<< Background >>Young people nowadays are dealing with stress way more than previously young generations did. When searching about general statistics worldwide, it shows that there is a higher rate of stress issues with young people comparing to adults. That is due to different issues such as peer conflict, bullying at education institutions, financial situations, career orientation that determine their future and income, and so on.With the Covid-19 pandemic being present in our lives for quite a significant period, mental health concerns increased even more.Being active in our youth centres and youth work activities, youngsters get some of their needs of socialisation and enjoying in a not-stressed setting, satisfied. However, there is a need for our youth workers to exchange and to approach to this situation multidisciplinary and with support from professional institutions, that this project brings. In this way, the activities offered within our youth work activities, as well as the potential for individual support to youngsters with fewer opportunities and with stress/anxiety symptoms, increases in its quantity and quality, now and in future. This is thanks to the expected increased knowledge management of our organisations, with the help of the project results (Toolkit, Curriculum, Online course) and thus the possibility to provide more quality education and empowerment of not only the current youth workers of ours, but also the ones to join us later. Also, by approaching to this problem from multidisciplinary approach (psychology, youth work, music, photography) and by including experts from different sectors (youth work local and international, SME, faculty of psychology) we are answering holistically to the needs of our partnership and our target groups in this project.<< Objectives >>Our project is in line with the European and world wide researches and recommendations of the respective institutions. According to the UNICEF’s Regional brief for Europe: „The state of the world’s children 2021 - ON MY MIND: Promoting, protecting and caring for children’s mental health“, our project fits into their framework for action through strengthening and equipping multiple systems and workforces to meet complex challenges, to bring mental health services closer to those who currently cannot access them, services need to be provided not just through health systems but across a wide range of different sectors and delivery platforms, such as education, social protection and community care.Project objectives:-Empower youth workers for prevention and management of stress among marginalised youngsters, through development of inspiring and innovative Curriculum, LTTA and the Online course for youth workers’ training.-Empower youngsters with fewer opportunities in coping mechanisms and dealing with stress and anxiety, through innovative Toolkit with multidisciplinary approach workshops for beneficiaries.-Exchange good practices and further develop quality strategic partnership among partners from 5 European countries with different realities in regards to youth stress management and prevention.<< Implementation >>Project activities are:•A1 – Project Management•M1 – Kick-off project meeting•O1 Toolkit “What?! I'm not stressed!” - Toolkit for youth workers to implement different workshops with their beneficiaries of youngsters with fewer opportunities on stress prevention and management; with the multidisciplinary approach to the topic.•M2 – Second project meeting•O2 Curriculum “What?! I'm not stressed!” - Curriculum for empowering youth workers current and future ones to further educate, mentor and support youngsters with fewer opportunities in stress prevention and management, as well as to deal with their own stress in youth work they perform.•M3 – Third project meeting•O3 E-learning course “What?! I'm not stressed!” - an innovative and up-to-date digital tool / online course for relevant topics and with tools for prevention and management of stress that is happening in every day face-to-face and online situations amongst youth and in youth work nowadays.•C1 - LTTA - Training of trainers in youth work for stress management among youth with fewer opportunities •E1, E2, E3, E4, E5 – Open conferences in RS, IT, HR, DE, BE•M4 – Final Evaluation meeting<< Results >>Expected results are two-fold: (1) the organisations will develop publications to be used to provide quality NFE about stress management and prevention among youngsters with fewer opportunities; (2) we will also develop online course that can be used by target groups who are not able to physically attend educational activities and/or who we had no chance to work with before. Thus, our project, besides impacting our organisations and current beneficiaries of ours, will allow us to reach new beneficiaries and target groups, which will further contribute to bigger impact and effectiveness of our work in our communities and Europe-wide.The LTTA will support more than 16 staff and youth workers in developing their competences in delivering trainings for other youth workers in accordance with the intellectual outputs. The impact of the project will be directly on strengthening organisational capacities to youth work on stress management and prevention among youth. Trainers and youth workers will be further improving their capacities on this field as well as strengthening their knowledge on relevant policies and practices that are essential in stress prevention and stress management to young people. The intellectual outputs that will be developed through this project ensure quality knowledge and innovative approaches that are useful in youth work when dealing with the topic of coping with stress and its prevention. These outputs are specifically designed for youth workers working with marginalised youth and addressing their needs. The curriculum, LTTA and online course are considered with high potential to reach youth workers who aim in developing similar workshops/sessions and for sure to extend the impact on a larger number of young people on this regard. In addition:-15 multipliers (youth workers, volunteers and management staff – 3 from each partner country) will be using our intellectual outputs in their youth work with at least 75 youngsters (15 per partner country) and testing their effectiveness locally both personal and on organisational level.-Over 120 local multipliers / youth workers empowered in 5 countries (during the multiplier events) about the importance of youth work in promoting prevention and management of stress in youth work.Young people with fewer opportunities as the key target group of this project will be directly impacted by the activities planned and the whole implementation process. The activities of this project aim to support this target group in coping with stress and anxiety. Moreover, there will be a toolkit developed through this project in line with the marginalised youngsters needs by providing helpful multidisciplinary approach workshops in coping mechanisms.

