It is also the way to involve them in an accessible process of continuous learning to improve their skills, to optimize their role in the host community and to find a career path.In addition, online learning can be an effective and sustainable educational tool supporting volunteer tutors and supervisors. For these reasons, in 2018, we created an online platform (https://e-esc.eu/) in the context of KA1 Erasmus+ (3 mobility for youth educators). This platform attracted the interest of more than 800 volunteers who benefited from this tool. It continues to be co-managed by us and our Greek and Romanian partners. In order to continue to meet the needs of young volunteers of different capacities in terms of training, assistance, E-tutoring & networking, as well as the priorities of the European Solidarity Corps program, we would like to update this platform. This strategic project will further improve and structure the content of the platform, modernize and simplify learning methods and facilitate the networking of young volunteers. The access to dynamic online training will also be facilitated by involving experienced partners in volunteering actions and the creation of tools for volunteers. Our project consists of the following activities:1- A 2-day kick-off meeting in Strasbourg, where the person in charge of the project and the co-administrator of each partner organization will gather in order to determine the modalities and methods of implementation of the project, as well as the role to be assigned to each one. 2- Prepare and launch 2 research surveys: one aimed at detecting the specific needs of the beneficiaries of our online platform and future beneficiaries: ESC volunteers in terms of training & E-learning assistance. The additional survey will be launched towards host organizations in order to identify their needs in terms of support, training, coaching and mentoring of volunteers. This will allow us to better identify innovative methods to facilitate implementation and improve the quality of results and impact of their projects.3- Reorganize and restructure the existing E-courses et create a new ones based on survey results. We will introduce the 3M learning concept (Moodle using Micro-learning content) which is a new way of designing interactive and dynamic courses in modules, also accessible on mobile. We will also develop competence-based Learning (CBL), which means that e-learning courses will be built with the aim of developing competencies rather than simply knowledge. In this sense, volunteers can also choose the E-trainings that correspond to the skills they wish to develop.4- Creation E-tutorials & interactive videos for the E-courses of the platform.5- Creation of a map (GIS –geographical information system) which localizes the volunteers of the European Solidarity Corps, beneficiaries of the platform and allows to strengthen the connection between the volunteers, to monitor their activities and to allow the E-services Tutors in order to better understand the context of each volunteer’s activity and to provide the most appropriate support.6- Training for 15 e-mentors (5 per partner organization) in Strasbourg, France, in order to consolidate the skills of our current e-tutors of the platform, to modernize their methods & to train new e-tutors from our 3 organizations.7- Mild term evaluation meeting for 2 days in Strasbourg gathering the person in charge of the project from each partner.8- Creation of the user guide of the simple and attractive platform that facilitates access to the platform.9- Creation of the e-mentoring guide for the platform.10- Experimentation of E-training & operation of the platform on a large scale with the support of e-tutors.11- Training in Greece of E-mentors who have benefited from the previous mobility to become multiplied E-tutors (Mentors of E-mentors).12- Dissemination events organized by each partner at national level in cooperation with the country’s National Agency to promote the platform (https://e-esc.eu/). 13- A final survey to measure the impacts of the project on host organizations and volunteers, benefits and areas for improvement.14- Evaluation meeting in Romania, which will involve the person in charge of the project, the co-administrator and an E-mentor of each partner. A cooperation plan will be designed with partners to ensure the sustainability of the platform.

