The project is relevant to adult education and horizontal priorities of Erasmus+ Programme. This project has focus, first of all, on women empowerment and because of that is relevant to Council of Europe Gender Equality Strategy 2018-2023. ""Women’s empowerment are essential preconditions for effective gender equality and for equitable and sustainable societies... the new strategy recognises the challenge of ensuring protection for all categories of women, including women from disadvantaged groups such as Roma women, women with disabilities, and migrant and refugee women"" https://edoc.coe.int/fr/egalite-hommesfemmes/8111-council-of-europe-gender-equality-strategy-2018-2023.htmlThe main target group of this project will be leaders of partners organisations who need to develop and improve own competences as adult educators and learn how to empower own learners. Final beneficiaries are adults - young and seniors, particularly women and women with children with migrant or refugee background. Specific target group is divorced women who were marriage with local men.The objectives of the project are:*to share good practices among project partners about work with main target groups, *to increase professional development of adult leaders of partners' organisations/educators, *to collect and develop materials for project E-Brochure, *to develop and reinforce European networks for teaching and learning, *to enrich the network of adult education providers in Europe. E- brochures will include good practices from project partners' and other countries and also provide legal advisory, psychological support for compatriots for their successful integration in countries of residence.E-Brochure will include materials about:o the labor market in the country of residence and the rights of the employee;o recognition of education received outside the new country;o social protection and healthcare;o the rights of children and the protection system;o language learning opportunities in new country;o the services provided by the translator;o the culture and traditions of the country of residence.Partners decided that E-Brochure will be in English, so it can be disseminated in Europe. Some parts will be in national languages (about law, culture, traditions), so it will be possible to disseminate additional samples on the national level. As Brochure is electronic product, it will be possible to create few different versions - for European and national dissemination. It will be possible to add new materials created by project partners, other adult education providers and different stakeholders even after project end.The expected impact will concern participants and organisations directly involved in the project implementation. They will gain new competences, will be influenced by successful activities and encourage other people to take initiative and to think about gender equality, women empowerment and about their personal development."

"The Erasmus+ strategic partnership project ""Slow food - long life: lost traditions come to the kitchen"" was implemented in a partnership of five organizations from Poland, Estonia, Italy, France and Slovakia. The project was coordinated by SERiL EUROPEA Polska. The main target group was mentors, lifelong learning staff members from partners’ institutions, as well as educators and adult teachers. However, the final beneficiaries were adult learners, including people with fewer opportunities due to long-term unemployment, women aged 50+, people from rural areas, people with low education, migrants, refugees and national minorities. We have directly involved over 200 people in the project, and over 1000 have joined indirectly during dissemination and follow-up activities. The overall objectives of the project were to improve the quality of adult education, namely to implement attractive forms of learning, and to develop and broaden the competences of adult educators, tailored to the individual needs of people with low skills or qualifications. The specific objectives of the project included:* share within the project partnership the good practices in the field of adult education, especially in the field of ""slow food"" and culinary heritage;* search for forgotten recipes, restoring them to use, recording them in the form of video, presentations or photos illustrating the culinary traditions, and the creation of E-Book with these materials which is available online for everyone;* creating a European network supporting mutual learning, restoring the traditions of cooking as a family and cultural ritual, supporting the ""slow food"" approach in nutrition and lifestyle,* promoting the social and educational value of European cultural heritage. The partners’ organizations improved the quality of transnational activities, exchanged experiences of different cultures, environments and generations. A rich cultural material about slow food was collected. The diversity of forms in which project activities were conducted and slow food practices were shared initiated an innovative approach when old recipes and lost culinary traditions were used once again with new ingredients and cooking technology. The innovation of the project is in the rediscovered cultural heritage and cooking recipes returned back to our kitchens. The project focused on intercultural and intergenerational dialogue. The aim was to reach and engage participants of different cultural origins, backgrounds and ages. The partners brought a variety of non-formal education methods to this project, which were also transferred to formal and non-formal education in the field of gastronomy and nutrition. The best teaching and cooking practices will be used