The so-called iGeneration who are currently our students, are young people who, in cognitive and behavioral sense, are raised with the digital technology, on the other hand, the majority of teaching stuff do not belong to the digital world of the youth (digital immigrants), and their didactic tools and teaching methods are not adjusted to the new generation of students. We can, therefore, conclude that one of the reasons for increased pedagogical problems and difficulties in transferring knowledge in schools (decreased level of attention, motivation, inclusion, interest, interaction, etc.) and fulfilling of the educational and functional goals in the process is the not adjusted educative system and not adjusted teachers to the new forms of teaching. This means that the didactic methods and teaching contents should be adjusted to the possibilities that the digital technology offers.* Objectives1. the teachers of social studies and humanitarian disciplines to get acquainted with the psycho-social characteristics of the new generation of students, pedagogic-educative results and obligation for re-design of the educational system on macro and micro level.2. the teachers of social studies and human disciplines to get acquainted with the basic elements of digital didactic, teaching 2.0, techniques for using e-content in methodological articulation and elements of web 2.0 in teaching, as well as encourage and educate them how to use them.3. the teachers to conceive digital didactic entry of contents and techniques that will design the changes in cognitive templates and with their didactic skills to start talking in the language of the digital natives* Number and profile of participantsAll of the organization partners in this Partnership are experienced in the field of teaching Social Sciences subjects and they will contribute to a great extent for the realization of the proposal. "The main aim of this Project is through the concrete activities of ""Simulating a Videogame"", ""School Gardens"" & ""Beautify my School"" to create learning environments that can be used as preventing tools against early school leaving and the excess time that spend our students with their mobiles. These tools will empower students and make school more attractive to all of them, fact that can become a key to their social, emotional and academic success. By improving their attitude towards to school but also towards themselves, students that are at risk of Early School Leaving because of several reasons (i.e their socio- economic background, their special educational needs, bullies and/or bullied) the Project aims to create positive and safe emotional environments where bullying behaviors can no longer thrive. The schools involved to this Project will choose the target group of students that work on the main fields: ""Simulating a Videogame"", ""School Gardens"" & ""Beaytify my School"". During the Learning/Training Activities in host schools exactly these students will be the one to participate in the activities organized by our partners. The expected results are To engage the students in the process of learning by participating the Activities. To encourage the students to take part into activities that enhance them and stretch them the feeling of being qualified and capable of performing the tasks To encourage teachers to develop new innovative methods and material in the field of the subjects that they are involved in the project (Plastics, Informatics, Home Economics, Technology, Foreign Languages and Physical Education, etc) for teaching students at risk for ESL and bullying To detect students with special skills and inclinations and to help these students to develop those skills To help students develop modern technology skills and ICT skills for communication, project development and organization To motivate students learning and staying bound to school To recconect them with nature and healthy life To limit the time that spend on their mobiles and start moving Sharing experience, knowledge and expertise. Evaluation will be based on the following methods: document analysis, observations (project meetings, mobilities, partners communication), interviews (oral, written by questionnaires) of the partners and the target group. Staff and teachers will be involved in planning and providing the evaluation tools and relevant questions."

"The project ""Creative and active education - Body, mind, spirit"" is a strategic partnership between six schools from Romania, Italy, Turkey, Prague and Bulgaria, which will start on 01. 03.2021 and will run for 24 months.The goal of the project is to stimulation of the artistic and cognitive potential of the students to find creative and innovative solutions to current challenges and risks of society.The objectives of the project are:1. developing students's artistic and creative skills and ICT competences2.promoting a balanced lifestyle through by movement and healthy food 3. improving of the level of communication in English and learning foreign languages,4. awareness and valorization by students of the European cultural heritage5. involvement in the activities of the project of disadvantaged students to increase tolerance and inclusion in schoolI planned 6 LTT with the titles: - Healthy choices for a balanced diet- Natural and architectural heritage- Art therapy- Movement increases the quality of life- Literature and Well – Being - Food în historical tradition. The activities are addressed to the students between the ages of 14 and 18.Participating groups are:1. Students: 150 will participate directly, including 50 students with fewer opportunities. Approximately 500 students will be indirectly affected by participating in local activities.2.Teachers: 50 will participate directly3. Families: At least 150 families will be directly involved., more than 300 family members will be indirectly involved.4. The activities have an interdisciplinary character, and create connections with many disciplines.The project meet the needs highlighted in SWOT analysis of partner schools:- to equip young people and adults with the necessary tools and competences needed to come up with creative and innovative solutions to face unprecedented risks, and social challenges- harmonious development of the body and the kind equally, through sports and reading and by adopting a creative and healthy life- to improve the educational and sportive performances, in the present characterized by poor results at the exam for professional qualification and a continuously diminishing sports track record;- to improve the organizational and methodological management of our school;- to harness the mobility opportunities as a means of raising the European values of education in and through sports;- to promote social inclusion by facilitating access to transnational mobilities for the pupils which come from disadvantaged areas.By using various methods of gathering and processing information they will develop their linguistic and ICT skills as well as ability to make contacts and cooperate with people. Similarly they will have a chance to learn about the heritage of their partner countries and compare with their own or even gain new knowledge in the project topics. Also, students will working in groups with peers from different countries they will improve foreign language skills, digital literacy, learn how to cooperate, tolerate different cutures and respect different views. Activities will help overcome lack of basic skills by providing alternative and attractive methods of learning, integrating good practices, new and creative methods into daily activities. Teachers will observe the results and apply these methods at their school afterwards. Activities will help us develop schools’ programme in an inclusive way, create a new or more modern, dynamic, committed and professional environment inside the organisation and to enhance the quality and relevance of the learning offer in education."

