ""Methodology development - Leading organisation"" Move on solution /EMTrajning/"" WP3: Platform development - Leading organisation ""Discordia Ltd”. WP4: ""Materials Testing and Assessment - Leading organisation - ""Instituto per Formazione IÓccupazione e la Mobilita "" WP5: Learning Management platform- Leading organisation ""Discordia Ltd” WP6: ""Internal Evaluation and Quality Assurance""-Leading organisation - ""Instituto per Formazione IÓccupazione e la Mobilita "" WP7: ""Management and Implementation"" - Leading organisation “Diskordia Ltd”. The set results for the implementation of the project were achieved, including: -Innovation web-based platform for key competence training - language communication and digital competence; Trained instructions on how to work with the platform; - Develop a training system and training materials for ""iTeaching"" that can be applied in a variety of sectors, as the introduction of ICT in teaching and evaluation processes has a wide range of implications. - Introducing a systemic approach to VTC - VET requires a systemic approach linking the various measures aimed at enhancing the qualifications of professionals throughout their lives. The iTeaching project will encourage various public and private institutions working in this area to offer retraining opportunities for teachers. - Better experience in managing international projects - With the management of the entire project cycle, the lead organization will gain more confidence in designing project proposals, applying for future invitations and leading foreign partnerships. - Contributing to the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy and the strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training. It should be added that the web-based platform developed under the project can also be used for Vocational training by VET and Vocational High Schools. The long-term effect of the project implementation is expressed in: Мodernization VET in VTCs in the partner countries of this project - transition from traditional teaching to vocational training to interactive one through ICT use and improvement of the language skills of the teachers."

The purpose of this project was to raise awareness among young people and to teach them how to protect their personal data in the online environment and how to protect themselves from online harassment. In order to achieve this goal, the partners set out to develop the skills of the youth workers in order to be able to develop and use in the workshops with young people a non-formal learning tool: ”BEWARE!” We have established this transnational partnership because the identified problem is a common problem of young people, and the solution could come only through transnational cooperation. Addressing the common problem from different perspectives and experiences has led to an increased applicability of intellectual output. The project has achieved its purpose by fulfilling the 3 objectives: OB1: Developing the skills of 13 youth workers in the field of online safety through 2 transnational learning activities to create and use the ”BEWARE!” learning tool in youth work OB2: Improving the skills of 75 young people with reduced opportunities in the field of online data protection and cyberbullying through non-formal learning activities using BEWARE! OB3: Improving the level of knowledge of security issues in the online environment by 1000 young people through 25 non-formal learning sessions coordinated by 75 young people with reduced opportunities. In order to achieve these objectives, we followed an implementation plan that had 3 main components1. Training of youth workers through 2 transnational learning activities in the first 6 months of the implementation period. These activities contributed to the increase of the quality of the work of the youth workers in the activities that they subsequently carried out with the young people and were the basis of the creation of the intellectual output. 2. Creating the intellectual output ""BEWARE!"" was consistent with the results obtained from the questionnaires identifying the specificity of the online activities of young people. The transnational learning activities were followed by the elaboration in the IV-VIII months of the 2 chapters of the guide: ""Protection of data placed in the virtual environment"" (elaborated by AcrossLimits and SEP) and ""Cyberbullying between gambling and misdemeanour"" (elaborated by IFOM and YouNet). INTERACTIVE 4D realized during the 8th-15th months of the project a digital educational game (BEWARE!) https://www.bewareproject.eu/download/ . That completes the guide and increase the interest of the young people for the addressed subject. The output was tested by the target group to obtain feedback on its quality through the workshops that took place during the XV-XVII months of the project. 3. All previous activities have led to the valorisation of the results through awareness events, information and guidance of young people in order to adopt a conscious and safe behavior in the use of mobile devices. The target of these events that took place during the sixteenth-eighteenth months of the project were about 1000 young users of mobile devices. The implementation plan was monitored throughout the time by collecting information on the stage of the activities, from the local coordinators. They (reunited in the Steering Committee) participated in the 3rd, 9th, 15th months of the project at Skype information conferences, and in the 6th, 12th and immediately after the completion of the project, they sent to the General Coordinator official reports on the local activities carried out by each organization. The results of the project have been carefully monitored by the Quality Commission so that they meet the requirements of the standards imposed by Erasmus +. The results of the BEWARE project! have had a major impact on young people who used the created products to became more aware and alert to the dangers of the online environment, less vulnerable to cyber attacks. By involving in the G2 target group of young people with fewer opportunities, the project also responded to the priority of Social inclusion. The ""BEWARE!"" toolkit (the Guide and the game) has proven to be a modern and useful tool in working with young people. An important role in increasing the impact of the project was the dissemination campaigns carried out by the partner organizations by involving the members of the G2 group and the multiplication events of the eighteenth month. The intellectual output elaborated within the project will not end its life cycle once the financing period is completed, but will continue to be sustainable thereafter. During the multiplication events a network of partners was created to whom the project results were transferred and they will continue to use and popularize them."
