Promotion activities.<< Results >>- Better knowledge of the digital and entrepreneurial needs of youth workers and young people (aged 18-29)- Provision of tools, resources and techniques to youth workers to assist them in introducing young people to the world of digital entrepreneurship.- Tailored blended training for youth workers to develop digital and entrepreneurial skills and assist them in making young people acquire those skills- Awareness raising on the importance of innovative entrepreneurship

Youth work plays an important role in enhancing social inclusion. The aim of the project was to facilitate the exchange of competences and experience between 2 organisations from Romania and Spain to improve their youth work quality, through the professional development of 12 youth workers, to be active agents of inclusion, to fight against discrimination and to foster the development of social, civic, intercultural competences among youths. Target group/ direct beneficiary: - 12 youth workers, no age limit 6 from Romania and 6 from Spain -20 youths with fewer opportunities experimenting marginalisation, 15-30 years old, 22 local organisations with experience in social inclusion, through 26 representatives and youth workers, 2 local decision makers representing the Youth sector, 6 representatives of the Education system from a University, 11 freelancer trainers with experience in youth work and social inclusion, from Romania and Spain- 240 youth, 120 from Romania from which 60 with economical obstacles and 120 from Spain from which 60 with economical obstacles, aged 15-30 years old. Using non-formal education principles, the organisations implemented: -Consultative meetings with expert, where we identified measures, methods and good practice used by organisation to reach marginalised young people and in preventing discrimination and intolerance -Non-formal activities to teach the 12 youth workers how to use the produced intellectual outputs and develop non-formal activities -Non-formal activities for 240 youths, implemented by the 12 youth workers where they developed the youths personal, interpersonal, civic, social and intercultural competences and ensured the social inclusion. Through the activities, we have ensured the context where the 240 youths developed their active participation plan and ensured the premises for the them to participate fully in an effective and constructive way in civic, social and working life. The young people participated socially and civically in the community through concrete actions/ measures/ activities.During the project the experts from the two organisations developed 4 intellectual outputs, a research, an OER, 21 new non-formal education methods and a boardgame, for experts that helped them:- Reach marginalised young people- Fight against discrimination and ensure social inclusion- Raise the tolerance and understanding between young people with and without fewer opportunities-Develop the social, civic and intercultural competences at the young people with and without fewer opportunities- Create, plan, implement, evaluate and monitor non-formal education activities with young people with and without fewer opportunities jointlyThe resources are addressed to youth workers and organisations who works with young people with fewer opportunities (or wants to work with them), but it can be used by any other expert or organisation from the Youth, Education, Adult education and VET field.The project developed new measures and methods that raised the quality of youth work in the organisation to identify marginalised youth with economical obstacles and understand the facing challenges, to fight against discrimination and raise the understanding between youth with and without fewer opportunities. The used methodology created a clear and common framework used by the 2 organisations to reach the marginalised youth, to raise tolerance and acceptance between the youths with and without fewer opportunities and develop their social, civic and intercultural competences.The project developed the necessary methodology to plan, monitor, implement and evaluate the non-formal education workshops using new innovative instruments.

"<< Objectives >>With the ""Let's talk with a song"" project, we intend to promote training and information workshop activities aimed at adults and the elderly. In this case, we want to intervene to provide them with tools and learning opportunities that use digital devices and technologies to counteract the phenomena of isolation and marginalization that affect the target object of our project intervention.<< Implementation >>The activities we intend to promote will be of an analytical type for data collection and identification of the specific needs of the target group of adult and elderly participants, of formulating a model with new tools and strategies that use digital devices and technologies, of processing output. concrete and shareable, sharing with a European partner aiming at the transnational dimension to amplify the effects.<< Results >>We expect the impact of the project to have a strong impact on the local and European community, especially in terms of training operators who have been able to experiment on an equal footing with the participants new means and measures to be used in the laboratory and design field, using the outputs specifics listed above as a guide, vademecum and research tools, content processing, achievement of results."

"<< Objectives >>With this project, it is aimed to increase the digital skills of youth workers of both institutions and to develop their institutional capacities in the context of digitalization. In addition, the mutual modeling of digital transformation experiences as a result of the interaction of both partners with each other and the establishment of a ""Digital Transformation and Education"" department are among the objectives of this project. The target concrete output is the Digital Transformation Guide.<< Implementation >>1. Monthly coordination meetings to meet and confirm the responsibilities of institutions2. ""Digital Transformation in Civil Society"" workshop, dissemination activity and sapling planting event in Turkey with the participation of 8 of our project partners and 12 people from our institution3. ""Module Creation Workshop"", dissemination activity and creation of ""Digital Transformation Guide"" in Spain with the same participants.<< Results >>20 youth workers will attend the workshop and workshop with the theme of digital transformation in civil society. The data obtained from these activities will reach more youth workers with the dissemination activity. A ""Digital Transformation Guide"" will be created at the end of the project. This guide will be a guide for the Digital Transformation and Education department. The said guide will also be a model for non-governmental organizations operating in the same field."

<< Objectives >>The objectives of this project are based on providing adults with the necessary tools and skills to bridge the digital divide through training based on the development of digital competences and making them digitally literate, as well as helping them to advance in society in terms of ICT, thus improving their ease of use in their daily tasks.<< Implementation >>- Project management- Methodology on digital literacy in adults over 55 in Greece and Spain- Training for teachers: Strengthening the digital skills in adult education: We will organise these training events as workshops where the participants will learn new digital tools and how to use them in order to foster employability and to succeed in the workplace. - Strengthening the digital skills in adult education for the management team: assessing training activities, using the methodology.<< Results >>The expected results of this project are positive, an improvement in terms of the skills of adults who are unaware of the digital age and the changes that have been implemented in recent years. In the event that any aspect fails and the objectives proposed at the beginning of the project are not met, they will be modified and adapted so that when it is repeated, the results will be positive.
