    "<< Objectives >>The project aims to create a stable and reliable partnership network for sharing information, expertise, and good practices to successfully integrate youngsters with DCD. The project will:increase the capacities of the partner organizations in the field of inclusion, raise public awareness for youngsters with DCD (developmental coordination disorder);map relevant stakeholders in the local communities, promote universal rules of social inclusion.<< Implementation >>Activities which are going to be implemented are the following:Project set-up and monitoring;Kick-off meeting;Data-based research and context analyses;Collective learning and training meeting;Raising Awareness campaign;Dissemination and exploitation of project results;Final event.<< Results >>The project's main output will be the ""DCD handbook"". Its purpose is to standardize and provide all needed information about DCD and approaches to identify youngsters with possible DCD challenge. It will consist of indicators for identifying DCD and tips for analyzing those indicators. The handbook will introduce DCD to the broader public, build understanding for youth with DCD and nourish a more inclusive perspective in our communities."

    << Objectives >>By implementing this project, we aim to achieve several objectives. Firstly, we want to improve the capacity of organizations and youth workers to create a more inclusive environment for young people with ADHD. This will be achieved through the development of a comprehensive Toolkit Material and subsequent Training and Capacity Building activities. Secondly, we want to provide a resource for youth with ADHD in the form of an activity book. Thirdly, we want to raise awareness about ADHD.<< Implementation >>The project activities are designed to improve the capacity of organizations and youth workers in creating an inclusive environment for young people with ADHD. These activities include the Research & Development of Toolkit Material for Youth Workers with a subsequent Training and Capacity Building activity, the development of an activity book for youth with ADHD, a campaign to raise awareness during ADHD awareness month, and communication and dissemination of project results. << Results >>The results of this project will be:1. Development of a comprehensive Toolkit Material for youth workers about young people with ADHD (YOU FOCUS Toolkit)2. Training and Capacity Building for youth workers in order to enhance their skills when working with youth belonging to this disadvantaged group. The training will be led by 2 experts and will be based on the Toolkit Material.3. Creation of an activity book for youth with ADHD4. Raise awareness during ADHD awareness month (October 2024)

    << Objectives >>The project aims to use urban gardening as a tool for intercultural dialogue, community building, healthy lifestyle and social participation and integration of disadvantaged groups such as migrants, seniors, and long-term unemployment. Furthermore, we will focus on the mental fatigue that people face due to the pandemic COVID-19. We will explore the possibilities to make our everyday’s lives more eco-friendly and sustainable by creating and maintaining urban gardens in our houses.<< Implementation >>During the project, we will create a Guide about urban gardening and how it can be used for education, equal access and social cohesion and the development of soft skills. After the implementation of the Guide, we will organize workshops in our local communities to show the importance of urban gardening in practise and test the guide and receive feedback from the participants. very organization will have to implement 5 workshops with at least 20 participants giving equal access to all people.<< Results >>The projects’ aim is to encourage the active participation and education of the local community members, including disfavoured and threatened of exclusion people e.g. migrants, seniors, long-term unemployed people through setting up and maintaining the urban gardens and working in this common garden space. We will prepare a Guide to provide all the necessary information for the target groups to use urban gardening and to encourage them to work in the gardens and socialize with the neighbourhood.

While the statistics are vague, the Council of Europe supports that millions of women face cyber violence. CybeSafe aims to increase and reinforce awareness of cyber-violence against women, create resources for women on how to stay safe online, and how to deal with incidents of cyber-violence.<< Implementation >>1.
