    << Objectives >>Digi-CCI project aims to increase digital capacities of youth workers working in the field of CCI to enable them to catch-up with today's technology and trends in their youth work. The project aims to ensure capacity development for youth workers working in the field of CCIs and CCI youth and professionals to increase the quality of youth work in this field.<< Implementation >>We will have a 6-day international pilot training for trainers in Norway with 15 youth workers from all partners for the Digi-CCI Training Programme that will be established within the project. There will also be an online training, a shorter 16-hour compact version of the training programme and it will be implemented with 30 youth workers from all partners countries. We will implement local dissemination activities, 1 in each country with the participation of at least 25 people in each activity<< Results >>We will produce the following results with our project: Digi-CCI Training Program which will include methods and training content on digitalization and CCI for youth workers, Digi-CCI Toolbox that will include 20 tools (digitalization and CCIs) for youth workers and Digi-CCI Online Platform where the project outputs and results will be shared and the Digi-CCI Online Training program will be available and a certificate will be given to youth workers who successfully complete the training online.

    << Objectives >>Develop a model for mobilizing marginalized youths and communities to work with the SDGs, which they often feel is a high-end framework for the “untroubled” communities and feels cryptic/complicated. This will increase the chances of reaching agenda 2030 by creating possible conditions for involving all, and “leaving no one behind”- no matter the resource base or background. It will also give empowerment to the target communities to be part/central in their own development.<< Implementation >>1. Conducting an analysis into local narratives of sustainability and the SDGs in marginalized communities and how these relate or compare with the mainstream SDGs agenda 2030. 2. Recruit 20 youth as SDGs ambassadors in their communities, and develop/run training, mentoring, and tools development process with them on how they can work with the SDGs and relatedly localize them in their context. 3. Implement community activities and youth actions around the SDGs and components of the project.<< Results >>1. Twenty (20) youth SDG ambassadors mobilized and empowered and are championing actions in local communities.2. An analytical report of local vs. mainstream narratives on the SDGs and sustainability – to bridge the gaps.3. Six (6) local actions based on SDGs implemented across the two countries.4. A mentoring program tested and adjusted for how to empower marginalized youth to act around the SDGs.5. A methodology for mobilizing marginalized youths and communities to action.

    << Objectives >>GENERAL OBJECTIVE-Promoting the digital transformation in the youth work through the exchange and transnational cooperation of youth organizations.SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES-Promoting in youth workers (YWs) the skills to integrate Virtual Reality (VR) in non-formal education for young people with fewer opportunities;-Promoting the involvement of young people with fewer opportunities through non-formal education mediated by VR.<< Implementation >>- 1 Handbook creation for the development of YWs skills in the field of VR applied to non formal education;- 1 LTTA addressed to YWs on the use of VR in non-formal education with GMOs;- 3 Pilot Tests of the VR-Experience Corner methodology in Italy / Romania / Norway;- 3 multiplier events in Italy / Romania / Norway.<< Results >>EXPECTED RESULTS- Increase of YWs able to use VR in non-formal education aimed at GMOs, at local, regional, national and European level;- Increase of GMOs involved in innovative and cutting-edge educational and social opportunities in youth organizations, at local, regional, national and European level.TANGIBLE RESULTS- 1 Manual and 1 Toolkit for the development of YWs skills in the field of VR applied to non-formal education.

    << Objectives >>Our project aims to support social and youth workers who interact with ethnic minorities in their everyday occupations. Specifically, we aim to strengthen the capacity of these professionals to create positive change and more engaged communities through increasing their intercultural communication skills. By working closely with them, the project partners will develop tailored and practical tools for their practice, providing them with new training opportunities and pedagogical tools.<< Implementation >>The project contains three parts: - recruiting professionals, volunteers and ethnic minorities and performing interviews with them. Each country will also conduct at least 20 interviews- using the data from these interviews to compile results into a 1-week course to be completed with professionals working with ethnic minorities - completing this one-week course with professionals and volunteers working with ethnic minorities plus immediate follow-up<< Results >>- knowledge around the interactions between professionals, volunteers and ethnic minorities in the process of accessing services such as teaching and social services is added to - professionals and volunteers are educated on the subject using the data generated from the research phase - a wider network of professionals, volunteers and ethnic minorities are given knowledge on the key findings of the project- an even wider network of actors are capacitated through social media

    "<< Objectives >>Project ""Mental health of youth: Non- formal education to improve the mental health"" is KA2 exchange of good practice strategic partnership project. This project will last for 12 months and will enable partners in Norway, Lithuania and Latvia to share good practices in the field of youth work and psychology. Aim of the project is:To share good practices and methods between youth work, non-formal education and clinical psychology.<< Implementation >>We plan to implement 3 main activities during the project:- 5 day Study visit in Latvia ""Youth work in Teenage resource center of Liepāja"" gathering 20 participants from 4 organisation in 3 countries.- 9 day Training course ""Mental health of youth: Non- formal education and psychology"" in Lithuania, gathering 20 participants from 4 organisation in 3 countries.- development of a handbook ""Non-formal education and psychology"" that will combine non-formal education methods and youth psychology.<< Results >>Expected results:1 To improve existing non-formal education methods with the help of clinical psychology to work better with troubled youth;2 To share good practices of non-formal methods to clinical psychologists;3 To create a handbook that would help youth-workers and psychologists to work with troubled youth4 To develop participants competencies based on international youth work experience;5 To help develop competences of youth workers and clinical psychologists working with youth;"
