All world was caught by surprise and was not ready to work and activate fully digital for 1-2 months.Looking deeper in the music field, Covid-19 has created the “ideal” time for enrolling into courses of specialization, researching, reading and self development. However, on a brief search on music courses, the results were rather low in numbers and a big part of those were costly. The young musicians had now time, but rather limited access to information due to finances. The main purpose of this project is to equip the youth with the needed competences in obtaining financial benefits from the cultural sector, in particular from music. The objectives through which we aim to achieve this are:O1. To increase the organisational capacity, strengthen this network and equip the consortium’s youth workers with tools and methodologies within the project’s topics (music production, online promotion and entrepreneurship), during the project’s lifetimeO2. To elaborate and maintain functional a platform with courses and information about music, online promotion and entrepreneurship, for a period of at least 5 yearsO3. To train 20 youngsters from Romania, Spain and Italy regarding music production, online promotion and entrepreneurship, in order to support their integration to the cultural sector labour market. The target groups are formed by youth workers interested in working in music, online promotion and entrepreneurship and in acquiring new online approaches to work with youth; NGOs eager to enter the EU funding world to have the possibility afterwards to provide youth with more cultural activities; and youth, mainly from Spain, Italy and Romania, interested in producing music as a source of income, but who lack sufficient knowledge in it.The activities aim to involve over 600 people in activities such as long term staff mobility (increasing the organisational capacity of NGOs), short term staff mobilities (training on online approaches and methodologies to work with youth), access to an online platform with courses (music production, online promotion, entrepreneurship), additional materials on these topics or a forum, as well as 2 blended mobilities where 20 youngsters from Romania, Spain and Italy shall put in practice the knowledge gained from the courses. The main results are 1 guide on online approaches and methodologies for working with youth, 3 MOOC courses (music production, online promotion, entrepreneurship and creative entrepreneurship), 1 guide to support NGOs in increasing the organisational capacity, 1 music hub platform and 1 disc compilation of youth creations. The methods used to create these are researching and documenting, exchange of practices, video and manual instructions, individual and group works, as well as practical experience with experts. The platform itself will play an important role for the sustainability and continuation of usage of the results due to its forum and possibilities of its members to interact with each other, to collaborate in joint projects (producer-producer, singer/player-producer, looking for music/singers/players, etc.), to attend webinars, interviews, other courses of specialization and have access to any other type of materials we would produce in the sense of the project or requested by the members.

The Europe 2020 document states: ""Helping people of all ages manage change through investment in skills and training."" and that 'Adult learning is an important part of the European Commission's lifelong learning policy, crucial for competitiveness and employability, social inclusion, active citizenship and personal development across Europe. The challenge is to provide learning opportunities for all, especially the disadvantaged who need them most. ""Also, the European Adult Learning Agenda document states:"" Learning is also essential for social inclusion and active citizenship. (...) Participation rates are especially disappointing for low-skilled people and the elderly. ""In Croatia, as in other European countries, the number of members of the elderly population is increasing. After retirement, the elderly does not know where to channel their energy, how to release their potential creativity. The creative programs planned to be created through collaboration on this project will enable seniors to unleash their creative potential, learn some new skills, fulfil their leisure time well, fulfil the need for communication and socializing in a meaningful environment. Also, programs like this will help older people maintain their motor skills. The implementation of this project will produce more results, but we highlight key ones1. Teaching staff who carry out workshops of fine and creative arts for the elderly will acquire competences to work with such persons through the educational program developed in the project.2. Through the work on the project, a manual will be created that will explain the methodology of working with the elderly in the field of visual expression.3. 11 Creative expression programs developed. The consequences of achieving the first key result are that fine arts teachers and other teachers will acquire additional competencies to work adequately with the elderly. This has the effect that they will be able to better understand older people and their problems and needs, which is especially important for younger professors. Furthermore, teachers will be able to share this newly acquired knowledge with colleagues in their schools and institutions where they work.Another key result of the project is a manual for working with the elderly in the field of fine arts intended for teachers of fine arts.In its totality, the project contributes to raising awareness of the importance of creative expression and creation in the healthy aging process. The project aims to achieve effects at multiple levels and with multiple elements:Participant level: participants in the project will become familiar with the work of partner institutions; will gain experience in implementing international projects; will get ideas for future projects; Enrich the offer of educational programs in their institutions; will improve its work in working with the elderly; Fine arts teachers and other teachers will become better trained coaches in courses with seniors and will gain additional competencies in working with seniors.Level of organizations: will provide higher quality and competent teachers to work with the elderly; will enrich the offer with new programs and reach more participants; they will have more satisfied participants; they will have teachers educated to work with the elderly; it will be available to other institutions interested in educating the elderly for mentoring and assistanceLevel of other relevant stakeholders: interesting programs for the elderly; a more complete local community; filled seniors' leisure time and an enriched leisure offer; nicer aging; stimulated creativity, satisfied and happy participants, and thus their families; to start thinking about options for older people that have not yet been implemented."