This is an issue depending mainly from the social inequalities, the tension between the school and family culture, the failings of the school itself as well as of the educational branches. The research done by “Program for International Student Assessment” (PISA) into the efficiency and the performance of the various educational systems make obvious how much the gap of success chances between the pupils with high social economic background of their parents and other who lack such favored starting conditions. Much as Greece id badly stricken by the ongoing economic crisis, it say at the number of the NEET young people drastically go up. According to Eurostat, in 2015, the rate of unemployed young people or young people leaving prematurely the school was 17,3%, while this rat as regards Greece id much higher (26,1%). Eurostat also reports that in Portugal and Greece the rate of increasement of the NEETs was too high in the period between 2006-2015 (more than 9%). In order to answer to the problem and keeping in with the strategy “Europe 2020” promoting a sustainable intelligent economy, and inclusive the member-states of the European Union have proclaimed the ambition to decrease by at least 10% the number of young people between 18-24 years old who are out of any educational system and haven’t obtained the G.C.E. To reach these objectives, the E.U. encourages the development of new methodologies for assessment and certification (qualification) of the competences acquired in non-formal settings of education, the end goal being the official certification of young people’s competences & skills. With a view to act positively within this frame, we have decided to launch this project centered on the exchange of good practices. It constitutes the follow-up of the European-scale project “Youtheclub.eu” implemented by our partner organizations. The project in question aims at the training, the support, the escort and the connection in a net of the young or would-be entrepreneurs. We wish to go further in this path and form thru our virtual club an on-line pedagogical manual to the interest of the young people who have given up their studies. This manual is meant to be usable and adaptable in every EU-country in connection with 4 creative mobilities which engage some young people’s educators specialized in the non-formal education and the coaching of young people in their professional insertion. The project in question aims at: - Sharing and making common the knowledge, experience and thinking of all partners who are involved in the social inclusion and the escort of unqualified young people into landing a job, so that we all could enrich our educational methods and readjust our methods and pedagogical tools. - Favoring the transmission of good practices among all the participating countries. - Involve, all along the project, local partners of the participating countries in order to support and socially integrate the unqualified young people. - Launch and realize some surveys and interview among the unqualified young people and the local enterprises whose business are under strain (owing to lack of manpower), so that we could find out which personal and professional competences prove to be necessary for landing a job. - Build, based on the interviews’ results, a reference list of the key-competences for young people in search of a job. That list should be accessible on the platform “youtheclub.eu”. - Create an on-line pedagogical manual which promotes the good pedagogical practices disseminated by the project thru our platform “youtheclub.eu”. - Make broadly known and exploit the results of the project in hand by collectively organizing a public communication strategy. Kinds of public aimed at: - The agents of the professional insertion, the social workers, the young people’s educators /animators, the trainers who will be the beneficiary of the pedagogical manual, in order for them to get instructions for better supporting young people in their search of a job. - The unqualified young people who will benefit from our supporting in the qualification and “officialisation” of their competences. They will also take part in the thematical workshops in order to enhance their knowledge and competences in the factors which promote /facilitate their own professional insertion. - The local enterprises which are likely to become the employers of the unqualified young people. They will be encouraged to identify and make known their expectations in terms of the necessary competences for hiring personnel.

On the other hand, the current epidemic has caused social stigma and it has caused the physical and social isolation of people with fewer opportunities. In this context, our project aims to propose innovative solutions to access and develop artistic and cultural initiatives for all. We will create and implement a digital and inclusive platform, designed for dynamic information, training, networking and support for creative initiatives. The ""Multiculti ART"" platform is also part of the development of smart cities in terms of art and culture. It will make activities, visits, meetings and collective creativity possible for youngsters from various backgrounds and by reaching the various citizens of our communities. We will focus on networking (especially among youth), and the creation of tools for the development of creative, artistic and cultural skills. By following this orientation, we wish to anchor the basis of intelligent, artistic, cultural and creative cities with the commitment of diverse and complementary partners. Our 24 months strategic transnational partnership project will be lead with 4 NGO from France, Greece, Belgium and Turkey. It includes the following activities:1- Kick-off meeting in France, gathering all partner’s project manager, to establish the roles, modalities and methods of implementation for this project.2- Preparation and implementation of a survey to identify the expectations and needs for the various stakeholders (organizations, local citizens, artists, local representatives) regarding the development of skills, the accessibility to artistic and cultural activities, as well as benefiting from the smart city in the fields of art and culture.3- Creation of the platform ""MULTICULTI ART"" to develop a diversified network (institutions, associations, local authorities, cultural companies, artists, local decision-makers and youth), with an easier, clearer and dynamic information circulation about local cultural activities. This platform will also support initiatives in the artistic and cultural field. It will be the basis of the smart cities (in art and culture) for the involved communities.4- Creation of E-learning trainings accessible on the platform as micro-learning about social entrepreneurship in this field. 