In our work, we asked ourselves: are we able to use the power and potential of football to solve social problems related to everyday problems of young people? Can sport help young people in a difficult social situation break through and overcome barriers? Can football be used by teachers / youth workers in education, not only in physical education classes? Together with the organization from the Czech Republic, Inex-Sda, we undertook the challenge of finding answers. We took care of developing an idea and a tool that could serve as a support for young people (including children) and for those working with youth in the area of education and upbringing.Today, with some satisfaction, we can say: yes football can help solve social problems. Yes, football can help overcome the barriers that young people face. Yes, football can be used by people working with youth. Football can enable people working with youth and youth to develop social skills, social commitment.The Fair Play Program was created, which is an educational and social program that uses the football3 method and the idea of gamification on a global scale, which, appropriately enriched with social and composed tasks, create a very simple and useful non-formal education tool giving the opportunity to develop life skills and social skills. We hope that in the long term this program will strengthen relationships and social bonds and enrich participants with knowledge and skills necessary and at the same time useful in functioning with other people in today's world, Fair Play Program, because being Fair Play can go beyond sport, out of the ball foot, because being Fair Play is a value and pattern of attitude for everyone and every day.As a result of our activities, we created the ebook / toolkit of the Fair Play Program and the creator of games and games. These are tools that serve youth workers in their daily work.In order to strengthen the development of programs in Poland and the Czech Republic, a strategy for 2018-2022 was created.

"""Be the Change : conflict as catalyst for transformation and empowerment "" is aiming at improving the skills and competences of European citizens to address their interpersonal conflicts, and work towards their transformation into learning, development and communication's opportunities in order to facilitate relations and the development of an inclusive Europe. This project seeks to improve the overall quality of training and learning in the field of conflict management by bringing together actors from the formal, non-formal artistic education and Social economy sectors as well as learners. Together, they will develop learning pathways that combine different methods and approaches to better achieve the overall goal: the transformation of conflict into opportunities for development of the individuals and their relationships. . The main objective of this project ""Be the Change"" is to propose an innovative and transdisciplinary teaching of conflicts transformation by developing an innovative and cross sectoral curriculum built on a partnership between current providers and learners. This project is innovative thanks to the trans-sectoral cooperation and its pedagogical approach based on putting the learner in situation to transfer knowledge and skills.The main priorites targeted through the consortium action are the development of high-quality skills, the improvement of youth quality work and youth empowerment. The common denominator to project partners is International Voluntary Service (IVS), particularly workcamps as tools for youth active participation and local sustainable development. The consortium organises more than 200 international short-term voluntary projects –workcamps, which host 3000+ international volunteers and involve 400+ youth leaders.11 partners are members of Alliance of European Voluntary Service organisations and one (Croma, Italy) brings an added value to the project with its specific profile of members – documentary film makers / youth workers. »E-tick: is an ethical communication platform for young volunteers«. It was initially an 18- month project created by Zavod Voluntariat and other partners to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes based on critical thinking, ethical communication and intercultural awareness among young people, with the main focus being on volunteers. Due to the COVID- 19 pandemic, we were forced to temporarily postpone certain dissemination activities so we extended the project to 33 months. Five non-governmental organization from four countries and in the field of international volunteering and global learning participated in the project: Zavod Voluntariat from Slovenia as the project leader and Association Humanitas from Slovenia, Comhlamh from Ireland, INEX SDA from Czech Republic and FOCSIV from Italy as partner organizations.The aim of the project was to support young volunteers and other young people interested in global learning and understanding the importance of ethical communication and its application in their contexts (experience in international volunteering or non-formal learning experience in global learning contexts through: seminars, workshops, etc.), through an online interactive platform on global learning topics with an emphasis on ethical communication. The more prepared the volunteers are for their international experience the more likely they are to have a positive impact on the lives of others and to remain engaged in democratic and civic field after returning back home.We decided to do this project because at the level of the non-governmental sector in European countries there is no single tool for preparing young people for international volunteer projects in the countries of the global south, with an emphasis on ethical communication with the focus on equal treatment of all people. We also found out during the preparation of young people that they need this in depth knowledge to better prepare for the experience in the global learning context while not having the time to participate in multi-day trainings. The online course thus allows them to schedule their time and learn independently from home from their screens. As part of the project, we carried out the following activities: - Conducting a partnership meeting and training in Brno in the Czech Republic, where we agreed on partnership roles, reviewed administrative matters, created a common understanding of the concepts of ethical communication and related topics such as critical thinking as the basis for international volunteer projects, and prepared the basis for preparing an online course (content and graphics);- The intellectual output 1: Content preparation of the four online modules on global learning and ethical communication. Module 1: Expanding our awareness, Module 2: The power we experience in everyday communication, Module 3: Global development and volunteering, Module 4: Navigating the new age media.- The intellectual output 2: Preparation of an online training platform and a pilot phase of training testing in this phase we set the online course on its feet and included 50 people to test it and give feedback, based on which we corrected and improved the online course. The online course is available here: www.ethicalcommunication.org- Implementation of five multiplicative events for different target groups by each organization;- Carrying out other dissemination activities across all partner countries in different form and through different channels;- Interim and final reporting and project administration and management. The project and the online course received many positive responses from users (both, volunteers, young people as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations in the field of international volunteering and global learning). Positive responses were related to the extremely elaborate and quality content of the course and the learning effect and potentials for further use in learning processes of non-formal learning. Let us also be proud of the fact that the online course e-tick received the GENE (Global Education Network Europe) award – “Certificate Exemplifying Quality in Global Education”.

Project UpgradeU! is responding in wider context to the high unemployment of graduates in the labour market in EU and in more focused context on support of organisations working with youth, concretely with volunteers. Project will enable qualitative improvement of work with young volunteers through formulation and transfer of concept of long-term continuous work with the target group (educational programme using club-platform, mentoring and personal growth through volunteering activities) and creation of ICT tool for self-reflection of personal growth of the young volunteers. Project gives space for realization of educational activities through theoretical preparation (trainings), practical implementation (projects within the platform) and evaluation and self-reflection of individuals, which is a key skill while entering the labour market and presenting themselves as job candidate. Bilateral cooperation of the project partners will enable transfer of good praxies and buildig a base for future collaboration on the topic of recording and acknowledging of informal education on the labour market.
