Undoubtedly, youth themselves play a relevant role to achieve this profound transformation. The above context made us focus on the priority of “A stronger Europe in the world”. This is because the EU must take a more active role in developing new models of development cooperation and be a bridge of knowledge between different regions of the world, so the EU (in general) and their organisation and citizens (in particular) can be relevant actors in promoting more inclusive societies through the construction of social dialogue and developing participation spaces for youth. Young people are critical thinkers, with the ability to identify and challenge existing power structures, to demonstrate prejudices and expose contradictions. The result of the EYG is proof of this. In this regard, Gamifying European Youth Goals (GEYG) seeks to promote a strategic cooperation between youth and social organisations between the EU (Poland, Spain) and Partner Countries (Algeria, Egypt and Jordan), in order to: • Contribute to encouraging cooperation, networking and exchanges of practices regarding EGY in the filed of youth, education and training. • Develop digital and non-formal learning methods to promote the EGY among young people through a digital game. • Provide to the youth workers engaging tools and methods that allows them to work the EGY among young people.

However, it was the lock down of the economy in 2020 that ignited remote working and new types of productivity and innovation, demonstrating that only those adepts at lifelong and self-directed learning, and learning from the experience of others will be at advantage. To assist NEET communities (young people not in employment, education and training) apply the technology-intense-experience along with transversal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, TOURBiNE investigates the future of work in the tourism sector as per the 2021-2017 EU Education Area and Digital Strategy and the 11 European Youth Goals 2019-2027 and suggests strategies to link training with portfolios of demonstrable evidence of transversal skills, micro-credentials, and validation methods in the community of practice. TOURBiNE establishes long lasting partnerships in Turkey, Netherlands, Greece, Jordan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Egypt and Tunisia in order to: a) mitigate skills gaps in education/training caused by rapids shifts in technology and society; b) promote transversal key competences and rewind the tourism service design; d) assist employers recruit and retain talents. Disabled youths are among the poorest and most marginalized of the world’s youth, and often face significant challenges, including negative attitudes, discrimination, and lack of accessibility in physical/virtual educational environments. However, findings from related research show that disabled people in rural areas are economically active, able to generate income, and have the possibility of a productive path out of poverty. By enhancing the professional knowledge and business skills of disabled persons with disabilities, they are supported to implement their own businesses and to be part of the labor market under equal conditions. The 24month ARABLE project involves 10 experienced partner organizations in 3 EU Member states (Greece(2) and Croatia), 2 third counties associated with the Programme (Liechtenstein and North Macedonia) as well as 5 third countries not associated with the Programme – Southern Mediterranean / Region 3 (Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, and Israel, Jordan) to support inclusive and sustainable future societies, by empowering youths that face disabilities, to gain entrepreneurship skills, to engage in sustainable agricultural entrepreneurship through an encompassing curriculum that suits to their needs and interests. To reach the above goal, ARABLE suggests the implementation of youth workers' learning experiences, research activities on best practices among 10 countries, and transnational organizational meetings, resulting in the development of the ARABLE transitional DataBase & e-Guide on best practices, training techniques, rates & guidelines and the Open online Learning Environment for agricultural entrepreneurship for disabled young people.ARABLE “talks” about the arable lands that will be cultivated, the opportunities that are ready to be seized, and the ABILITIES that will shine.

Nonetheless, this is an area where youth organisations have significant capacity to intervene and offer support while highlighting the role of the rule of law and democracy. We are developing this project to increase the expertise of youth workers and help them not only become advocates of democracy and leaders in mental health support for people affected by conflicts, but also to increase their resilience and ability to deal with the struggles they face themselves. Mindfulness techniques empower individuals to be interested in and receptive to their experiences. Mindfulness-based therapies often emphasise helping people learn to accept and experience their negative feelings in a more positive way. Mindfulness empowers individuals to approach their ideas and emotions with more objectivity. The majority of youth work occurs without the stated goal of ""working on"" conflicts. This more ""indirect"" approach to conflict-related youth work is critical because it provides opportunities for young people to experience something different, an alternative to their conflict experience, and it provides safe environments for young people to relax, deal with new and other concerns, have new experiences in an entertaining manner, and reflect on matters that intrigue them in general. Youth work practice in connection to conflict is fairly similar to youth work practice in general. Nonetheless, it has certain unique traits that need the development of specialised skills and competencies on the part of people who participate in it. Inner Peace project aims to address those issues."
