    "CONNECTING DOTS is a proposal from Youropía Cultural Association for the extraordinary call for Erasmus +: ""Development of skills and inclusion through creativity and the arts."" It counts with the participation of the Hungarian National Museum and the Belgrade Center for Human Rights.Each entity will have a cultural / youth association or museum / gallery / cultural space to support the implementation of activities, in a way that complements and enriches their proposals.The general idea of ​​the project consists of bringing cultural spaces and museums closer to the young public, reinforcing community work. Therefore, target group for the actions, will be the young population and also organizations and professionals in the youth and cultural fields.Based on this, we have established the following aims and objectives:General -- Assist in the recovery of the cultural and creative sectors by promoting community cooperation;- Promote new models of cooperation between the cultural sector and the youth field;- Promote the active participation of young people in the cultural spaces of their cities.Specific -- Promote the exchange of good practices on the implementation of activities in order to attract young audiences to cultural spaces;- Promote the acquisition of skills that reinforce the creativity of youth and culture professionals;- Promote cultural spaces as daily spaces for the local youth community;- Promote innovative activities, based on non-formal education, that break with the routines of cultural spaces;- Create and strengthen an international cooperation network that addresses issues related to youth and culture.CONNECTING DOTS will take place between June 2021 and May 2022. In addition to generating a network of contact, support and collaboration with local entities, the international work will focus on the creation of 18 activity proposals (6 per entity) that can help attracting young people to museums (using different disciplines such as theater, photography, art, etc.). Among these proposals, each partner must take 12 into practice, so that a series of recommendations and adaptations that can be replicated by other entities and / or sectors are generated.These are the different phases of the project:Preparation:June 2021 - design of visibility measures (platforms, project image, guidelines for visibility, etc.); contact with the local community (""Connecting dots around the corner""); collaboration plan with support entities; establishment of reference persons for communication and work on the project; preparation of the Kick off meeting.Implementation (""Connecting dots international""):July and August 2021: Face-to-face meeting between partners, in Serbia; work on the development of 6 proposals for activities per organization to attract young people to museums / cultural spaces.September, October, November 2021: Implementation of 2 workshops per month (of the partners' proposals); Sharing of results on virtual platforms - visibility of actions.December 2021: Evaluation of the actions and midterm evaluation of the project (on-line)January, February and March 2022: Implementation of 2 workshops per month (of the proposals of the partners); Sharing of results on virtual platforms - visibility of actions.April 2022: Final evaluation in Oviedo, planning of the last steps and sustainability approaches.Evaluation and disseminationMay 2022: evaluation with the different agents (quantitative and qualitative, based on the established indicators); specific results-dissemination-campaign for youth work and culture; closure."

