Improving the ""soft"" complementary skills can be considered even more globally, notably in the context of improving key competences and employment skills that have a key place in the EU policies for greater competitiveness of the economies, improving the well-being and prosperity of EU citizens. Job applicants and potential employers must have a ""common language"" for communication, this way both parties can make the right choice. The purpose of this project is to help working people by translating and clarifying in an accessible manner the formal requirements that are usually outlined in job advertisements and must be followed throughout the process of applying for a new job. Improving personal skills when applying for a new job will contribute to more confidence, self-esteem, less stress, which will lead to better presentation of the candidates and the employers will save time in selecting the candidates. The project addresses the problems of skill shortages and skill mismatch and offers tools for tackling these problems. The enlarged period of work and active life, the rapid technological development, the single market and globalisation require continuous development and complementarity of personal knowledge and skills. In a dynamic labor market, working people must have a set of knowledge, skills and habits to help them find work, adaptation, motivation, workplace self-improvement, and career management. With this project, the partners aim to motivate the target group by providing them with useful information resources to use in the process of applying for a job. The present project ""Video Job ToolKit"" has the ambition to provide synthesised information on the process of applying for a job in a ""white boarding animation"" based approach, thus helping the interested persons to better present themselves. The project includes four Transnational Project Meetings, two in Bulgaria, one in Greece and one in The Netherlands. The partners will prepare Action Plan, GANTT chart, Partners agreement and Budget plan as administrative arrangements. Will be elected a communication group led by the Coordinator including 1 person per project partner. This group will control the cooperation and communication among the project partners and with the relevant stakeholders and representatives of the target group. The second TPM will be organised in Greece in March 2020 by the ""01Infonet"" organisation, taking into account the experience of the partner in managing European projects and in work with adult learners. The project partners will present the data from the analysis on target group needs with a plan to include the information into the video guidelines. The data will be summarised by the Coordinator and spread to all the partners. The 3d TPM will be in The Netherlands in August 2020, where will be discussed the process of creation of the content of the videos and their design. The 4th final TPM will be organised in Bulgaria in May 2021 and the videos will be presented and adjusted if needed by all the partners. Along with the Transnational meetings, our project foresees three Multiplier events. These events will be held in Bulgaria, Greece and The Netherlands after the completion and final test of the intellectual output and will gather adults, NGOs, employers and other interested stakeholders. The dissemination plan is of a great importance for the use of the video guidelines ""Job ToolKit"". On one hand, the quality of the intellectual product will provide knowledge to the target group and interested persons, on the other - the dissemination activities are equally important in order to popularise and spread the information to as much audience as possible. At national, local and regional level we expect to raise the awareness of basic skills and knowledge, regarding employment and job search and to increase the awareness about the activities and impact of the Erasmus+ program. In each country involved in the project we expect to create a network of relevant organisations and stakeholders, interested in the field. A desired impact will be to enhance the employability and readiness of adults to the labor market, to increase their motivation and realisation and to combat the socio-economic integration. On European level, we expect to make a strong network of stakeholders, key actors and NGOs, working together, sharing experience and knowledge through the creation of our innovative Video Toolkit. Our aim is to create an impact on European level regarding the skills and competences of adults, searching and applying for a job and the possible measures to combat these problems in practice. Also, a desired international impact is to spread the use of the Intellectual product using the EPALE network in all European countries and to improve the unemployment indicator."

Low-qualified people are a particularly vulnerable group among the unemployed. The high percentage of people in need of upskilling and qualification in each participating country in the project is a problem that can be solved through easing access to training and guidance. To address this issue, the four partners from the UNEM project came up with the idea to contribute to achieving the priorities of qualification and upskilling through bringing together unemployed people and training providers in an online platform in order to find the most appropriate and suitable training courses. OBJECTIVESThe main objective of the UNEM project was to create preconditions for the acceleration of the integration process and the upskilling of low-qualified adults. This was done through an integrative approach, using ICT tools, digital, and research methods, which resulted in the creation of a platform for training search open for all users, available in four languages, where training providers will register and offer training opportunities (www.coursetojob.eu). NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONSThe project team included partners from three different countries: Bulgaria, Greece, and Portugal. The Coordinating organization is a vocational education provider, the other three partner organizations provide adult education and training, work in the field of Erasmus+ mobility, and consultancy. All partners brought their specific competencies to the project.DESCRIPTION OF MAIN ACTIVITIESThe activities of the UNEM project involved four Transnational Project Meetings, three Multiplier events, two Learning, Teaching, Training events, and the creation of one Intellectual output - the Coursetojob platform. The project followed a dissemination plan, implementing and envisaging activities during and after the end of the project. Was adopted an Evaluation methodology of project activities and deliverables, which monitored the elaboration and quality of project activities and results. RESULTS AND IMPACT ATTAINEDThe UNEM project team explored the qualification needs of unemployed people and low-skilled individuals in three different countries, how their needs could be addressed through the use of digital tools, and how their access to qualification can be improved. Project products include technical materials, researches, and learning activities implemented during the project meetings and events. As a result, was created an online platform, aiming to ease the access to training opportunities of unemployed and low-skilled adults and thus to improve their qualification and adaptability to the labor market. The participating organizations created a strong partnership. The target group was provided with an innovative tool – the Coursetojob platform (www.coursetojob.eu). As an overall result, after the end of the project, we expect to contribute to the improvement of unemployment rates by raising the percentage of qualified adults. Project results in numbers:- 28 people participated in the online learning, teaching, training event, increasing their knowledge, understanding, and skills in assessing digital tools and content, and in giving feedback;- 198 participants in three online multiplier events in Bulgaria, Greece, and Portugal- 81 registrations at the Coursetojob website until the end of January 2021- 467 organic followers of the UNEM Facebook page - Marketing promotions, reaching more than 7,000 users from Bulgaria, Greece, and Portugal - E-mail marketing campaigns, reaching 62 representatives of the Employment Agencies; 104 VET centers; 71-course providers, and 800 training centersLONGER-TERM BENEFITSThe most relevant longer-term benefit is to improve and extend the supply of high-quality educational opportunities, tailored to the needs of low-skilled or low-qualified individuals. The platform offers easy and free access and will stress out the most relevant professions, the professions of the future, and those with a shortage of staff - aiming to inform the users and to guide them on the most suitable professional path. On the other hand, training providers will be fostered to organize courses, that will benefit the attendees and will help them find a job. The active role of the partners in maintaining the platform ""alive"" after the end of the project plays a major role in the informative character of the Coursetojob. We aim to publish news, analyses, and important information, which will be useful for the users and will inform them about the labor market trends. The online space gives the opportunity to provide extended information about the course provider, his activities, the trainers, the program, location, fee, period, etc."
