This 'sharing of practices' project grew from our ambition to develop a collaborative and accredited 'Learning Leadership Through the Arts' programme that would allow young creative people who do not 'fit' the established educational structure to gain official recognition for their work on arts projects. This in turn helped us (all partners) to realise that the core issue was to first understand how each of our organisations actually took a project with young people from 'idea' stage to completion and performance. What natural phases does the project go through? How could we capture the creative process without putting strictures on it that would undermine the reason why this form of activity is so popular with these young people. We agreed that we should first share this practice, document it and record it, across a multicultural field to ensure we did not end up with any 'nationality specific' document. Our objective is for each partner to mentor six to ten young people in each organisation to enter an intense creative period where they develop an idea into a complete work. They attend a final performance, where all groups deliver their work in front of a large audience. This will also be filmed for dissemination through our websites and other media outlets available to us. During the 'creative period' each Artistic director and Tutor will work very closely with the young people to track the steps they naturally take to reach their goal. These steps will then be studied and compared to see if there is a common pattern emerging, was the process similar in each country or juxtaposed in how it was approached by different groups. Ultimately this information will then be assembled into 'one' process that captures all the 'natural' requirements of the different nationalities. From this information we will compare the 'steps' taken in the process to the basic leadership steps of create a vision, plan, organise, lead, measure, control, perform and evaluate. These results will allow us begin the process of mapping the different discipline areas carried out on an arts project to those on a formal leadership course and thus prepare the way to build a consensus with educational establishments and governments to allow accreditation for this type of youth arts work. We see this work as a major benefit to all those young people who for whatever reason do not 'fit' the formal structures but can excel in a creative environment that is less judgemental and more welcoming.

This project is a cooperation built on prior projects carried out by the 4 partners of the present project.Per Spildra Borg, the founder of Stella Polaris, has held workshops thorughout Europe for more than 30 years, and the partners now entered in this project have have long asked for a manner of learning some of his methods and skills that their youth have benefited from. The project will prepare a curricula and manuals as tools for youth workers who want to adapt some of StellaPolaris' techniques to their own youth work in their organizations. The project aims at producing a toolkit for interested youth workers and trainers and educators in their respective organisations. To make sure a qualitatively strong set of guidelines and instruction videos is produced, we have asked three longstanding partners to join us in developing such a kit. It is our belief that the transnational partnership is necessarry to produce tools that will be of value to youth workers in different cultures, and that the chosen partners have the best knowledge as to which sections of learning would benefit youth thorughout Europe the most.We believe that our project with TM's where we divide tasks and discuss,, and full focus on Training of Trainers, will lead to educators that have great knowledge of the methods, both how to use it and help themin their dissemination work with the produced results. The adolescent years is often a turbulent and difficult time, and we believe that the method will make it easier to express feelings, connect with others, and ensure better lives for youth. The planned IO is to be a set of filmed interviews with Per made by the managers from the partners relating to the most relevant pillar of training in their respectiveorganization. Questions and relevancse of the issues to be discussed will be presented as scetches before the first TM, to be finalized and agreed in the meeting. And then carriedout as live interviews on the second day of the meeting as a starter of the work with the final IO.Filming of the training sessions will subsecuently be carried out to illustrate the answers given in the interviews. The four pillars of training will evolve around these topics:1. TRUST BUILDING – SENSE OF RYTHM2. PHYSICAL TRAINING – SKILL DEVELOPMENT3. INTUITION AND COOPERAT4. OPENNESS RELAXATION AND MOVEMENTEach topic to be discussed in relation to WHY it plays an important role in the training, WHAT is spesific about it in relation to the particular philosopy of Stella Polaris and whatparticular issues in the different partner’s organization this will be related to. Emphasis is put at inclusion of groups of youth with fewer opportunities, and inclusion of refugees where possible. The training program lends itself very well to inclusion of people who do not have a shared language, so these groups should benefit greatly from participation.Stella Polaris have worked with all partners in various Erasmus+ projects prior to this application. Some have been partner for many years, and the experience gained by this cooperation is the inspiration for this current project. Teatr Brama and Stella Polaris go back a long time, the director Daniel Jacewicz was assisting director to Per Spildra Borg during our Short Term EVS projects for several years, and his theatre has since been sending organization for more than 20 volunteers to our EVS projects. The partner has coordinated and colaborated on several Strategic partnership projects. Waterford Youth Art Center was the host of a strategic partnership where Stella Polaris was a partner in 2018, and there was a wish to continue working together after this positiveproject. Comune di Tolfa is an activeplayer in the culture field in the rural areasof Rome, and is representing thepublic side of youth work in this partnership. Tolfa has hosted several Stella Polaris performances and workshops, and has for several years expressed a desire to learn how to arrange workshops and trainings themselves. This partner has no experience withStrategic Partnership actions, and should gain valuable knowledge about the program throughout the project.3 Transnational Meetings are planned, 4 Short term training sessions at the partner Venues, and finally 4 Multiplier events held locally by each partner, all to practise and use the produced IO.A plan for dissemination and sustainable use of the produced IO is outlined in the attached timeline gantt chart.

SPIRIT (Implementation of sustainable heat upgrade technologies for industry) will demonstrate three full-scale (>0.7 MWth) industrial heat pump systems that upgrade industrial waste heat to valuable temperatures (135-160°C). The demonstration covers sites in the paper & pulp and food & beverage industry, covering 63% of the potential high-temperature heat upgrade market. SPIRIT achieves technology scaling by designing modular heat pumps with standard components covering a large portion of the industrial heat upgrade market. The standard components allow a straightforward and cheaper manufacturing, thereby achieving improvement in economic performance. Compared to regular heat pumps, technical performance improvements of 30% are validated with advanced working fluids (zeotropic mixtures). SPIRIT will develop standard heat pump integration methods for industry to allow easier integration. New business models and contractual agreements for upgrading heat technology are developed considering single and multi-stakeholder environments, mainly through considering heat as a service. To ensure sufficient capacity is available to carry the innovation of SPIRIT, a competence framework is developed to identify which skills are needed (and missing) in the market. The missing skills are used as input for two summer schools, where SPIRIT will educate and train engineers, maintenance staff, and other critical enabling stakeholders. The learnings from the demonstrations, market analysis, technical and non-technical barriers analysis are captured and communicated to raise awareness of the challenges and benefits of heat pumps in the industrial sector. SPIRIT has a strong partnership consisting of technology suppliers, end-users, knowledge providers, business and market experts, and dissemination and knowledge transfer partners. A multi-sectoral advisory board guides the SPIRIT project and its partners with representatives of the district heating, chemical and refinery sector.