    """GLIDE. Global Learning, Impact and DEVELOPMENT ""is a Strategic Partnership project between YOUROPÍA (coordinating organization, Spain), STRIM (Poland) and EIVA (Romania), which has the PURPOSE to promote the quality, impact and learning dimension of the mobility projects in the field of youth, through the development of professional skills and the creation of support and counseling structures for young people. The project is based on an analysis of the situation of youth work in the countries represented, especially with regard to counseling on youth mobility issues. In particular, it is highlighted the NEED of a greater and better personalized support that takes into account the motivational and emotional aspects, the learning objectives and the medium and long-term impact of the mobility experience. To respond to this situation comprehensively, GLIDE addresses different agents- organizations, youth workers and youth - and establishes the following OBJECTIVES: For PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS: -Improve the quality of work through the implementation of innovative practices in the field of youth counseling. -Reinforce cooperation, internationalization and networking of organizations. For the YOUTH WORKERS directly involved in the project: -Facilitate the learning process, professionalization and development of skills in the field of counseling and coaching for young people. -To promote the exchange of good practices and experiences among professionals from different countries in Europe. For YOUNG PERSONS TARGETED: -Offer a flexible orientation and counseling service adapted to the individual needs of young people. -Foster non-formal learning through mobility experiences and boost their recognition. To achieve these objectives, throughout the 18 MONTHS of the project, partner organizations will implement a combination of face-to-face and on-line activities aimed at young people and will accompany the professionals involved in these activities. through a continuous process of learning and exchange of experiences. More specifically, GLIDE foresees the implementation of the following MEASURES: • Implementation of an INFORMATION AND ADVISORY SERVICE on youth mobility in each of the participating organizations. • Implementation of an ON-LINE ATTENTION SERVICE (via emails and / or chat) complementary to face-to-face counseling activities. • Development of an ASSISTANCE MODEL THAT INCLUDES QUESTIONNAIRES AND EXERCISES for the analysis and monitoring of motivational and emotional aspects and those related to medium and long-term learning and impact. • Launch and follow-up of the ON-LINE CAMPAIGN FOR THE PROMOTION OF YOUTH MOBILITY (""Do not wait to turn 30""). • Creation of an ON-LINE PLATFORM that collects advice for quality advisory and observations, opinions and experiences of young people who are planning, carrying out or evaluating their mobility experience. Both the creation of the platform (which will be freely accessible and will remain open after the completion of the project) and the improved competence of the professionals involved and the exchange of good practices between organizations will be essential elements to ensure IMPACT AND SUSTAINABILITY from this project. To support the development of these actions, the project foresees the execution of a COORDINATION STRATEGY that includes a combination of ON-LINE MEETINGS and TRANSNATIONAL MEETINGS (in Spain and Romania), as well as the implementation of a LEARNING PLAN aimed at youth workers that will be complemented by two PRESENTIAL TRAINING ACTIONS (in Spain and Poland)."

    Project DO YOUR BEST - JUST INVEST! (DYBJI) was a Strategic Partnership in Adult Education between Spain, Romania, Slovakia, Italy and Poland involved a two-year collaboration and involved work on two levels. On the one hand we expanded the field of work with a selected group of adults. The aim of that work was to increase their opportunities to participate in society and improve their family situation. This part of our project was mainly based on workshops in soft social skills is to adapt our group to the requirements of the labor market, to increase their life satisfaction and improve their language skills associated with operating the computer and on the opportunities for active leisure. Each partner organization created such a local group, consisting of between 10 and 15 people and it worked under the idea of our project.On the other hand, our project involved work on an international level concerning the development of the competences of professionals involved in the project working group . Each partner organization created the 6-8 person group and it organized local activities. Under the management of the project we are going to organize two international projects meetings: at the beginning of the project in Poland and in Spain at the end of the project.Our aim was not only the above described work, but also the preparation of the Handbook Do your best - just invest! containing all methods and ideas used during the project ( by all partner organizations ). This Handbook has been promoted during the five conferences summarizing the project. Each organization was responsible for organizing such a conference in its country, and inviting to the conference representatives of local authorities, representatives of organizations / institutions / establishments engaged in activities for adults (particularly those with fewer opportunities ) .

    The project « Digitalise it » was a follow-up from a previous project in which Y-E-N and its partners discovered, tested and validated innovative and creative digital tools such as digital storytelling and talent approach.The aim of this strategic partnership was therefore to experiment, share and confront practices on innovative, digital and creative methods and tools to foster youth empowerment and social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities.The objectives of the project were:- To explore the benefits, challenges, and ethical considerations of digital tools when working with young people with fewer opportunities and in vulnerable situations;- To promote the added value of digital tools in youth work;- To develop digital competences of youth workers by training them on the use of digital storytelling and talent approach with young people with fewer opportunities;- To create a safe space for young people with fewer opportunities to reflect on their own life story, train them to storytelling techniques and media literacy and empower them to show their potential; - To inform young people with fewer opportunities about their rights, empower them to stand for these rights and get motivation for change;- To build capacity of the participating organisations and provide networking and peer-learning opportunities between them.This project had 3 different target groups:- Participating organisations working with young people with fewer opportunities / in vulnerable situations;- Youth workers and volunteers from the participating organisations;- Young people with fewer opportunities / in vulnerable situations, beneficiaries of the participating organisations.
