    ERAMCA project introduces in the Partner Countries an interdisciplinary approach to the complex problem of environmental risk assessment and reduction on Cultural Heritage assets in Central Asia. The project starts with an investigation of the local needs in Partner Countries and transforms those requests into a curriculum of a Master (120 ECTS), a digital library where all the teaching materials (e.g. books, hypertexts, video, best practices) related to the courses planned for the Master are stored and freely accessible by everyone. The project foresees the realization of 4 specialized laboratories for the activation, in each of the Universities of the Partner Countries, of a Pilot Course to test the effectiveness of the didactic project with the users and eventually apply the appropriate corrections that will allow to draw up the didactic plan definitive. The laboratories will remain available to the Universities participating in the project for the systemization of the educational project in the institutional training activities.The UNESCO Office of Tashkent and the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan participate as associated partners to drive the project towards an internationally accepted standard and a real understanding of local needs. They will test if the achieved results will fit the real needs of the involved Partner Countries.The main envisaged impacts are the introduction into the Partner Countries HEIs of an interdisciplinary approach to solve complex problems that are of prominent local interest, the introduction of internationally accepted concepts on Conservation of Cultural Heritage assets, the correct comprehension of the environment actions on the Conservation of Cultural Heritage assets, and the growing up of the skills of a significant group of local teachers.

    The project is call to build capacity of development of innovation digital technologies in economics instead of outdate ones to be in line with Global market challenges by development the Virtual Project Learning Platform inc. Project Inclusive Education component for education of high skilled specialists in line with labour market, EU best practices and Bologna process in Ukraine (UA) and Tajikistan (TJK).Specific objectives:1. Fill the demand of Labor market (LM) in UA, TJK specialists in digital economics by Implementation of modern trends in the digital sphere of UA and TJK HEIs in accordance with EU best practices by joint PCs and EU HEIs creation of 13 innovation curricular for MA in economics inc.PIE component till Nov 2022 according to the Bolonia requirements and EU strategy of Digital Single Market. I2.To create inclusuve educational enviroment acording Education 4.0. in the field of DE-implementation of methodological and technological activities for the creation of interactive and multimedia content and the corresponding digital platform for development of multimedia content for inclusive education. 3. Launch innovative partnership model for Stakeholders networking - Creating of basic digital services for use by citizens in the field of education, for launching partnership models of representatives of the digital industry, business and universities in UA and TJK.New study program focuses on the business opportunities and organizational consequences offered by a wide range of digital technologies, including cloud computing, ‘big data’ analytics. Student will learn to function as a bridge between ‘digital technology’ and ‘business’. Combining theory with practice, the programme provides a strong basis on economic, information technology, computer programming.

    REASONS: In order to respond to the:- Digital Transformation of Industries (Industry 4.0) which requires DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION with overtaking pace, the consortium will develop Concepts of adapting the educational system to the digital generation considering the specific conditions of each of the Central Asian countries;- EU Requirement to give the opportunity for EVERYBODY to learn at ANY time and at ANY place with the help of ANY lecturer, using ANY device – HiEdTec will create Centres for Innovative Education Technologies (IET Centres).- Digital Competence Framework for Citizens & Digital Education Action Plan– HiEdTec will support university lecturers to adopt effective digital teaching methods, open pedagogies & tools. MAIN PROJECT OUTCOMES AND PRODUCTS:- Sustainable academic network for sharing experience and exchange of good practices in the field of IET and didactic models;- 5 Concepts of adapting the education system to the digital generation in line with the specific conditions of each partner country (PC);- 15 IET Centres;- 45 active learning classrooms; - Virtual classrooms;- Handbook of implementing IET in PC HEIs;- Courses for trainers for the acquisition of digital skills and learning methods – 75 trainers trained;- Courses for lecturers for the acquisition of digital skills and learning methods – 600 lecturers trained;- 75 OERs;- 75 PowerPoint presentations of lectures suitable for delivery on an interactive electronic white board; - 5 Cloud-based Virtual Libraries of the digital educational resources.IMPACT:- The project products will be of benefit to all stakeholders in education: • National and university policy-makers in the field of education; • University academics who are trainers / lecturers / learners;- The project will help to turn the partner HEIs into innovative universities and to improve the quality of the trained specialists needed to perform the Digital Transformation of Industries.