In the field of youth work an ideal society could be described as a fully inclusive community of active citizens and full with social justice. Important aspect of peace-building is prevention of conflicts, that is also being achieved by creating local perspectives. We find social entrepreneurship as the key approach to it. As proven through our activities, young people are increasingly aware of their roles and responsibilities in society, and have become eager to earn money while doing something good for “the world”. That is why we believe facilitating the start-up, development and scale-up of social entrepreneurship among MasterPeace Clubs and other partner organisations in the project is contributing to peace-building.Developing educational approaches on entrepreneurship, and particularly social entrepreneurship among young people is the core of this project. Using their past experiences with entrepreneurship education, the project partners are planning to develop new methods to address the needs and constrains of their target group – NEET youngsters, young women, the target group characterised by high level of unemployment, low degree of financial independence and social power, and very low involvement in managerial and entrepreneurship positions. The project aims to change the situation described above by equipping youth organisations and youth workers with tools and approaches they can use to support entrepreneurship of young women in a way that is socially and culturally appropriate. The project gathers organisations that already have experiences of supporting young women to be socially and economically active and allows them to develop new ways of dealing with the challenges they have identified. When implemented, it will result in strengthened support system for NEET / young girls, particularly from rural, more traditional and disadvantaged communities. Project objectives:-Empower our youth workers and improve knowledge management of youth work organisations in theory and practice for building competences of youth workers in social entrepreneurship for sustainable future with less conflict, for NEET youngsters, young women - through LTTA and innovative curriculum and online course for youth workers’ training.-Empower NEET youngsters, young women for social entrepreneurship start-up and quality social marketing of theirs, through development of inspiring, innovative and up-to-date handbook, toolkit, as well as the online courses.-Exchange good practices and further develop quality strategic partnership among partners from 5 European countries with different realities in regards to youth social entrepreneurship for a sustainable future with less conflict. We expect following direct participants / beneficiaries of our project: -12 staff / project managers and assistants; -18 teachers/trainers/researchers and technicians working on the intellectual outputs; -25 multipliers youth workers that will test the outputs with at least 100 youngsters (with fewer opportunities) on local level-15 youth trainers, participants at the LTTA -240 participants of the multiplier events’ conferences Project activities:A1 Project ManagementM1 Kick-off meetingO1 Curriculum “Social entrepreneurship youth work for a sustainable future with less conflict”M2 Second meetingO2 E-learning course for youth workers “Social entrepreneurship youth work for a sustainable future with less conflict”O3 Handbook “How to start-up the social enterprises for a sustainable future with less conflict”M3 Third meetingO4 E-learning course for youngsters “How to start-up the social enterprises for a sustainable future with less conflict”O5 Toolkit “Social marketing of social enterprises for a sustainable future with less conflict”M4 Fourth meetingO6 E-learning course for youngsters “Social marketing of social enterprises for a sustainable future with less conflict”M5 Fifth meetingC1 LTTA - Training of trainersE1, E2, E3, E4, E5 – Open conferences in HR, SE, RS, DE, NLM6 Final Evaluation meetingThe initial impact of this project is that it will increase the capacities in five local communities to provide effective entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship education to young women with fewer opportunities. Project partners, as well as other organisations and stakeholders reached through the multipliers meetings, will have at their disposal more effective tools and more competent staff to engage in entrepreneurship education young women who come from the most disadvantaged backgrounds. Thanks to that, the effectiveness of youth work and non-formal education in those communities will increase. The overall number of young women who will receive entrepreneurship education will also increase thanks to the online courses. Since the target group of this project are particularly those young people that are otherwise the least involved, reaching them will make a big difference on a community level.