They rarely receive orientation or counselling based on their talents, abilities, preferences and needs. In March 2021, the European Commission adopted the Strategy for the rights of persons with disabilities 2021-2030. The Strategy builds on the results of the previous European Disability Strategy 2010-2020, which paved the way to a barrier-free Europe and to empower persons with disabilities so they can enjoy their rights and participate fully in society and economy. Despite the progress made in the past decade, persons with disabilities still face considerable barriers and have a higher risk of poverty and social exclusion. The objective of this Strategy is to progress towards ensuring that all persons with disabilities in Europe, regardless of their sex, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, age or sexual orientation. In our project we plan to introduce and engage new, innovative methodologies from the fields of applied psychology, career orientation, coaching and gamification that will be intertwined into an easy to use, accessible and inexpensive tool. Our project proposes an itinerary where adults with mental disabilities define their personal plans regarding social life and employment and are guided and empowered through practical tools, which would be adapted to fit people with intellectual disabilities needs. The new tools and methodologies will facilitate people with intellectual disability to gain direction, to get emotionally stabilized, to make their own choices, to become more empowered and to join the labor market. This will be beneficial not only for the direct beneficiaries but also for their families and society.<< Objectives >>The objectives of the project are the following:-To empower a group of 50 adults with intellectual disability in order for them to lead an autonomous personal, professional and social life, through a process-oriented methodology (constant support meetings), through a training and through project results. -To foster social inclusion for a group of 50 adults with mental disabilities that participate in the project, through the specific support and educational activities of the project. -To develop competencies for a group of 50 practitioners from the 5 participating organizations in the field of support for people with intellectual disabilities, focusing on the promotion of an autonomous life.<< Implementation >>1.Methodology/training materials for professionals working with adults with mental disabilities2.An innovative supportive toolbox for adults with disabilities with self-guided activities for independent living3.MOOC platform where some videos with therapeutic impact will be developed4.Educational and therapeutic board gamesEducational and support activities: - training courses, focus groups, testing activities.Multiplier events- dissemination activities in all four countriesTransnational project meetings- for cooperation between partners.<< Results >>The results of the project are closely connected to the objectives of the project and also to the objectives of the programme such as described in the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 Guide and the National Call for projects of the Romanian Agency. Results of the project can be included in several categories1. Impact on beneficiaries: 50 adults with intellectual disability, pluridefficiency, serious development disorders, serious health problems, mental disorders, behavioural problems and/or language disorders ●50 professionals from the partner countries The need of the adult educators in the project is that of developing competences that can help them better convey and implement the concept of autonomous living and social inclusion for people with mental disabilities. It is a need they have in order to make their work even more relevant and useful. Their needs are addressed through the activities, the methodology and the project benefits and impact. The needs of adults with mental disabilities are those of having access to information and methods that can make them understand how to have an independent life and to become socially included. The activities, the methodology and the impact of he project respond to this need. We have built a functional consortium, with partners responding to the coordinators' requests and working professionally. We strongly believe that our management has proved to be efficient throughout the entire period of the project (especially in the context of COVID-19 and als taking into account the fact that no transnational meetings had been budgeted in the project). We managed to build an environment of trust and confidence and this is a good premise for a smooth implementation process.2. We have good communication dynamics in the consortium. Due to the fact that our transnational meetings were not funded in the project, we had to find solutions to compensate and therefore we have set up an internal communication dynamics that works very well. We communicated via email the specific aspects of our activities, we organized Google Meets or we talked on the phone or on Facebook messenger for details that are unclear perhaps.3. We have produced solid intellectual outputs: IO2- the Manual for learning to learn. We are proud to say that the results are those of common work and contributions from all partners. Moreover, given the fact that C1 had a testing function, we used this activity as an opportunity to get even more input from youth workers to this training material. This manual is a theoretical introduction to the conceptual and methodological approaches of the competency-based OSU-LL model and also includes guidance information for facilitators who wish to apply the OSU-LL methodologyIO3- is a collection of exercises, workbooks and learning diaries that are aimed to be used by young people individually in the learning process, as well as in accompanied learning experiencesIO4- a platform on which we have made available online tutorials on topics that are related to the learning to learn process (such as mind mapping), as well as testimonials of young people and youth workers about the learning process as well as self-assessment tests for young people. 4. We have organized a successful C1, a learning and training activity that was highly valued by the participants, who have stayed in close contact with the beneficiary and the trainers of the C1. The training had good results because we were able to test the methods of the manual and to ask for contributions from youth workers. Also,we successfully organized a C2- Virtual for young people in times of difficulties, this youth exchange bringing together young people from disadvantaged categories, from the 5 countries of the consortium. 5. We have managed to disseminate the project results, through multiplier events that have brought together a number of 60 participants from each of the partner countries and through constant dissemination activities, throughout the project (conferences, other projects, promotional materials that were available at the premises of each of the organizations). In terms of the objectives of the project, we have been able, even if the conditions were complicates, to attain all the project objectives:The general aim of the project was to ensure better chances for young people in rural areas and urban periphery areas to become aware of the learning process and to develop the transversallearning to learn competence. Through the intellectual products and the activities we have conducted (training course for youth workers and virtual mobility for young people), we have managed to reach young people that most needed these activities and contents. The only problem of the project was the timing, we were unable to finish the project în 24 months, because of the pandemic, so we extended the project to 30 months of implementation.
