SVETI NIKOLE,MAKBULE ORMAN ORTAOKULU,ARJFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2020-1-EE01-KA229-077945Funder Contribution: 115,810 EURThis project is mainly about decreasing the dependence on a certain real and concrete physical location for instructing and teaching students, such as during pandemic times. We desire to transform classical education environments into attractive and enjoyable ones through digital platforms, where students can learn with rich stimulus and inspiring content. We think that schools should be for socialisation, learning the world's cultural, moral and ethical values. On the other hand, today's technology provides incredible tools which makes us question why we don't benefit them at the maximum level. Technology can help us teach subjects in less time and with less effort. For these reasons, we want to create online classrooms which include theoretical information, visual and listening materials. We will use this to pave the way to learn in an easier way through exercises, discussion forms, diagrams and other materials for students. Those contents will be easily reached by students whenever they want to learn more and reinforce their knowledge. With involving teachers, parents and students, we will take necessary precaution to prevent misuse, overuse of these platforms and by this not ruining the health of students. All teachers, school staff and parents will register on these online classrooms and will take part actviely during the learning and teaching process. Observing the process will be easier for everyone and teachers will be able to get more help from parents as they will also see the results and tasks at the same time with the students and teachers.Teachers and students will be taught how to use web pages without being addicted and bullied. Second part of our LTTs aims to improve our participants' habits of using web pages in a way which helps to make learning easier. We will have one teachers’ training activity aiming to develop their digital skills and encourage them to learn and use the facilities of online classrooms afterwards. We will also have 5 learning and teaching activities with different topics aiming to develop both teachers’ and students’ digital competencies and skills in our partners schools. We know each other through different projects and eTwinning. We already carried out similar projects and we all have different experiences about digital classrooms to share with each other. Now we want to combine and integrate all of our experiences and learn from each other even more. Objectives of our project are:-provide teachers with digital competency to contribute to the teaching process by using digital tools.-teach teachers to create online classrooms and to add parents and students on those platforms-encourage teachers to acquire the behaviours to prepare online classrooms and fill it with rich content-allow teachers overcome their fears of online classrooms and digital materials-show teachers how to prepare practical materials online-teach teachers to hold digital presentations, exercises, worksheets and other materials on oline platforms that can be reached anytime- free up teacher’s time from preparing new materials each time-allow teachers and parents observe the student’s learning process instantly-involve parents in the teaching process more and get their supportOur participants are 12-17 year old students, teachers, parents and we aim to get some help from local organizations and universities. All our participants are eager to develop their digital skills. They will carry out the project and learn from the activities. In total we have around 2500 students, 5000 parents and 180 teachers. We have 2 different activities: transnational learning activities and domestic activities. Activities aim to raise awareness, instruct, teach and internalize the digitalization of education. Each of our activities aims to teach our participants through a web platform and encourage them to use it regularly later on. Our activities aim to lessen the fears of teachers’, students and parents' about using technology as some of them lack these skills. Many think that using digital platforms is too difficult. This project will be carried out with the methodology of using project teams at schools and one coordinator from each school will participate in the international management of the project. The school project team meets every month to evaluate the process. Our coordinator is in Estonia and we have our timetable set. The coordinators will make sure that all the tasks and activities are done on time and they share the outcomes via Whatsapp/Instagram/Facebook groups, on our project website, eTwinning platform and school gateway.

We created this project to encourage students to adopt a healthy lifestyle by choosing a healthy sport and diet. The healthy education promotes learning in other subjects. In general, healthy students learn better. Numerous studies have shown that healthier students tend to do better in school. They have higher attendance, have better grades, and perform better on tests. For this reason, the aims of our common work have been: exchanging experiences, best practices, methodologies and tools among staff of partner organizations (teachers/ members of training staff and people involved in planning project activities); developing common creative methodologies, tools and new projects on health education and training issue; promoting at local, national and transnational level the role and involvement of schools, families and community in the learning process; awakening social and institutional actors to the issue health education; increasing transnational mobility opportunities for the target group. the healthy lifestyle. We all we have designed and developed sports, we promoting healthy eating and encouraging teamwork, we promoting European citizenship and inclusion, tolerance, mutual respect, solidarity. We have used intercultural dialogue and we have brought to the fore both the diversity and unity of EU. We have developed through all our activities the 8 key competences to develop the knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes of our students who are preparing to find an appropriate place on the European labor market. The target group- middle school students from partner schools. We have worked with teachers, student families, and local community representatives. We have encouraged the participation of pupils belonging to a minority, socially disadvantaged students and pupils with special educational needs. The project has been running for 3 years. Each year, we have had a theme: BALL SPORTS GAMES, HEALTHY EATING, GAMES BOX. The activities in each school were subordinated to a chosen theme. Each year we have developed an operational plan with monthly activities, the target group involved, the means of realization, the evaluation methods, the final products, the dissemination methods, the implementation period, the financing fees, the activities responsible. We have had common activities and local activities. They were chosen by each partner school. The goals of the activities were to achieve the major objectives of the project. Every year we have had 3 international meetings. We also had 3 learning activities. Students and their teachers participated in teaching lessons and produced materials produced as active participants. In the category of intellectual products we have developed 2 methodological guides that describe formal and non-formal didactic activities that contribute to the development of a healthy lifestyle. These guides are in English. The first guide was made after the first year of the project, and the second guide was made after the second year of the project. The first describes the sport and the second describes the activities that promote a healthy diet. After the first year and after the second year of the project we organized an international workshop with the participation of other local community and other schools interested into the project. Workshops are multiplier project events. Other project products: Into the first year of the project: a calendar of famous athletes in the partner countries, a sports dictionary, a film about the organization of learning in the first year of the project. In the second year: a magazine (dairy products, fruits, vegetables, meals). In III year: a book about table games (chess, rummy, scrabble, dominoes, puzzle games, pawns); We have described games, school contests. We have created posters about these games (used by each partner to popularize school competitions organized within the project). All partners have been working on the above mentioned products. The project was presented on the school's web sites, in the professional meetings of teachers and students, in the exhibitions with the project's products. Each international activity is presented in short films posted on the project site. The workshops were organized by the coordinator. The logo and design of the mascot were chosen by negotiation at the first meeting of the project. The evaluation of the projects was done using the initial and final questionnaires, participating in the MADE FOR EUROPE competition. In the coordinating country, a regional symposium (Formal Evaluation Strategies in Erasmus + projects) will be held after the project is completed. Longer-term benefits- the good practices, the innovative methods of teaching and experiences, the learn foreign languages, to discover other cultures and religions. This had a positive impact among the local communities and will promote healthy lifestyle.

