21st century abilities can be created through innovative learning and teaching, especially including successful utilization of technology.Cellphones, for example, iPad or tablet spread quickly in today's web society. A rising trend of their use can likewise be seen in school, albeit most nations in Europe are as yet inadequate as far as mobile applications use. More than that, despite the fact that a few schools have been supplied with the suitable devices, the educators are not generally prepared in a way they should utilize these tools and they frequently prove useless. The motivation behind why we have designed this project is that we need to observe different schools in European nations, and the way and degree to which mobile learning and innovation are incorporated into the learning-teaching process. Additionally, since a small portion of the school just start to get to know this technology based process of teaching, it is basic that we shed some light on the huge variety of mobile applications and web 2.0 devices. OBJECTIVESThrough the project exercises created both locally and transnationally, we focused on the accompanying targets for educators to gain/enhance knowledge of mobile apps, Google tools to enhance digital capability to work on using digital devices to expand their trust in utilizing technology in their classroom to build up their sense of initiative and creativity to create collaboration skills and communication aptitudes to enhance their insight into different societies Through the activities we chose, we likewise focus on a set of objectives for the recipients of our activities, the students to enhance for educational purposes digital proficiency to increase their inspiration for learning to create collaboration skills and communication aptitudes to build up their sense of initiative and creativity to work on using digital devices and mobile applications for educational purposes to interface with their schoolmates and share with them their experiences to enhance intercultural competence and cultural awareness. ACTIVITIES LTTA1, short-term joint-staff training - course on the use of mobile devices, apps, and Google tools for educational purposes LTTA 2 was a student exchange with the theme “Google tools and their use in the classroom.” LTTA3 was a student exchange that follows the same procedure as LTTA2. The topic was web 2.0 tools and mobile apps for collaborative learning LTTA4 was a student exchange with the theme “web 2.0 tools and mobile apps for content creation” LTTA5 was a student exchange with the theme “web 2.0 tools and mobile apps for assessment” LTTA6 was a student exchange with the theme “game-based learning”. Before each student exchange, every country prepared an activity which applied to students.PARTICIPANTSThe task included two primary target groups – teachers and students. Students were16-17 old and they were of either vocational or general education schools. At the target group there were both girls and boys. These students was the selection pool for all the exchanges. In every country 20 of them took part directly in the transnational events, and the others participated at the intensive activities that was held after the exchanges.Teachers participated in LTTA1 3/country and in the alternate exchanges 2/country, either as beneficiaries in LTTA1 or as accompanying teachers in LTTA2-6.They were mainly IT,science, language, maths teachers, and from different subjects too. IMPACT Students and teachers got hands-on experience in utilizing mobile applications and tools in the learning and teaching process, clearly profit the whole school, as they turned out to be more dynamic and competent in the use of technology in classroom. Classes turned out to be more interactive and both students and teachers became more motivated and engaged in the educational procedure.Every one of these advantages beared consequences for the whole school through dissemination of exercises and results of the project. Because of these,we made the use of modern technologies in teaching process, more attractive for teachers. Schools therefore increased their readiness for the 21st century requests and demands, became more appealing to students in their school area and created partnerships with institutions of the technological field RESULTS We created both intangible and tangible results. Participants became more motivated, more digitally proficient and as a result of this more engaged in the learning-teaching process. Schools became more attractive for students, more capable to educate students ready for the 21st century.Tangible results consist of reports about the utilization of G-tools and mobile apps in the learning - teaching process, toward the start and toward the finish of the project.

