This one collaborates in projects of labour integration, formation, leisure and inclusive sport, etcetera; and with this project it pursued to continue expanding their knowledge to be able to give a better quality of service to the beneficiaries. The partner organizations were 1st SENDSC of Thessaloniki (Greece), Rightchallenge (Portugal), World Net (Italy), Phoenix Social Enterprise (United Kingdom). They have experience in national and international projects with young people from different backgrounds, and have interest in the social inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion; they share the philosophy and principles of our entity. The collaborators gathered the professional competences and the necessary qualifications to carry out the proposed action, since they have a wide experience and we have both enriched each other. On the other hand, the social work they develop is based on very different approaches, which has given us points of view and different approaches, reaching an analysis of reality and a search for more complete solutions when carrying out an integrative work of young people with problems of exclusion. The participants have been workers in the field of youth with youth / youth and adults with disabilities and / or at risk of social exclusion. Likewise, during visits and practical analysis, young people with disabilities and / or at risk of social exclusion from the same entities and neighbouring entities have participated in the activities. The development of the information collection and compilation of the analysis has been carried out periodically, by contacting personnel periodically or virtually monthly to carry out a compilation of information. At the end of the compilation of theoretical and practical information, a meeting was held in Spain where we analysed our situation and carried out a search for common solutions. Its dissemination has taken place in conferences in which all entities participated and through the publication on our website of the summary. The result of this collaboration has been the analysis of the entities and work with our users, in the integration of young people and groups at risk of social exclusion to be able to provide improvements; the creation of a network of contacts with common interests for the inclusion of young people at risk of social exclusion; as well as the search for solutions in the observed problem (reflected in the approach of a future common project). With respect to our entity, we have carried out an internal reflection of our weaknesses and strengths in all areas. In relation to the target groups, we would expect an improvement in personal, educational and cultural competences in general, making an advance in the elimination of the obstacles that cause social exclusion. In addition, for users, young people with problems of social inclusion, an improvement in the skills of the entity will mean a benefit that would lead to a sociocultural improvement and even an economic advance for the future. In addition, as an entity in favor of people with disabilities, we would like to implement the lessons learned from collaboration with other European entities and transmit the philosophy of the entity to enable people with disabilities to put into practice the principles of full social participation with the same opportunities, guaranteeing the promotion of rights, autonomy and independent life.
