Developing methods of working with young people in the field of improving soft skills, especially in the field of interpersonal communication,3. << Objectives >>Times are changing and new challenges are emerging. . Europe at the moment is facing major problems. Among these, the dis-empowerment of young people who feel marginalized from society, are unemployed and can't find their place and don't know how to realize their potential in life.
