The project was carried out with the involvement of the four partner countries: FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY, SWEDEN. The evolution of the project was confronted with a European policy in motion, with changes made particularly in France and Italy. The project addressed the migrant public, with particular emphasis on women, young people (including unaccompanied minors), people with disabilities. It aimed at improving overall support for beneficiaries with a view to sustainable integration in the host society. The general and specific objectives pursued throughout the project were to:- Promote migration pathway in the professional integration of migrants in Europe- Observe and exchange around new engineering of migrants' professional integration in order to identify transferable practices and that way facilitate the professional integration of migrants- Identify and capitalize on best practices to enable sharing experience beyond participants- Observe and compare schemes aimed at ""global"" support for beneficiaries (language training, social support, vocational training, employment and business relations)The project, in its implementation, involved a diversity of actors divided into three target groups:- expert actors involved in the field of training and professional integration of migrants (project manager / training engineer, coordinators, trainers, psychologists, etc.). This first group constituted the direct actors of the project and the participants in the mobilities.- actors indirectly associated with the project, particularly in the context of the organization of joint events (institutions, associations, training organizations, companies, etc.)- migrant actors through the numerous testimonies that brought elements of analysis and reflection in the framework of the evolution of the project. The mobilization, the diversity and the wealth of the direct and indirect actors in the project have allowed networking and the emergence of new perspectives, which contribute to the project's impacts.Four events were carried out supported by the organization as well as three transnational meetings to ensure the operational follow-up of the project. The activities proposed during the events contributed to:- to observe and compare training schemes that promote the reception and accompaniment of migrants, with particular emphasis on a comprehensive support approach- identify good practices and the feasibility of transferring the approach to the partner country- observe and share teaching methods in the context of learning the host languageThe activities proposed did not allow to observe devices integrating in company with the exception of devices developed in Germany (the EDEKA experiment) and in Sweden (the support system for the creation of a company). As part of its implementation, a resource pooling platform was opened via dropbox and shared with partner countries. To highlight the best practices of each partner, 23 fact sheets have been completed to date and will be shared in a publication planned for March 2020.In terms of impacts on organizations, we see today as examples:- a better knowledge of new training schemes integrating new training models (teaching methods, integration of social and cultural aspects, business relations, learning, etc.).- the increase in skills of the participants, their professionalization, the perspective of their daily practice and thus the development of a recognized and shared expertise- a better understanding of the political issues at local level but also at European level- the development of numerous partnerships at local, national and European level- valuing the expertise of partner structures with stakeholders- a better understanding of the needs of target audiences- knowledge of new pedagogical and didactic approaches to teaching a foreign languageNew prospects for future migrant projects were initiated at the end of the project. The project had a positive impact and nearly 11,000 people benefited from the project activities through multiple dissemination activities undertaken by the project partners and which will continue beyond the project."

In the European Union there are significant differences in way this right is upheld, for migrants in particular. The migrant population faces a number of challenges: lack of access to sex education and to the health-care system, cases of gender-based violence, discrimination and prejudice. In light of this context, our project entitled: ""Photovoice: a window into the sexual and emotional rights of migrants"" aims to train social inclusion professionals so that they can better support migrants with respect to their rights. This objective will be achieved through a process of exchange of good practices and the implementation of a joint project: ""The Photovoice"". The project will bring together 5 partners and several associate members, in Spain, Italy, France and Belgium, who specialise in the social inclusion of migrants or improving access to sex education. A total of 23 members from these organisations will be trained, and approximately 50 migrants will have participated in the Photovoice.Photovoice is a participatory action-research and empowerment methodology based on the use of photography as a means of communication and social change. Small groups of migrants will have the opportunity to express themselves artistically, participate in critical debate and to make their needs, realities and demands heard. After receiving distance training on this methodology, each partner will be in charge of their own Photovoice, involving migrant beneficiaries (of their entity or of the associated members) in their city. The Photovoice will conclude with a travelling exhibition, which will highlight the results achieved on a civic, media and political level. With this improved understanding of the topic, the professionals will participate in a one-week exchange at Por Ti Mujer's headquarters in Valencia. This meeting will be an opportunity to share useful tools between professionals, to build lasting links between organisations facing similar issues and to discover Europe's heritage. Finally, these lessons and the results of the exhibition will be consolidated in a guide that will be published on the websites of each partner and sent to a wide audience, in order to prolong the impact of this exchange."

