Children affected by anxiety and stress cannot regulate their behavior or cope with emotions. At the partnership level, we do not have instruments for measuring the well-being of the students, of the teachers, of the parents. We all agreed that we need a pool of resources focused on social and emotional education to prevent the occurrence of emotional disorders at children, but also at adults. We all agreed that we also need to internalize the requirements of our roles as teachers in the well-being of students, to assess our skills in the field of socio-emotional skills training, to identify new ways of communicating with parents, also caught in the carousel of paradigm changes. We need to adjust out working techniques to the age particularities of our students and at theri maturity emotional level. We found that our mental, physiological and medical health depend, as Dr. Daniel Siegel says, on the quality of the relationships we have. And we thought that the school could teach relationships, they could talk about relationships, to cultivate positive relationships with students, with parents. When you connect with your peers, you have relationships in which you feel honored and honored, when you have relationships in which you care, you stimulate the growth of integrative fibers in the brain. These fibers allow us to have resilience and cope with challenges, stress, anxiety, etc. We asked to do this project to take advantage of an opportunity, to develop simple, easy-to-use tools, fun games and activities, awareness and self-awareness exercises, attention management activities to help us, students, parents, teachers, family. In order to achieve an inclusive and inspiring learning environment inside and outside the school, we must unite our efforts, have a vision, leadership, unite all interested persons, to stimulate parental and community engagement. And we are grateful that we can harmonize with the European effort.<< Objectives >>We want to create a more child-friendly school, a school that teaches them not only reading, writing and counting, but also reflection, relationships and resilience, an emotionally intelligent school, a school of trust. For this we started from 1. The elaboration of a school procedure regarding the development of social and emotional skills of students, teachers and parents of students. 2. Increasing the awareness of 100 students, 20 teachers and 20 parents about the need development of socio-emotional resilience skills in crisis conditions, to the effects of using socio-emotional skills in stress management, communication relationships and responsible decision making.3.Providing knowledge, skills, values, help and support for 20 teachers , counselors and principals from each school participating in the project.4. Carrying out 20 model activities for acquiring socio-emotional skills with students at risk (single-parent families, families with economic difficulties, learning difficulties, disciplinary violations and/or major absenteeism. 5. Ensuring psychological and emotional support for 30 students at risk using individual or group counseling 6. Carrying out 9 “School for parents” type workshops with the aim of increasing family protection factors and decreasing family risk factors compared to the occurrence of emotional disorders in children, both during the online activity and when returning to school with physical presence.<< Implementation >>With students we organize an extensive awareness process on the importance of social and emotional skills: we check where we start, then we carry out social and emotional learning activities, according to a progressive structure, from self-awareness and acceptance to decision making. The topics that each school will cover refer to self-awareness activities, activities for the development of social competence, activities for the development of emotional regulation skills, activities for the development of social relationships and efficiency in communication and activities for the development of self-awareness skills of decision making. With the students in the risk group (orphaned children, with the parents gone abroad, with economic difficulties, etc.) we will carry out individual and group counseling activities, ensuring psychological and emotional support. All these activities will structure also the LTTA meetings in the partner schools. With the teachers, we intend to make an online course on ""Digital resources for social and emotional learning"" which will be supported by experts from UBB Cluj Napoca, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (Mind Education) and which will be attended by 5 teachers from each school in the partnership. The purpose of this activity is to familiarize teachers with these digital resources and their use in social and emotional learning activities. There are many open resources that we can use for the benefit of students and ourselves, to be easy and to have quality content. Then the teachers who were in the class and the implementation team train the other teachers in the target group and together we start working with the students. Our previous successful experience about our students having absenteeism problems led us to such a project. The questionnaire applied in our school revealed that most of the students do not have sports among their free-time activities. And few students only stated that they only played football. The academic anxiety and the intense interest in virtual free time activities depart students from sport. Although the sport has multi-benefits including health, quality time spending, avoidanance of drugs, smoking and alcohol, socialising the students, when it is not done regularly the expected impact will not be effective enough. Our project aimed to make schools more enjoyable places through sport. By making this we tried to form a portal where more students could find various sport facilities. The participation of the students in the activities via the project has improved their self-confidence,sport habit,fair-play,morality and health quality. This has made the students feel relaxed and happy at school. A happy and relaxed student is more optimist, and ,therefore, reflected this to his/her relations with his/her partners, friends and teachers. The project applied two kinds of mobility; transnational meetings for only teachers and learning events involving the students and the teachers. We have realized hree transnational meetings. For each TPM, four teachers from Turkey,Poland,Bulgaria, three teachers from Romania and 1 teacher from Latvia participated in these mobilities. Teachers responsible for contact, budget control and time management, dissemination, and monitoring took part in these mobilities. The maximum attandence of students under a sattisfying accompanying has been crucial for us. Althoug we planned to involve 7 students and three teachers from each country, the budget regulation let 2 teachers. We have provided 48 students mobility; however, on the form it was 28 students. Economically disadvantaged students, and shy students, very hardworking students, very sportive students took part in these