Unemployed citizens in our communities are the beneficiaries of our activities and their needs are directly influencing our needs, needs of partner organisations. Thus, after doing a short survey among beneficiaries, all partners agreed that they need to improve their adult education NFE activities with quality Entrepreneurial Learning (EL), in order to provide quality, attractive and effective activities for personal and professional development of citizens with fewer opportunities in their communities. This project will meet those needs and will provide more opportunities of networking and exchange among partners in organising and promoting entrepreneurial intelligence and entrepreneurship competences of citizens and we are producing outputs that will serve as a quality knowledge management material for education of current and future adult educators for efficient and effective empowerment and mentoring of unemployed citizens for entrepreneurial mind-set development. Youth represent 38,5% of total unemployed population in EU. Unemployment implies lack of opportunities & is one of the causes of social exclusion. Youth mainstream/with fewer opportunities often lack necessary competences/experiences in order to enter or stay in labour market. NFE within youth work provides valuable learning experiences. There are different tools developed within European youth programmes to support recognition and transfer of these learning experiences into young people's further studies or labour market, Youthpass being main instrument in this respect. All partners are dealing with NFE and empowering youngsters. Focus of the TC is to empower youth trainers to develop/lead quality NFE programmes on youth employment and entrepreneurship in order to combat youth unemployment and exclusion. This project will allow focusing efforts of organization on urgency of providing necessary competences to young people who were never employed and becoming a space where those who recently lost employment can maintain their competences and use them in the civic life. The 10 days long training course “Youth trainings and trainers for employment” is the core activity of the project. It gathers 32 participants, trainers and staff members from 12 partner organisations from 11 countries (RS, ME, BA, AL, HR, MK, FR, SL, BE, PT, SI). The TC involves 17 people with fewer opportunities. TC will be held in Novi Sad, Serbia from 1st- 10th December 2015.Objectives:• Reflect & exchange realities about youth unemployment/entrepreneurship & existing youth work programmes• Discuss how NFE can positively influence better youth employability and share examples of good practices combating youth unemployment• Empower participants for active promotion of youth employment & for work on raising youth employability skills• Empower youth workers to become quality youth trainers of NFE activities for the (unemployed) youth in our communities• Encourage development of different education programmes for empowerment of unemployed youth in local communities• Present the Erasmus+ and encourage creation of future projects with unemployed youngstersTC is based on pedagogical understanding of the CoE and EC Partnership Programme and our own expertise in youth NFE work for employment. As training materials we will use SALTO booklets, Compass, etc. TC will follow NFE approach, principles and methods. Project will have biggest impact on direct beneficiaries-participants who will further develop creative and analytical thinking of active citizenship for development of inclusive society through development of youth NFE activities with strong accent on entrepreneurship & employability skills of youth. We expect increase in number of young people in local communities that will get closer to getting a job and will increase their employability skills, through increased quality of NFE activities in communities.

The “European migrant crisis” or “European refugee crisis” began in 2015, when a rising number of refugees and migrants made the journey to the EU to seek asylum, travelling across the Mediterranean Sea, or through Southeast Europe (SEE). The increase of refugees of different race and religion around us influences the raise of “right” oriented aggressive feelings among mainstream population (the proof of that is the newly elected government in Croatia nowadays). This further brings us hatred speeches on everyday basis and promotion of hate among youngsters who trust blindly their elders. In the region (SEE) that has gone through hatred and war just some 20 years ago and we have gone through the hard work as civil society organisations to work on reconciliation and acceptance among our youngsters, the newly rise of such negative emotions towards other human beings are also waking up the “old” hatred towards the neighbours. When hatred (towards migrants/refugees of different race and religion) is seen as acceptable in society, then elders happily jump in with adding also those “old” issues back to surface. Also in other European countries where there are refugees arriving or other migrants are living for some time, and combined with the recent terrorist attacks and fear from those, nowadays there is a rise of such negative behaviour and hatred, not only in Southeast Europe. The core activity of the project was – 8 days long partnership-building activity (PBA). It was organised in the youth hostel in Novi Sad, Serbia from 15th till 23rd November 2016 and it had geathered 30 participants, trainers and staff from 18 organisations and 16 countries (RS, XK, ME, BA, HR, MK, BG, GR, CY, TR, SI, RO, IT, FR, SL, PL). There were 18 participants with fewer opportunities. The PBA had explored the concepts of quality partnerships on international projects, realities of our countries in dealing with refugee crises and other issues of intolerance nowadays, celebrating diversity in communities and Erasmus+ YiA projects (with an emphasis on KA1 - Mobility projects for young people and youthworkers) as well as inclusion and gave the participants a space to develop ideas and establish European level partnerships for new projects tackling issues mentioned above and promoting richness of diversity and acceptance in Europe.Through increased quantity and quality projects of participants and partners, the impact was the increased competences and readiness of young people in communities for taking active stand on fighting discrimination and intolerance and promoting respect of diversity and intercultural acceptance.
