    << Objectives >>With this project, we want to create an online educational source Samcart for youth workers in rural areas to use in supporting young people from these areas in the development of social ideas and social businesses. With this project, we are responding to the challenge of continuing rural-urban migration, which distorts the age, gender, and socio-economic balance by depleting the population of young, well-educated, and economically active people in rural areas we work in.<< Implementation >>1. Mapping and interviewing successful social business owners in partner countries and presenting their know-how.2. Implementation of online educational source Samcart on the development of social ideas and social businesses for youth workers in rural areas. 3. Implementation of the young people’s mobility as a pilot phase of the project content in Bulgaria. 4. Three public presentations (multiplier events) of the project results in Slovenia and Poland and the final conference in Bulgaria.<< Results >>1. Mapping social businesses in rural areas in partner countries which include interviews with at least 3 social entrepreneurs per county on their “know-how”. 2. Development of an online education source on the development of social ideas and their transformation into (social) businesses.

    "<< Objectives >>Project ""Kindness is our Superpower!"" aims to promote kindness & sense of belonging among pupils in primary schools. Its main objectives are to develop a methodology based on Gestalt to empower teachers to foster sense of belonging among pupils,to create an interactive handbook for dissemination & evaluation of the project & to carry out activities within the methodology. Project aims to improve pupils' well-being, academic performance & to create a culture of kindness and inclusivity in schools<< Implementation >>The implementation of the project ""Kindness is our Superpower!"" will involve various activities, including the development of methodology based on Gestalt to empower teachers, the creation of an interactive handbook for teachers and the implementation of multiple activities within the methodology, such as solution rooms & theatre performances. The project will also involve training and supporting teachers in implementing the methodology and evaluating the effectiveness of the project's results.<< Results >>Kindness is our Superpower! project aims to achieve several results, including increasing the sense of belonging among pupils, improved communication & cooperation between teachers & pupils and decreased bullying & exclusion. We also expect to see an increase in teachers' competencies related to fostering kindness & a sense of belonging among pupils & increased use of Gestalt-based approaches in the class. Ultimately, we hope project will contribute to a more positive & inclusive school culture."

    << Objectives >>By implementing the Women Empowerment project, we want to:- empower women with fewer opportunities from Poland, Italy and Slovenia,- develop the broadly understood competences of the staff of our organizations and the adult women with whom we work,- expand our knowledge of, inter alia, the Erasmus + program and the EU,- build long-term, trust-based relationships with partner organizations,- gain experience in international projects,- enrich the educational offer of our organizations.<< Implementation >>As part of the project, we plan to:- 54 online workshops for adult women,- 6 webinars to exchange good practices for the organization's staff,- 3 extensive Local activities for women (Finding my Balance in Slovenia, Talend Garden in Italy, Zmień swój świat in Poland),- 1 international women's meeting.<< Results >>The result of the project will be, among others, increasing self-esteem and the development of broadly understood competences of the staff of our organizations and adult women with whom we work, as well as building international relationships based on trust.Additionally, the results include 4 products:- Journal with 52 self-development tasks- The edu-LARP educational tool- A toolkit with educational scenarios about preventing violence- Scenarios based on the online workshop

    << Objectives >>With the active participation of young people aged 13-16 we want to create 40 attractive public spaces for greater physical activity of youth in Hrastnik, Slovenia and Tallinn, Estonia, by using gamification elements. With this project we are responding to the deteriorating physical and consequent mental health of young people after the pandemic. We will monitor and present the entire gamification process in the manual.<< Implementation >>1.Two youth groups mentored by youth workers, who will locate public spaces for young people.2. Implementation of international mobility in Hrastnik and workshops for the development of gamification ideas for both cities.3. Young people will carry out the gamification of public spaces in both cities to encourage peer physical activity.4. Two public openings of gamified public spaces.5. A know-how manual on how to carry out such a project in other local communities and its public presentation<< Results >>The project will have the following results:1. 40 gemified public spaces in both cities, Hrastnik, Slovenia and Tallinn, Estonia (20/partner).2. A know-how manual on how to use gamification to increase the attractiveness of public spaces and promote the physical participation of young people. Manual is dedicated to youth workers and other professionals working with young people (formal and non-formal education, sports).

Two documentary films created by young people from Slovenia and Spain . 3. One short documentary film of the project that promotes cross sector cooperation