The good practices found in the different participant countries will result in a Training kit, designed in an innovative way, allowing any entity to train their technicians and therefore improve their intervention strategies with asylum seekers and refugees. The project involves many different stakeholders in all of its activities: questionnaires that will gather the perspectives of field workers, asylum seekers and refugees, and other relevant technicians in every participating country; focus groups providing insights into how people think and a deeper understanding of the work towards the inclusion of refugees; national forums with external partners and relevant stakeholders, to share preliminary results and receive inputs through working groups; one international conference including a Training kit kickoff session. The Training kit will be available for any interested entity, allowing, on a longer term, the dissemination of the good practices found and therefore improving the quality of the services provided to the asylum seekers and refugees in Europe, and ultimately reaching a better inclusion.

This crisis implies that gender employment gaps make women more vulnerable than men to job loss. These fears are particularly acute if we consider that large numbers of female migrant workers continue to work in “informal employment” – jobs that are often unregistered and that generally lack basic social or legal protection and employment benefits (OECD/ILO, 2019[28]). Entrepreneurial learning can enhance the labour participation of migrant women in the European labour market. Entrepreneurship plays an important role in the EU economy and society as a driver of innovation and job creation (OECD/EU, 2017). Unfortunately, access to self-employment for female migrants is still facing major obstacles. Intra/entrepreneurial skills are significantly valuable for them because of their impact on working conditions and skills requirements. During the COVID pandemic crisis, VET trainers and educators experienced difficulties in reaching migrant women at home. Familiar and household care duties, absence of a suitable space to concentrate or simply the lack of a laptop, makes it unbearable for many migrant women to continue their training courses. For our trainers, the COVID pandemic has generated major obstacles to get the migrant women engaged in distance learning. The training sector had to anticipate and adapt abruptly to a new reality. Online environments are being created as the use of WhatsApp or more elaborate IT learning platforms for the delivery and replacement of the traditional classroom. Too often, training courses have simply been transferred without being adapted to the new delivery mode. Thus the emergency situation is an opportunity to develop digital skills both of trainers and of pupils/trainees. Trainers preparation is essential to make this new system work and, to this end, Let’s Digital will train VET trainers to develop their capacity to deliver distance training. The project aims to better equip professionals who work with migrant women to accompany them on the path to entrepreneurship. Indeed, these professionals lack tools to meet their needs related to intercultural, communication or gender aspects that are crucial to delivering training adapted to migrant women. A specific challenge faced by many women is the balance between work and increased responsibilities within the household, including childcare (e.g. due to the closure of schools in the context of the covid-19 crisis). We want trainers to be aware of the challenges faced by migrant women in starting a business in order to approach the entrepreneurship process in the most appropriate and effective way. The actions of the project will tackle all major causes that prevent the entrepreneurial activity of migrant women in the participating country, namely lack of mentorship and entrepreneurial networks, of entrepreneurial learning, self-confidence and awareness among migrant women. Let’s Digital training methodology will be adapted to the needs of professionals because it will be based on an updated analysis of their needs through an investigation of their readiness, needs and expectations. The project will also transfer new qualifying skills to professionals through a tailored training programme that meets the specific learning entrepreneurship needs of the adult migrant women. The main target groups of the project are (1) Professionals working in organisations providing VET, counselling services, public and private organisations working to integrate third-country nationals into the socio-economic life of their countries and migrant associations and NGOs, VET trainers, public employment services, mentors, tutors, job counsellors, career advisors; (2) migrant women (migrants, refugees and asylum seekers) who are willing to start a new learning pathway that will lead them to either start up a company or be more independent and entrepreneurial in their professional life. The innovative training program and methodology will improve the intercultural, digital and entrepreneurial skills of the VET trainers and enable them to be aware and well equipped to face the challenges faced by migrant women in business creation. The mentoring programme will be designed to meet the needs of the trainers and their trainees and to give them the tools to enhance and cultivate and be actually self-aware of the entrepreneurial skills they have acquired. The indirect goal of the project is to motivate entrepreneurship of the participating women migrant, among others in the field of social economy, in order to define their labour market insertion itineraries. The main results of the project will be: - Methodological Framework for trainers- Pedagogical itinerary for VET trainers and piloting- E-platform for trainers and a mobile app for traine