The idea of the partnership is based on “Future Classroom Lab” by European Schoolnet in Brussels. The lab is an inspirational learning environment, challenging visitors to rethink the role of pedagogy, technology and design in their classrooms. The lab considers space a significant factor in learning and suggests the transformation of the school space in combination with a change in pedagogical approaches. The Future Classroom Lab is formed by six different learning spaces 1.Investigate 2.Create 3.Present 4.Interact 5.Exchange 6.Develop Six Secondary Education schools join the partnership Applicant: Gennadi Gymnasium, Greece Partners: 1. Agrupamento de Escolas de São João da Talha in Portugal 2. M. Preti - A. Frangipane in Italy 3. Fyllingsdalen High School in Norway 4. Lapua Upper Secondary in Finland 5. IES El Sobradillo in Spain There will be six short-term meetings, one in each country involving two students and two teachers from each school. The objectives of the project include two actions 1. The production of guidelines containing a) suggestions and b) steps for the creation of future classroom lab 2. Classrooms reorganised to support changing styles of teaching and learning, based on the learning spaces of Future Classroom Lab in partner schools

"Early school leaving and dropping out of school before completing the normal course of secondary education have implications not only for the lives and opportunities of those who experience it, but also has enormous economic and social implications for society at large. Early leaving from education is a serious issue in many EU countries and has attracted the attention of many researchers, policy-makers and educators. Although the situation varies across countries and the underlying reasons for students leaving early are highly individual, the process leading up to it includes a number of common elements: learning difficulties, socio-economic problems, or a lack of motivation, guidance or support. Early leaving is highly challenging, not only for young people, but also for societies. For many, early leaving will lead to reduced opportunities in the labour market and an increased likelihood of unemployment, poverty, health problems and reduced participation in political, social and cultural activities. Furthermore, these negative consequences have an impact on the next generation and may perpetuate the occurrence of early leaving. Education systems play a crucial role in addressing early leaving from education. They must attempt to cater for the diverse needs of young people today. Dealing with the underlying causes of early leaving has thus become a central issue across Europe. EU countries have committed to reducing the proportion of early leavers to less than 10 % by 2020. Three Schools, three Municipalities and three NGO'S met a create a partnership in order to exchange of good practices, underlining the pressing demanded to develop more effective school-community approaches and common strategies to face to ESL in multicultural and multilingual learning communities. Overall the project aimed to share and confront at transnational level innovative ideas, school community approaches, methods and tools among key actors in School Education in order to develop common strategies to prevent and tackle Early School Leaving in learning communities where cultural diversity is growing. The project aimed to create a learning community based on training especially focusing on the fight against school failure and early school dropouts using Fine Art as a powerful tool. It also aimed at providing the target group with the necessary tools to develop these aspects amongst early-school leavers through Fine Art to build teacher capacity for competence oriented education. Building effective relationships between schools and the community at large can have an important effect on the quality of learning. These relationships may also change the community and structural factors that promote educational inequality. We developed a partnership to reinforce the bonds between schools, families and learners. This is particularly helpful for parents and families from disadvantaged backgrounds or for those parents who have had negative experiences of school in the past.In two years of implemetation of project all initial aims have been achieved.The LTTA'S and the Transnational Projects Meetings took place according the schedule. Dissemination activities were made by all partners in order to spread information in school and to the local authorities.The deliverables of the project were: - the Guide ""Michelangelo: didactic and inclusive practice to fight school failure, early school leaving and dropping out through Fine Art” , in English language and each partner language, we believe that will serve as reference for other schools- the short documentary on ESL and Fine Arts.- the project website : www.michelangeloproject.euThe project has impact to schools, teachers, local authorities and students. To students ,because many students took part in the actions which made it popular, effective and sustainable. The students' active involvement in them gave meaning to the concept of involvement and activation. To teacher and local authorities, because they saw and know the education systems of each country change view about their teaching methods and the relashionship between Municipalitie and school with basic aim to reduce early school leaving.All the deliverables but especially the Guide ""Michelangelo: didactic and inclusive practice to fight school failure, early school leaving and dropping out through Fine Art” , we believe that it has longer-term benefit for the students and teachers."
