As intangible results we will have increased awareness of the target group about integrating and managing climate change programmes. Another intangible result is the development of pro-nature behaviours and thus an increase in the target group's level of social responsibility."

We aim to increase the digital competences in senior citizens by teaching them promotion and ethical marketing online. The results produced will be performed by 9 senior citizens contributing the StoryCraft Movie and a MOOC piloted in 90 senior citizens<< Implementation >>3 Transnational Project Meeting including internal workshops for 12 participants on ""Visual Storytelling Techniques for Sustainable Craftsmanship"", ""Arctic Art, Ethical, Craftsmanship and Sustainability"" and ""Sustainable Practices for Craftsmanship sector in Finland"". A MOOC for the development of digital competences for promotion including the content Qualitative Analysis and Interviewing Techniques, Documentary Techniques,Ethical E-commerce an marketing, Storytelling Techniques Policy Literacy<< Results >>1000 senior citizens trained in the methodology for the promotion of sustainable crafts in the MOOC, 4500 people reached and accessing the StoryCraft Movie, 60 attendants at the final event and the implementation of a plan for reaching at least 100 adult education centers for the exploitation of the project's results. Increased digital competences by adult craftsmen and capacity to promote the sustainable crafts across Europe, increased awareness about sustainability in craftsmanship."

In particular, by updating the practices operated by the Mystery Guests, the aim is to integrate sustainability indicators into the mystery guests observations made to optimize the sustainability of the hotels.<< Implementation >>The Green Mystery Guest project includes the production of a Checklist of sustainability indicators for Mystery Guest based on 24 qualitative interviews in the sector representatives, an Online Course based on a skills model for Green Mystery Guest and its future validation on the profile of micro - Credentials, a Strategic Document of Recommendations for Companies and Political Decision Makers, 3 transnational project meetings and an international event with 100 participants<< Results >>The project is aimed at increasing the skills in the methods for green mystery guests and reviewing the quality and sustainability of accommodation facilities with methods in disguise or through self-evaluation. Awareness of the importance of sustainability issues in accommodation facilities will also be encouraged, and the flexibility of VET centers and trainers operating in the hospitality and tourism sectors will be strengthened."
