TRIANTAFYLLOU IKE,DOMSPAIN SLU,EURAKOM SASUFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2021-1-FR01-KA210-VET-000029653Funder Contribution: 60,000 EUR<< Objectives >>With this project the partnership wants to increase the organisational capacity building of local/regional tourism professionals to build resilience, provide safe tourism experiences/destinations through the use of digital tools. Partners also want to raise awareness about the need for advanced digital skills and increased stakeholders’ connectivity to ensure more sustainable tourism.<< Implementation >>The partnership will collect practices linked to the use of digital tools to for more sustainable destinations that also support the interconnectivity and cooperation within the tourism ecosystem to build resilience. It will also produce a comprehensive Practice Manual for tourism professionals and organise three workshops and an international communications campaign.<< Results >>Because of considerable partner networks in the sector we expect to be able to engage a large number of relevant stakeholders and produce new and highly relevant materials for the tourism sector that are in line with the need for tools to adapt to new skills and labour market needs. Through our international campaign we will be able to raise awareness of the relevance of digital tools for SMARTer destinations.

The main objective is to educate coaches to encourage football practice in a safe and inclusive environment and give them the tools to engage and develop young players so they don’t lose interest and keep practicing sport.<< Implementation >>1:Activities related to project Management, Quality Assessment And Dissemination2:First transnational meeting in Spain3:Guidelines based on good practices and case studies targeting social inclusion through football4:Development of a project website and e-learning platform5:Materials for a training for adults who would like to be coaches6:Organisation and delivery of the training in each partner country7:Dissemination and promotion of two final conferences8:Final Transnational meeting<< Results >>Thanks to the creation of quality educational materials to train coaches in values such as teamwork, cooperation or self-esteem partners expect to increase the awareness about the potential of sport as a tool for social inclusion and to increase the engagement of young adults in community activities. Also, thanks the transnationally approach of the project, there will be created more synergies and common strategies to address common needs in education and sport in partner communities.

The work-based learning approach will be a core of EnVET Training of Trainers programme, which will also focus significantly on enhancing VET educators digital skills.<< Implementation >>The main activities of EnVET are: A1 - Management and coordination; A2 - “”training of trainers” content elaboration; A3 - Piloting of Training of trainers; and A4 - Social Campaig. Each activity is led by a partner, according to their expertise and all partners will contribute equally to their national and EU implementation.<< Results >>Development of “Training of trainers” for 45 VET educators in each partner country Online piloting of the developed training course in English through an e-learning environmentLocal of the “Training of trainers” in each partner country in the national languages of the partner organizations Designed the online and media presence of the projectIn general, target groups with improved professional teaching competences; more knowledge on work-based learning methods; and enhanced digital skills.
