The idea of the Strategic Partnership project was born during one of the Erasmus+ seminars aimed at diversification of non-formal learning methods. Representatives of partner organizations are willing to share their common passion for new technologies and conduct a project useful for society. Every project group is unique, brings added value to the project. We are planning four internal trainings that will enforce the diversity of good practices among partner organisations. The project goal is the creation of a workshops scenario for adult learners based on the idea of the Internet of Things. The project is innovative as we are going to use a simple educational tool TUNIOT for teaching low-skilled individuals about programming and the Internet. As educators promoting non-formal learning approach, we put a priority on learning by doing approach. Workshops’ participants will program an Internet board by themselves, create a simple electronic system and calibrate the device. The topic of the workshops (and the Internet of Things) refers to everyday issues, which is why we are counting on positive reception within our target group. 'An intelligent plant' will be made during the workshops, that can communicate its need of watering to the user, utilizing a humidity sensor and an Internet board. We want to implement the project in purpose of popularizing non-formal learning approach and equalising differences in the access to adult learning opportunities as well as differences between generations. We believe that the access to diversified learning tools for adults in our countries is still not adequate. Free access to the completed educational tool and workshops scenario can partially change this status quo. The project is divided into two stages: design of the tool and workshops’ scenario, as well as dissemination of the results of our work. We start working on the results with internal trainings which will allow us to construct the final product of good quality. In the first year three Transnational Project Meetings are planned. During the meetings we will not only intensively work on the results but also monitor the progress of current actions. We want to develop and translate the tool for programming learning and create a workshop scenario that includes the use of our educational tool. In the second year each of the partners will lead at least one long-term workshop for a group disadvantaged in the field of technology. Our goal is to promote good practise of teaching adults, especially those in marginalised areas - municipalities located far from large cities. In order to increase the size of the target group, the prepared materials will be posted as an Open Educational Resource on European educational platforms in five languages: English, Polish, Arabic, Italian and Spanish. The result of our work will be the creation of an innovative educational tool, as well as a gain of valuable experience in the field of international projects management and the key competences. As the project outcome, we can expect the increase of elderly people’s digital competences and in the long term a higher number of individuals interested in new technologies.

The main goal of the project is to grow social and inter-cultural skills among the youth in high-school and college, including people engaged in this project. Furthermore, we want to promote non-formal teaching methods among scholars, teacher and educationalists. Last but not least, we aim to share good practices and habits, as well as addressing a need of youth collaboration in a Polish-Hungarian group. The Transnational Youth Initiative is divided into two parts: creation of an innovative educational tool for youth and its promotion on local, national and international level. Within the group of students interested in education, history, international relationships and board games, we are going to create a co-operative board game settled in the time-frame of first historical royal dynasties of Poland and Hungary. Due to logistic constraints, we decided on a card game which will include aspect of rivalry in gathering resources. However, the final outcome of the game will strongly depend on players' ability to work together. We wish for the game to closely resemble historical facts, thus we plan on conducting our own research in hope of finding exciting information and unique characters of that time. The second stage is all about creating lessons script and to carry out a series of workshops for local youth, in particular from marginalized areas. All of the educational materials, in three languages, will be available on SALTO, School Educational Gateway and eTwinnig platform, as an open-source. We count on positive reception of our project and hope for its utilization in both formal and non-formal education. The process of implementation of the project will greatly help in increasing the overall level of skill in international projects management among the participating members, as well as linguistic improvement. Tightening of international bonds and connections, as well as sharing good practices and habits, will undoubtedly lead to creation of a high quality project, not to mention the rise in professionalism of both organizations. Among our target group, we foremost want to develop social and inter-cultural skills and a spirit of international co-operation. Thanks to participating in our workshops, the youth will be able to expand their knowledge, open-minded approach to different cultures and finally, historic awareness.

The ·· --- - project aims to exchange of good practices between the partner organisations, as well as gain the first experiences in Erasmus+ projects. The participants of the project are active members of the partner organisations. Most of them are young people taking the first steps in the field of international, educational projects. They are passionate about modern technologies and willing to work on higher quality of programming teaching. The project supports the public education sector in programming teaching by making the educational offer more attractive. It joins the elements of history with modern technologies by presenting the Morse's alphabet to young people. Moreover, we are going to show an easy-to-use tool of block programming that includes the Internet of Things modules. Thanks to the TUNIOT tool the young people will be able to program a lamp that can be switched on/off with a mobile app or social media by they own. In this way they can send messages coded with the Morse's alphabet. This is a simple method to show the opportunities that the Internet of Things brings. The project promotes the Internet of Things idea which could be widely used in the near future.Programming is an often desired skill on the job market. Popularity of modern technologies allows us to assume that the trend will stable. The ·· --- - project aims to influence school students by arousing curiosity and sense of creativity. Also, we want to show that programming is not difficult, in particularly in the context of low percentage of young women choosing career connected with programming or modern technologies. The exchange of good practices process will be the most intensive during the Transnational Project Meetings when each organisation will present its activities, beneficiaries and volunteers. The Short-Term Joined Staff Training Event in Tunisia is the key element of good practices transferring. The participants will learn about the TUNIOT tool and how to use it. Each partner organisation will conduct workshops for school students based on the scenario elaborated during the training. During the workshops the trained participants will collect video materials and their students' ideas which will result in a instructional film for teachers and educators. Both the multilingual TUNIOT tool with the interfaces in English, Polish, French, Romanian and Slovak, and the workshop scenario with the instructional video will be available on the European educational platform as an Open Educational Resource. This way the good practices and the project results will spread at the national and international level. We hope that the project will strengthen digital competences and IoT ideas of young people in a long-term perspective.