Hence, it contains training of teachers and students on related instruments. Teachers will exchange their experiences about how to use web 2.0 tools like Kahoot, Madmagz, Classdojo, Mentimter, Quizlet, Quizizz, Prezi, Google Classrooms and many more. These tools can help teachers a lot. They don't need to carry bags of books, flascards, experiment items, posters, yearly or daily plans and many more things alike. Once they create their presentations, tests, plans, visual and audio materials on these Web 2.0 tools, the teachers will be able to use them easily no matter where they are as long as they have an internet connection.Stundets will be shown and trained about the web 2.0 tools and mobile devices applications which can help their learning process. By means of these instruments students can study, exercise, repeat the subjects or prepare presentations wheverever and whenever they feel like studying or doing exercises.Parents will also exploit this project a lot. They will follow their children's studies, exercises and test results, the duration of the completion of the tasks, detailed test results analysis- consicely all the process of learning - which will give an idea about what should be next. In education, parents and teachers must collaborate, this project will let them collaborate more instantly.School management team is another beneficiary of this project. There are Smart phone applications that help the managing staff a lot. They can use automatic systems that send instant information and notifications to the parents. They can make all the announcements in a very short time. They will have the chance to store the detailed test results -to be used whenever they need- on certain web sites. By this way, they can observe the development of the school's success. The general objective of our project is to icrease the quality of education and training by means of technological facilities - especially web 2.0 tools and mobile apps. Sepecifically; We want our teachers-to have the digital skills which are prerequisites of our digital era.-to benefit from the fruits of the technology.-to overcome their fears about the digital illiteracy.-to be able to create enjoyable, attractive, funny and interesting education environments.-become more effective and successful in their fields.-to able to observe the students' developments with the digital analytics-to able to reach instantly any data or information realted with their fieldsAs to students, we want to let them:-manage their own learning process-have more self esteem and self reliance-free them from a certain place to learn and do the tasks-do exercises, experience other digital materials, and watch different videos on certain topics as much as possible-to reduce the time they waste on computers and mobile devices-overwhelm their fears about learning the subjects which they think they are not good at.We are planning to involve nearly-2400 students-150 teachers-2400 parents all of who will be able to get some further insights about the benefits of technology if used in a good way. Some teachers and students will participate in students and teachers exchanges (numbers are given in LTT section)All of our activities are decided accordingly with our objectives. We have activities which will be done at our schools seperately and we have activities which will be done with all the partners at the same scool. The activities aim to teach, show, practise and use the Web 2.0 tools and mobile apps. Students, teachers and parents will learn how to use and benefit from them. They will have their own accounts and implement those tools in their learning process. The activities also intend to disseminate the resuts and impacts of the project. The project will be carried by all the schools simultaneously, and we will be communicating instantly to make sure everything is ok. All schools have a project team and our main leader is Germany, we already made a distribution of tasks each partner has specific responsiblities in addition to common tasks. We have a schedule and all the partners will abide by this. In our international learning and training activities we will have 5 days workshops where we will all exchange experiences and practise web 2.0 tools. at the end of the activities we will be given certificates by the host school. We envisage these general results and impacts:more motivated teachers and studentsmore responsible and successful studentsmore attractive learning and education environmentsmore interested and concerned parentslearning anytime free from a certain placeless wate of paper money and energyThis project has longer term targets to grow up a new generation equipped with digital competencies and skills that our era requires

The project was mainly implemented by the foreign language teacher, as the coordinator, who monitored the project tasks amongst the project partners. Our science and IT teachers supported the students doing their tasks. We met on a regular basis throughout the school year to discuss our progress and to mitigate potential difficulties that might occur eg. being under time pressure, not meeting deadlines. Deadlines had to be postponed a few times because of too much internal school work eg. marking exam papers or sickness of colleagues. We planned our mobilities and activities well in advance.During the process of our project:-Teachers improved their It skills by using and learning about web tool. Digital development has been neglected in Germany for many years.-Our students were guided by teachers managing their learning process and the use of IT tools.Learning at school was more attractive to students by applying modern technologies and new methods of learning. The Erasmus project enriched our school life. Our students achieved outstanding results in completing their IT tasks (e-book, magazines, website, and others) beyond expectations both academically and personally. The teachers took a proactive role in helping the students in IT and drove digital learning forward and fostered a love of learning in general around our school, maximised the opportunities that being part of an international project of schools presented.Concerning financial management, we financed the monthly costs of a website. An external IT web designer supported us to create the website “digischools.net”. We invited local police officers to talk about cyberbullying and addiction. We needed a fair amount of office equipment. The Erasmus project gave us the opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive and forward-looking environment. As a team we look forward to raising the profile of our teachers and students by inspiring an interest in digital media through the week to week project work, external activities, taking part in European projects and trips abroad.