This project seeks to enhance long term development strategies regarding the needs of young European citizens in secondary schools and allow them to choose a suitable career path to make the right career choices. In the context of growing unemployment rates nowadays, graduate students are facing difficulties in their attempt to find jobs in accordance with their interests, abilities, skills or personality traits. We attempt to give our pupils the benefits that offer a well-developed professional and academic education. Young people are thus encouraged to become more aware of their potential and provide access to information regarding the overall economic environment on the European labour market. Moreover, by taking part in LTTAs, they will experience first hand family life and culture by staying in host families, giving them a real life focus and purpose for their project work. These transnational activities will be intensive working time and highlights in our partnership, presenting and evaluating results. Project objectives can be summarized as follows: - to improve students' basic entrepreneurship skills and lower labour market segmentation -to provide opportunities for students to connect to the labour market, local/regional/European institutions or private companies with the same purpose -to empower students with necessary abilities so as to examine their own marketability - to raise participants' flexibility and align to lifelong learning concept for flexible career options - to provide various circumstances for participants to acquire knowledge and a deeper understanding of the cultural and linguistic diversity across Europe The partnership methodology relies mainly on the exchange of experience and good practices. The international character of the project stimulates and builds professionalism concerning synergies among partner schools sharing the common aim to achieve transition from school to work and consequently reduce segmentation in the labour market. Participants will benefit from the expertise of professionals and the beneficiaries' associated partners. Through a constructivist approach, adults will assist students to transfer the information and apply it to a modern and dynamic school environment. The project will last for two years and throughout its life cycle, we planned one transnational project meeting attended by project coordinators to assess the project and four Learning/Teaching/Training Activities. We estimate that about 2000 people will benefit from the project, both directly and indirectly. The working programme during LTTAs will include lesson observations, exchange of good practices in the Italian school (Effective connections between school and Labour Market in Italy) and Romanian school (Creating the training firms as real firms - Mock Companies). The practical and workable applications will be integrated into project activities and in the second year all partners will apply two similar practices in their school curriculum. Professionals in the entrepreneurial area will lead seminars on the topic of bridging the gap between school and labour market. The teachers' roles will be both of instructors and beneficiaries by observing other schools and their education systems. The project teams will consist of 5 teachers in each partner organization so 25 in total will be actively engaged in project activities. Approximately 150 teachers/adults will indirectly influenced. At least 15 members from the labour market will be involved in the project in all schools. Approximately 30% of our pupils and target groups will report a positive experience following project activities. Students will develop basic entrepreneurship skills through providing direct opportunities to connect to the labour market, support a meaningful context for students to develop interpersonal, communication skills in mother tongue and foreign languages. The teachers in partner schools will share and exchange ideas, pedagogical and methodological resources, observe lessons during LTTAs, learn about the inclusive approach and thus create a more effective learning and teaching process. Moreover, they are expected to develop their mother tongue and foreign language communication, project management and negotiation, teamwork skills. The project will promote cooperation between schools, schools and labour markets, fostering the exchange of ideas and pedagogical approaches leading to the creation of a trans-national network, increasing the schools' European dimension and reputation in community. Thereupon, partner schools involved will manage to create an inclusive educational environment which will help participants achieve their full potential To conclude, due to this international cooperation, participant will be better equipped to respond the challenges on the labour market in today's globalized world.

"The project was initiated to respond to the strong dependence of students on mobile phones that is often regarded as negative for their school education and to consider the positive aspects of their preference of using phone apps by offering them a challenge to create applications themselves. In this project students will acquire and improve their know-how in terms of developing mobile applications, a skill which they will use even after the school years, no matter what careers they may choose to follow. We want to make students break the barrier between passive consumption of mobile apps to the active usage of mobile development tools. The project addresses the age group of 15-18 year olds in our schools, who are old enough to process this type and amount of information and to use it creatively in order to develop apps. The students come from a variety of cultural backgrounds and a significant percentage of them are faced with and strive to overcome all kinds of obstacles - economic, cultural, financial etc. The participants will be chosen from this target group based on their digital skills, language skills, school results. The project also addresses teachers of IT who will thus improve their material base and ensure the sustainability of the project results. The aim of the project is to provide the necessary framework for teachers and students to work together, share ideas and good practices and learn how to develop mobile applications. The developed adds will include the most different topics and aspects depending on the different special focuses of the participating schools. In the technical schools they will focus on engineering, in the other schools they will focus on more general topics depending on the preferences of the students. By providing this framework, we intend to achieve a number of topic-related objectives as well as objectives related to the intercultural dialogue that the project presupposes: the students in the target group will become familiar with the requirements of mobile app development and will improve digital skills, many students will contribute to the creation of new mobile apps actively. All students participating in transnational meetings will also improve their knowledge of foreign cultures, they will improve their communication skills in English and other languages of the partners and they will also develop tolerance, mutual respect and intercultural understanding. All project team members and students will improve organisational, team work and data processing skills. The methodology of the project will contain five main stages:In the initiation stage we will identify the needs of the partners, in the planning stage we will work out an action plan, methodologies and resources. The implementation stage mainly includes the organisation of activities before, during and after the transnational events. The evaluation will take place though out the project and the finalisation stage will include accumulating the project results and finalising the dissimination process.Project results will include a coursebook entitled ""Mobile apps for schools"" that can be used by other teachers for developing apps, lesson plans for teaching about mobile phone apps, mobile apps developed by students, that will be uploaded on the project website and will be accessible for other students and teachers and the project website itself including all relevant information about the project, the project schools, the participating students, the project meetings, the project results, press reports etc. Intangible results will be the knowledge acquired by the students related to mobile app development, criteria for evaluating mobile apps, active involvement in the development of mobile apps, improved digital skills and better English language competence as well as tolerance, respect and understanding for other cultures."
