The project has been developed as to corroborate the Erasmus + priorities with the projects objectives, activities and results. The process of thought to correlate and reach the program’s priorities was as it follows: Reaching the Horizontal priority of the program – Addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity will be done by implementing the project’s activities, especially WP4 - Development of the Digital Management Platform and App. This will lead to the reach of project’s objectives M.O, SO.1, SO.3 and SO.4. (as detailed into the context section of the project proposal) and to the projects results (described into the outcomes and project results section). The development of the innovative digital tools will see to address the transformation of target group participants’ work and to reach beyond that – as a tangential result the implementation of this activates will facilitate and speed the therapy process of autistic children. Contributing to innovation in vocational education and training and improving quality assurance in vocational education and training – the consortium seeks to reach this priorities by implementing the project’s activities, especially WP3 Developing and/or improving new models of work for ABA therapists and the C1 training activity. By this it assures the reaching of the following objective the following objectives: M.O, SO.1, SO.2 and SO.4 (as detailed into the context section of the project proposal) and to the projects results (described into the outcomes and project results section).During the lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, autistic children couldn’t attend their therapy sessions which resulted in their regression. Children that were showing improvement by socializing with other children and speaking, came back to therapy to showing regression to the period prior to the treatment: lacking socializing skills and not communicating. When realizing the analysis for the project proposal the partners found out that there is no central recording of ASD cases in many EU Member State and there are very few epidemiological studies on ASD on which to make appropriated predictions. Statistical data regarding the situation of autistic children were found only for US, UK and Ireland, this being the reason for which the consortium finds it necessary to elaborate a study that will gather statistical data in partner countries.<< Objectives >>The Main Objective of the project (M.O) is streamlining the activity of ABA therapists by developing innovative tools. All activities of the project have been thought and developed as to assure the proper implementation of the project, the reaching of expected results and mostly taking into consideration the Erasmus+ Program objectives of the European Education Area and the Digital Education Action Plan 2021-2027 The secondary objectives (SO) of the project as they were established by the consortium are:SO.1 Streamlining the activity of ABA therapists by developing a Digital Management Platform and App. During the implementation of WP4 activities a management platform and app that ABA therapists will be able to use in their daily activity will be developed. By 2020, around 120 million European are expected to have a disability. In the EU the 30% of people with disability is at risk of poverty and social exclusion, respect the 21.5% of people without disability. The European strategy on disability 2010-2020 identified a series of actions and specific objectives in some areas. The objectives of the project Youth Urban Action focus on two of these key points: Participation and Equality. Many European young disabled people live negative social experiences every day, like:1-Hostility translated into unmasked disgust, impatience, contemptuous language and bullying;2-Invisibility translated into removal actions, avoidance of interaction, absent dialogue, embarrassment; 3-Intrusion translated into forced joy, condescension, intrusive personal questions. In the daily action is important to see disabled people as independent individuals, and treat them as such. There is still the tendency to focus exclusively on their need for help. Instead, one should stick to the principle of not judging people by what they cannot but by what they can do.The European organizations involved should create the conditions for young people with special needs to realize their full potential. Facilitate their social life, especially generating integrated contexts. Appropriating urban spaces as spaces for openness, dialogue, meeting citizenship. Thus, to encourage new models of thinking towards disability. New proposal, which facilitate social life, must also be supported by the community and by the youth organizations. Those, with appropriate suggestions and tools, could activate interesting actions in urban areas in each territory they belong. Spaces that involve actions with an inclusive sense and that provide ideas for citizens to change their preconception toward disability. The YOUTH URBAN ACTION project aims to exchange good practices and generate new solutions. The European organizations involved will thus have more tools to facilitate integrated youth aggregation. Redefine, therefore, inclusive urban places not only form the urban point of view but also for aggregation. Relocated the relationship to the center and socialization opportunities that overcome the obstacles of intrusiveness, invisibility and obstacles of intrusiveness, invisibility and hostility, thanks to guided experiences.Merit of an education in social life that includes diversity in one's own experience. The urban space, like a square, a park, a public building can thus become the theater of events where young people with special needs cannot meet. Affirm your identity, communicate without preconceptions and be facilitated in this.TARGET GROUPS:-Youth workers and managers-Leader of youth centers-Responsibility of disabled youth organizations-Disabled young peopleBENEFICIARIES:-Disabled young people-Youth volunteers, members of youth organization-Student bodies, members of youth Council-Youth organization with disabilities and informal youth communities-Youth NGOs-Policy makers-EU disability/youth organizationsThe project will therefore create the following educational resources open as INTELLECTUAL OUTPUTS:Nr.1 Manual of good practices of integrated urban youth actionsNr.1 Video documentary with interviewsEXPECTED IMPACTOn the youth community:- Develop a greater understanding of disability- Increased opportunities for socializing among peers- New aggregation and inclusion toolsOn young workers / leaders:- Promote greater awareness of aggregation opportunities and active methodologies in urban spaces- Provide a guide on how and what to promote in urban spaces with young disabled people- Help them identify innovative solutions to improve the social life of young disabled peopleThe project consortium will bring together five partners from four EU countries including organizations working with young people with disabilities. The duration will be 24 months. It provides for both the exchange of good practices between European organizations and the opportunity to devise new non-formal education solutions in urban spaces.
