The Voyage project has set up a web platform, active for an online students and companies registration. Set up in the Vietnamese beneficiaries universities, the platform collects, in a unique database graduates and future graduates data, namely educational experience’ assessment questionnaire data and Certified CVs. The platform has two main scopes: enhancing employability of graduates and strengthening the efficiency of the HE system for curricula reforms in line with labour market needs. The Voyage platform, developed on the graduates DB and conceived to easily integrate new Vietnamese universities, allows enterprises to search for Vietnamese graduates according to specific skill needs, while giving the graduates a comprehensive and democratic access to labour market. Platform data have been exploited to release the first Vietnamese Graduates Profile Surveys: an analysis of beneficiary universities graduates and graduates’ features and performance, including evaluation of university experience, family background and future intentions and perspectives. Guidelines for platform management, deployment and data use as well as a Training Compendium summarizing main training contents have been realized. In the framework of the project the Monitoring enterprises skill needs’ report and the Best Practices for Internship Promotion’ report in Vietnam have been developed. The first report provides feedback on skill needs required by Vietnamese companies as well as on the state of art of Universities-Enterprises cooperation in the country; the second report collects Vietnamese and European best practices for internships promotion. Beneficiaries' universities have agreed to the project sustainability plan detailing the platform configuration in Vietnam, tasks and functions assigned to Consortium members for the release of the main project's outcomes in the future. Project contents and publication are available online at http://voyage-project.eu

In the recent years, the Vietnamese public authorities raised the need to provide information on labour market in combination with the actual human resources produced by the universities, as a priority for the governance of the higher education in Vietnam. In this framework, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam (MOET) has started to consider the tracer study of universities/ and colleges as a core priority for developing the higher education sector in the country. Since 2017 tertiary education institutions are asked to provide MOET with information on the employment condition of their graduates, yet the existent graduates tracking studies suffer inconsistency of contents and scatter methodology. The MOTIVE project, supported and inspired by MOET, aims at ensuring that the Vietnamese HE system address the challenging of reform policy implementation on graduates tracking by monitoring their transition towards the labour market as well as their employment situation, through the set-up of the first National Center for Graduate Tracking in Vietnam. Thanks to the set-up of the Center, the first graduates employment situation survey of the Vietnamese Graduates, developed on a unique methodology and tools, will be run, supported by the network of stakeholders to be set up during the Project. Capacity building activities, namely trainings and workshop addressed to Vietnamese universities staff, on how to manage and exploit graduates data for survey release and on how to support the policy reform of HE system, stays as a pillar of the initiative. The impact envisaged is to modernize the Higher Education sector by promoting an informative based approach to policy reform. The sustainable tools and methodologies develop within the initiative will help to evaluate, monitor and compare the success of higher education graduates, measure the effects of policies and assess the attainment of benchmarks and goals.

The Republic of Albania recognizes the central role of “education as a public good able to promote development” (Law no. 80/2015). The new 2015 law paved the way to an overhauling reform for improving standards in education, link HE with the labour market. Universities in Albania, with some exceptions, are at initiative stage of technological innovation needing the creation of modern ICT based structures and a trained staff. Also, no systematic information system on HE are available with phenomena of mismatch of skills in the youth market, as the current youth unemployment rate indicate. The project addresses the National priorities of enhancing university-enterprise cooperation (fostering graduates employability) and improving education quality in Albania by developing in the beneficiary Universities the graduates’ data platform, as an ICT based integrated tool for the monitoring of HE performance and its long lasting impact on society; the improving of educational supply and the matching of the demand for and supply of qualified labour. The platform will allow the collection of comprehensive data on HE system, with the information provided directly by the graduates; an evidence at disposal of policy makers on which to base decisional processes. The platform will also allow enterprises to search and compare graduates certified CVs according to specific skill giving the graduates a more democratic access to labour market and reducing skill mismatch. The project will support the Albanian universities in meeting society needs thanks to intensive knowledge, best practice transfer and reccomendation development: the activities planned will enhance university staff skills on graduates’ career development, developing professional traineeship and structured cooperation with the business world, effective tools for career guidance and students' orientation on the labour market, advanced and competitive research tools for HE monitoring and Albanian labour market analysis.

In this project, the participating organisations aimed to implement AlmaLaurea (AL) system (http://www.almalaurea.it/en) in Turkey. AL is a nonprofit interuniversity system designed and developed in Italy used by 65 member universities and the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research. AL keeps track of students and plays a major role in matching university graduates and employers. Unlike commercial solutions through which employers and employees can match, AL system offers a more comprehensive solution both for the job matching process and for the enhancement of the education quality. AL system provides annual reports containing a detailed data analysis of graduates’ information (academic background certified by the university, satisfaction with the education received and with the university overall, geographical, social and economic background, work and internship experiences, future plans, and the sectors in which graduates work) to universities and participating organizations. It can be understand that the aim was to adapt the system according to the needs of the labor market and the higher education in Turkey. There were three participating universities from Turkey: Izmir University (which was closed due to statutory decree in July 2016), the coordinator, Ege University, and Sinop University.
