EARLYBRAIN is characterized by a joint, transdisciplinary and coordinated action to understand the child from a biopsychosocial approach and to empower parents/caregivers. It will promote good practice exchange and raise awareness on the need of early childhood interventions in line with the Child Guarantee, UNCRC and UNCRPD.<< Implementation >>EARLYBRAIN activities will be framed in 2 WPs:- WP2 Development of Toolkit (D1): best practices selection, development of training resources, co-creation of tales and stories and guidelines for users, design and validation activities.- WP3 Policy recommendations (D2): including drafting and validation through workshops.In addition, results will be translated into English, Spanish, Italian and French, shared and promoted through different channels, ensuring their impact and sustainability.<< Results >>EARLYBRAIN will deliver 4 main results: 1. A Toolkit with training contents for adult relatives/caregivers, including best practices and illustrated tales and stories (D1).2. Policy recommendations to address early care (D2) aimed at raising awareness among policy and decision makers.3. Two events aimed at disseminating the Toolkit among adult relatives/caregivers in Spain (E1) and Italy (E2).4. An international Event (E3) in Belgium to foster the debate on the policy recommendations.

The provided training will complement the current certified technical training to contribute to the employability, health and quality of life of the workers as well as the competitiveness of the companies. The main intellectual outputs are: IO1. A gamified app to evaluate the attitudes and skills detected as relevant, as well as to elaborate on different profiles, in order to adapt the training to the specific characteristics of the individuals.IO2. Theoretical training modules, to be available in digital platforms oriented to psychosocial capacitation and coaching.IO3. A Virtual Reality Simulator to prepare potential workers in specific situations or to reproduce work conditions to better train and reinforce the contents defined in the curriculum (IO2).The target groups in the project are individuals in vulnerable groups due to their social, economic, or educational background, workers with low qualification profiles, interested in improving their skills with regards to psychosocial management; Private companies looking for workforce, in particular for low qualified profiles, as well as companies providing training for the referred sectors. In addition, also human resources professionals, NGO trainers, and psychology professionals will benefit from resources and training framework. Finally, policy makers and occupational health authorities will be involved in the activities foreseen to validate and/or disseminate the project outputs. RISKREAL consortium is built upon 7 partners from 4 countries covering the whole chain from work-based training to education innovation and end-users. The University of Burgos (Spain) brings to the project VR technology and education policy experts, with a strong background in international innovation project management; Adventis solutions, Burgos (Spain) a company providing services for renewable industry, including certified training courses; IPPO, and Italian SME specialized in learning technology and capacitation of workers of different sectors; MECB, an enterprise from Malta providing training services in different contexts and working with a wide network of stakeholders including Chambers of Commerce and Industry; PROTASI ZOIS, a Greek NGO working with individuals in vulnerable groups, improving their resilience and their psychosocial resources; KVELOCE, and SME focused on the area of social policies, accessibility and participatory processes, and specialized in social impact assessment of projects and activities which a broad experience and networks in training; and ISTITUTO DI GESTALT HCC, an SME that helps people to develop personal resources equipping them with diagnostic and psychopathological competences, increasing the well-being of employees and human resources. The aims of RISKREAL require an international and transnational approach to ensure that free labour market in Europe is also aligned with European training certifications for low qualification employees, contributing to an inclusive and balanced development of competence levels in individuals in vulnerable groups, while ensuring the adequate level of innovation and the scientific suitability of the methodologies proposed and developed in RISKREAL project.
