Facing prejudice or failure, lacking confidence in themselves, they often use bullying, violence, aggressive behaviour against peers especially girls, as tools to assert themselves. Moreover, they do not view schools as an alternative future and a way to be better integrated in the labour market and in society. So, our project ""WOMEN INDIPENDENCE NETWORK"" focuses on the one hand on INCLUSIVE EDUCATION with particular attention to GENDER EQUALITY due to the repeated episodes of violence against adolescents and the continuous use of a sexist lexicon among peers even within the school. On the other hand, we intend to focus on the OPEN EDUCATION AND INNOVATIVE PRACTICES IN A DIGITAL ERA in order to promote the participation of students in the training processes through the comparison with peers from other countries, thus improving the foreign language skills, youth potential skills and innovation on the labour market. In the first year of the project students aged 14-17 will explore personal identity and cultural diversity transnationally, learning and connecting their own cultural identity and heritage with those of others in different times and places, thus developing tolerance towards other people and cultures. At this point they will create in international teams a first common product representing the partnership, keeping in touch by using the eTwinning platform and other socials. In the second year of the project students will focus on the professional requirements needed nowadays in Europe through interviews, workshops, and practical trainings. Learning, teaching and training activities can promote independence and autonomy competences as well as the development of the communicative skills. On the other hand, in relation to the prevention of prejudices against different cultures, we think that living abroad at host families will allow our students to adapt themselves to other points of views and costumes. The results wil be kept in a portfolio. The heart of this year will be, in particular, the promotion of STEM disciplines among girls and ENCOURAGING NETWORKING among them, the practical trainings in the own country and in the partner countries, fostering tolerance, promoting cross-cultural knowledge and providing students with the necessary competences to improve their entrepreneurial skills; by visiting young enterprises they will also learn that self-initiative and creativity are important keys to success. At the end of the project students will rethink their views and the requirements which young people face nowadays based on newly gained knowledge. They will realise a video/radio report about successful youth enterprises to be shown/sent through the main channels of the local communities. All the students will be encouraged to take a key role in the organization and dissemination activities of the project using ETWINNING PLATFORM, in the same ways as the communication between staff and students of all the partner schools.Within the schools themselves we will progress towards creating a European perspective within the curriculum. Staff members will be able to exchange best practices in implementing occupational guidance/training in the curricula. The whole project will furthermore raise awareness of our partner schools and the European Union in our local communities. The main result will be an improvement in students’ motivation and well-being in their education for their working situation and private lives as strong part of their self-esteem. Through the project's activities we want to educate students about respect for the person, combat physical and verbal violence against women, because we are convinced that school has a fundamental role in this educational process. We want to create a virtual NETWORK between students, the local and international communities and enterprices, to promote equal opportunities for girls and boys. We want to decrease dropout rates of students and help them to realize that they can build their future through hope, optimism, cooperation and creativity and to provide them with the basic and transversal skills necessary to face the issues of the new globalized society. One of the main results of this project will be an improved quality and equality education through deepening the COOPERATION within the partner countries in order to promote long-learning activities even after the end of the project itself."

There were envisaged major positive results for pupil´s learning based on key competences, especially in the areas of entrepreneurship, communication in a foreign language, digital competence, engaging all pupils in learning to learn. The aim of our Partner Region school was that at least 70% of students (162 to 231) complete the school year 2017/2018 with entrepreneurial and mentioned above key competences at least a sufficient level, which is confirmed by tests consisting of a test in the field of knowledge and a practical part . This study will be similar to that which was used to determine the level in the first semester of the school year 2015/2016.The aim of the partner schools is that at least 60% of students (972 of 1620 (RO) and 276 of 460 (ES) completed the school year 2017/2018 with entrepreneurial competence at least a sufficient level- that was sussessfully achieved. To assess the degree of implementation of the order there was used the same tool, which was used to assess the existing situation with regard to a change of questions and tasks to be performed. The target group are all most endangered students who attend the institutions participating in the project in the school year 2016/2017 and 2017/2018.This is the general action of the project, that was processed in the within following: schools within the Partners Regions elaborated the shared curricula theme based on the Key Competences, that was processed and evaluated by Local Authoritiesand third partners in both Partner Regions and supported by peer learning. The introduction of entrepreneurship experimental classes (enabling the future graduates of schools to find their place on the labour market), as well as the extracurricular classes of ICT and Business English, enabling the pupils use of computer programs in this international language- will let cooperating partner organisations from Mikołów County, Aranjuez and Prahova to disseminate the effective model of exchange of experiences in the domain of education and their promotion in the local, regional and international scale. Direct project support covered experimental groups of 60 pupils of Complex of Secondary Schools in Łaziska Górne and 60 pupils of CNJM in Prahova- for transversal applications in each of the participating partner regions. Pupils were given a possibility to initiate and motivate own learning process by the creation of activities appropriate to theirage (level), which were shared with pupils in partner schools on project international VLE platform (created and run by third partners in each Partner Region- Economicus and Iuventa), social network, etc. Moreover, during blended learning mobilities, we organized in each of our Partner Regions international entrepreneurial simulation games (JA Titan, Beergame), with learning an entrepreneurship in the financial aspect. Each edition was attended by about 20 students in each Partner Region. In addition, each school sent 10 students to participate in blended mobilities, as well as the 10 students (other than participants of mobility) for organize the work on the arrival of a group of students from the partner organisations. Thanks to the project, international creative groups were attended by 20 students from each participating school in Partner Region. Detailed description of the mobilities and related plan of their implementation are presented on project VLE platform. The legitimacy of the project implementation comes out from the need to satisfy the needs indicated above. The project was helpful to achieve the defined objectives for project target group.Implementation of the project in international partnership is justified for the following reasons:- Despite identical needs and very similar objectives of schools, they use different methods and tools for development of entrepreneurial, ICT and English competences of pupils;- Exchange of good practices was an occasion to meet new, unheard of in own country, methods and tools of work with students in this field;- Implementation of project in experimantal groups significantly increased and diversified the amount of experience gained, knowledge and competences learned and acquired.