events. The sports gathered them under different flags. We cared about the language skills of the students. Those students having a pre-intermediate level of English was among our target group. They improved their speaking skills and their willingness for learning and practising English. Apart from acquiring valuable language and cultural knowledge, students of participating schools had a possibility to learn national sport disciplines, games and dances typical for participating countries. The music became a power to unite and socialise participators easily and faster. We succeded to promote sport and healthy lifestyle in our schools. Our activities included outdoor and indoor activities. The clubs we founded at our scholls has been functioning actively to promote the students, the parents and the teachers to volunteer at the sport events. Our project activities involve the families as well,:however, the participation of familes was belove our expectations. But their support for students to take part in activites pleased us. Some activities like orienteering and baseball was very interesting for our students and the other participators. The traditional sports of the partner countries were also taught and performed in schools. Wrestling was the favourite of all other nations. Even the female students tried and enjoyed the excitement of that. All the participators loved traditional archery competitons held in Turkey and Poland. We provided a set of different activities for our students including swimming, winter sports and cycling. The interest of our female students and their parents' support surprised us. They were very active in winter sports and cycling activites. Due to the wide range of sports,we succeded to attract many students to the fields, courts and gyms. The sports hour on thursday evenings took many of our students to school gym for different sports such as basketball, voleyball, badmington and free running.During the implementation, evaluation, monitoring, dissemination and sustainability parts of the project, the partners followed each step of the project in a disciplined way. The project diary helped us do the activities properly. Our ' Must do list "" and ""Participant Matrix"" were strong indicators to analise the implementation of the project. Our project enhanced healthy life conscious for the adults of future. The students found recreation fields. They had a fair-play soul. They enjoyed their school as it was a more enjoyable school. They didnt hesitate to come to school. The project socialised the shy students. Their self-confidence has increased. To sum up, our project used different kinds of sport for multi-functional aims to serve for our students."

It doesn't just affect and makes life easier. In recent years, it has developed so fast that we can make any work that we can think of.Information technology is a concept used for all information services that can be connected with communication and computer systems. In other words, we cannot limit this concept to computer hardware and software. Information technology helps us to do all kinds of business in all areas of our lives, but also saves us from many angels. It is even really hard to imagine what the human intelligence has found. In order to meet the needs of the digital age we are in, individuals with 21st century skills are needed. In the 21st century, it is necessary to use these skills in order to develop and lead the country. The most important of these is STEM training. STEM education is an educational system that aims to integrate four important disciplines such as science, technology, engineering and mathematics with interdisciplinary and practical approach. The most important gain is active in taking part in the digitalizing world. We can state that STEM education has two main objectives. The first of these aims is to increase the number of students who will choose a profession in these disciplines at university level, and the second is to enable students to apply creative solutions in their daily lives to solve the problems related to these disciplines by increasing their basic knowledge levels in the disciplines of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. As in all areas, the use of technology in the field of education will benefit. In order to be ready for the 21st century technology and future, students are expected to use secure internet and learn to use the tablet computers as active in order to be more successful in their lessons. At the same time, students will be informed about informatics. Since they will have online and face-to-face training on topics such as coding, web design, they will have experience in meeting STEM trainings and choosing their profession. We want to do with the project; To provide an opportunity to revitalize the content of the training program, to enable students to discover new discoveries, to better understand the relationship between events, to develop students' self-confidence and self- sufficiency through collaboration and independent study, to encourage students to think in flexibility and confidence, to enable students to gain the skills of the century. to produce shorter solutions to problems, to increase learning motivation, to design- oriented thinking and to be innovative. Studies addressing numerical intelligence such as coding, programming and STEM; critical thinking, problem solving, creative thinking, collaborative work. In addition, to provide information about secure internet. In particular, we want to do this project in order to prevent discrimination and to raise awareness about the female students' choice of school and profession. We aim to raise awareness and prevent gender inequality in society. We aim to make sure that girls can be successful in information technologies and coding, and that they can be successful scientists when the opportunity is granted. Stem training is also supported by the Ministry of National Education. They will improve their knowledge and skills about the common English language as language development.Methodology: Our project's activities will contain all necessary phases:implementation, monitoring, evaluation and dissemination of the project results,to gather interview and observational data regarding any changes Expected Results,Short and Long Term Effects :Students will learn focus and patience, cooperation, teamwork and social skills,Students will gain self-confidence and a sense of ""capableness"" along with new skills and knowledge in STEM and tecnology and web2 tools,STEM based teaching will address different learning styles and intelligences, Students will become more fit and healthy as they spend more time active with web2 tools and their perceptions will be more clear,Both teachers and students will get the knowledge how to they will actually realize what can be done in tecnology or what we don't realize STEM before.Number and Profile of Participants: The project will last for 2 years and involves 6 schools from Spain as a coordinator, Turkey-Çorum, Turkey-Hatay, France, Romania and Bulgaria. The project activities will be performed with the students aged 14 to 18.