5- Creation of an interactive map (GIS) to promote and visualize the information related to cultural and artistic events, activities and initiatives which take place in the communities of the consortium members.6- A training course in Turkey for artistic and cultural educators from the institutions/ organizations, as well as for cultural stakeholders from the city halls, to develop their digital and pedagogical skills, in order for them to become co-administrators of the platform and e-mentors for the beneficiaries.7- Creation of a mini-tutorial, as an interactive video, which helps anyone to understand the advantages of the artistic and cultural smart city, and use efficiently the platform, contribute to it, and to its dynamism and durability.8- Creation of a promo-video of the platform ""MULTICULTI ART"" to increase the numbers of users.9- a remote mid-term evaluation meeting, with all partner’s project promoter, to share feedbacks and results, and to adjust the following parts of the project in consequence, in order to reach our objectives.10- A seminar in Belgium involving 2 local elected representatives, the participants of the previous training course, one active youth of our platform, from each partner community, and the person in charge of the project from each partner. The seminar aims to increase their engagement for the development and promotion of the platform, to support local and artistic initiatives created by the platform’s beneficiaries, and to acheive a cooperation plan for a better implementation of the smart city in terms of art and culture via the platform.11 – To carry artistic and cultural local initiatives/creation implemented by the young active members of the platform, in their local community. These initiatives will be referenced on the GIS map.12 – A dissemination event organized locally by each partner, to promote the platform and the concept of smart city in terms of Art and Culture. Each partner will organize a local event and promote as well the initiatives set up by local citizens, beneficiaries of the platform.13– An evaluation meeting in Greece, which will lead to a cooperation plan co-conceived with the partners, in order to ensure the sustainability of the project."

The integration of migrants and refugee flows have become the subject of lively debate throughout Europe. The project ""MIGRANTECH : the digital incubator as a springboard for learning and employment of migrants and refugees"" contributes to combating discrimination against migrants and/or refugees; promoting coexistence between society and migrant and/or refugee communities; and undertaking education and training as a key element in promoting social cohesion and integration processes; providing tailor-made e-learning tools and methods for professionals working with migrants and refugees, in order to facilitate their socio-professional inclusion; understanding and identifying the needs for the most relevant knowledge, attitudes and skills sought by enterprises and employers/companies. In addition, MIGRANTECH will enable educators and professionals to broaden and adapt their knowledge and develop skills such as collaboration, digital literacy in job search, information management, evaluation of these skills, experimentation and innovation, problem solving and decision making, all of which are stepping stones towards bringing their audiences closer to the labour market. The 4 EU entities from France, Belgium, Portugal and Turkey, will achieve the project objectives by carrying out a study on policies and good practices in the field of social and professional integration of migrants and refugees, in order to analyse what has already been implemented and how to learn from past experiences; development of methodological and intervention tools and didactic material to promote the social and professional situation of migrants and refugees ; undertaking in each partner country itineraries with a total of 160 migrants and/or refugees to test intervention tools, a seminar for the exchange of good practices and the training of e-tutors to develop the skills of professionals working with migrants/refugees and to improve best practices in migrant entrepreneurship and professional integration processes. In this context, the project proposes the design and development of an inclusive, interactive and user-friendly platform (digital toolbox, e-learning, etc.) for professionals involved in adult education that will include online training modules for the socio-cultural, political and economic integration of migrants/refugees. More specifically, the training programme will help professionals to receive education about the EU (rights, obligations, values, opportunities, skills, digital...) in a way that will facilitate the smooth integration of the migrants and refugees with whom they work into European societies. The partnership will produce the following 5 intellectual outputs: o O1 Elaboration of the study on the most relevant transversal, key and digital competences required for access to employment and sought by enterpriseso O2 Identification of good educational and integration practices for adult migrants and refugees, both online and offline, based on NICTs and cross-cutting skills sought by companies and employers. and a tool for certifying acquired skills.o O3 Kit in the form of a training path (40 e-modules) developed according to the skills identified or sought by companies, employers and orientation of the seminar for the exchange of good practices during A4o O4 Design of the e-platform and putting the 40 e-modules online in an interactive approach (objectives, content, evaluation questionnaire.)o O5 Creation of an e-learning guide capitalising on the e-learning path and how to use the platform and 2 relevant computer graphics (transversal and digital skills) for people involved in adult education.
