The empowerment of young people through the development of key competences for lifelong learning and the adoption of entrepreneurial thoughts and behaviour;2. Young entrepreneurship, through the transfer of knowledge and methodologies, methods and tools to start new work;3. The social inclusion of young people, including socially underrepresented groups (such as ethnic minorities and migrants), by creating opportunities and enabling them to integrate into the labour market;4. The empowerment of social agents (such as youth workers, trainers, teachers, etc.) for the work of social inclusion and youth entrepreneurship;5. The potential of the NFE methodology in the empowerment and personal, social and professional development of young people;6. Provide educational institutions with competencies for the incorporation of complementary actions to formal education for the personal, social and professional development of young people;7. Sharing existing good practices based on the intervention programme for the development of key competences for lifelong learning and the adoption of entrepreneurial thoughts and behaviour that will bridge the transition between education and the labour market.PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS1. Young people- Aged between 18-30;- Belonging to underrepresented social groups;- With fewer opportunities;- Attending higher education (preferably in transition to the labour market);- Motivated to participate in the project;- With the ability to disseminate the results with other young people.2. Social agents- Aged over 18 years;- Active at the youth field;- Capable of working and involving young people, incorporating methodologies such as NFE;- With knowledge in the thematic of the project;- Capable of leading and managing the process of direct work with young people in the development of key competences and entrepreneurial thoughts and behaviour;- Capable of disseminating results and influencing young people, social agents and stakeholders.ACTIVITIES AND NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS1. ENF: incorporation of dynamic characteristics that encourage personal and social development, such as get to know, ice breakers, group dynamics, reflection, sharing, debate, active construction of knowledge, personal and group evaluation, and development of competences and of entrepreneurial thoughts and behaviour adjusted to the rhythm, expectations and personal goals.2. EF: appropriation for the co-creation of materials that are understandable and based on real knowledge.3. IE: appropriation of the dynamics for recognition and transfer of European social values.RESULTS1. We will systematically invite young immigrants to our (regular) activities, which we will involve more successfully with the help of methods and activities that we will get to know and learn during the study visit and training that are part of the project. We will introduce new work methods and activities in our work, with which we will involve young immigrants more in activities and wider society.<< Implementation >>We will conduct a study visit to Denmark, where we will see good practices that contribute to more successful integration of immigrants into the activities themselves and into society.In Greece, we will conduct a training course where the participants will learn how to use the methods and learn about the activities that they can use in their work and are aimed at integrating immigrants.At the youth exchange in Slovenia, young people will prepare a folding book that will help young immigrants.<< Results >>Participants will get to know new methods and learn activities that they will use in their work to facilitate the integration of immigrants. They will prepare a padlet that will collect all the methods and activities they will learn about, as well as possible improvements or instructions for inclusion.Yoth will prepare a booklet for young immigrants, which will serve to help immigrants take their first steps in a new environment and at the same time as a guide for integration into social life.

It is essential to intervene preventively and in a phase of transition to the labour market, in order to limit the perpetuation of perverse effects, since the gaps that exist in the young group in the period of transition to the labour market, without intervention, will be continued throughout adult life. Excluded and unemployed, or integrated into precarious jobs and without appreciation of potential, or in situations of professional instability, young people lose motivation to seek opportunities and to invest in solutions for their future.OBJECTIVES- Promote the empowerment of young people, through the development of key, creative and entrepreneurial competences and the exploitation of personal and professional talent and ambition;- Promote the empowerment of youth workers, through the transfer of new knowledge, practices, methodologies and methods of working with and for young people in the spectrum of creative and entrepreneurial education;- Promote the creative and entrepreneurial potential of young people, through the incorporation of innovative, appealing and complementary non-formal methods to the formal educational path in order to contribute to the integrated development of young people;- Promote social inclusion, including underrepresented groups, by creating empowerment opportunities.PROFILE1. Intangibles- Compilation of knowledge, practices and methodologies that promote the resolution of the social problem;- Key competences for lifelong learning;- Creative and entrepreneurial competences.IMPACTS- Empowerment of young people with new and/or improved key competences, creative and entrepreneurial competences, with an impact on the future of young people;- Empowerment of young people with innovative and creative competences and methods that enhance the discovery of solutions to problems faced by young people (and beyond) and the response to emerging social challenges in critical contexts;- Ability of young people to recognize their interests, ambitions and future perspectives, allowing them to make decisions that are adjusted and conscious of their objectives;- Capacity to develop the local environment and the artistic, cultural and social sectors, through the realization of their ideas and projects and adding value in solving common issues (and, consequently, fixing young people in their environment);- Recognition and incorporation of creative, inclusive and participatory approaches, based on the transversality of methodologies and the use of ICT, so that they become appealing to the participation of young people.

The project addresses three main problems: unacknowledged ecological footprint created by international youth work, complicated access to the programme for newcomers and lack of involvement and support of participants with fewer opportunities. The initiative aims to find the source of why the problems persist and work on possible tools to combat these issues.<< Implementation >>The strategic partnership consists of 6 activities and 4 phases: Planning and preparation, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Dissemination and exploitation of the results. There will be 3 transnational meetings to evaluate the progress of the project, one training course, one blended mobility and local workgroups.<< Results >>Three main toolboxes/good practice guides will be created that will become an everyday part of the organization: TOOLBOX: How to map organizational ecological footprint and reduce/compensate excessive CO2. TOOLBOX: Simplifying the process of entering the programme for individuals and organizations. TOOLBOX: Increasing inclusiveness for participants with fewer opportunities, minorities, refugees.