after the project end. The new gained methods of learning will be used by the partners as innovations in their methodological and substantive workshops. In this way, we have introduced and will ensure the durability of the intercultural dimension in the target groups.Project activities included:• 4 transnational project meetings;• over 150 local meetings, workshops and other activities;• one short-term joint staff training event;• systematic collection of didactic and substantive materials for the project E-Book “Slow food –long life. Lost traditions back to kitchen”;• monitoring and evaluation process;• five multiplier events to disseminate and multiply the results of the project. The partners became more aware of the possibility of exchanging experiences within the European culinary heritage. This project has made a visible contribution to increasing the profile of culinary heritage in Europe and the importance of traditional food. The participants gained high competencies and innovative practical experiences in the area of slow food. An active involvement of the participants allowed them to improve their IT skills and communication in English and practice math and digital skills. The staff of partners’ organizations has developed and improved management competencies and will use them in the future, especially in the field of risk management. The last months of the project, during the lockdown and pandemic period in the EU, required the ability to react quickly to threats, openness to changes and readiness to act.The innovative competences of all those involved directly and indirectly in the project, in producing the results and the E-Book which is available online, will bring long-term benefits. Both the tangible and intangible results will enjoy a long-term impact, since the newly developed competences will ameliorate the work of the involved organisations, and ensure the sustainability of the project’s objectives, while the E-Book will be continuously used by relevant stakeholders. The promotion of slow food, healthy lifestyle and return to old traditions and recipes in an innovative way to culinary is the added value of the project ""Slow food - long life: lost traditions back to kitchen""."

“TAP-Razem Przeciw Ubóstwu” (“TAP-Together Against Poverty”) project was realised under the program Erasmus+ Strategic partnership for adult education. Project implementation period covered 24 months (01.09.2014-31.08.2016), as well as the preparatory phase lasting three months, from 06.2014).The main objective of the project was poverty prevention through development and implementation of educational tools that are suitable for two target groups of the project:1) those most vulnerable to poverty and social exclusion [i.e. unemployed, low-skill or education, single-parent families or families with many children, and people reaching incomes entitling them to receive social benefits] 2) the politicians and decision-makers in the field of social policy. The project was a result of diagnosed lack between real needs of people from both target groups, and relies on a misunderstanding of the problem of the risk of poverty and social exclusion and inadequate support. The activities implemented within the project had been split in two phases and each included two actions (executed in parallel). The first phase was the research of two areas:-deep analysis of poverty in the target group (group 1)-a functioning model of social security (group 2).This phase run from 01.09.2014 to 31.08.2015.The second phase included workshops for people of both target groups, it means workshops on development of entrepreneurial skills for group 1 and workshops aimed at better understanding of poverty and more efficient management of social policies for group 2. Support provided to the first group, concerned training the entrepreneurial skills as to motivate the group to self-protective action by starting a business. For the second – it was help in understanding the mechanisms of poverty, and the best ways out of this situation by raising the level of knowledge on the optimization of social security models. This phase run from 01.09.2015 to 31.08.2016.The result of activities in the project were four intellectual outcomes: O1-Scientific publication on poverty, O2-Scientific publication in the theme of functioning models of social security,O3-Methodology for conducting workshops in the group of persons at risk of poverty and social exclusion, O4-Methodology for conducting workshops in the group of policy makers and social politicians. All results were placed as open access in a specially created Online Repository, which was a part of the project realisation process. In project realisation process there were 6 organizations involved (totally, with the coordinator):- Stowarzyszenie „Centrum Wspierania Edukacji i Przedsiębiorczości” – coordinator, non-profit organization from Poland (Rzeszów);- Confederación Española de Centros de Enseñanza – Spanish confederation of education and training centers, non-profit organization from Spain (Madrid);- Mittetulundusühing MITRA – estonian non-profit organisation dissemination of European values (Tallinn);- Volontariato Torino (former name: Centro Servizi per il Volontariato Sviluppo e Solidarietà in Piemonte) – non-profit association of voluntary organizations (Torino); - Consortiul International Lectura si Scrierea pentru Dezvoltarea Gandirii Critice – international consortium supporting reading and writing learning from Romania (Cluj-Napoca);- Stichting LEIDO – private foundation of non-profit institutions from the Netherlands (Amsterdam). Thanks to the project realisation process and inclusion of the representatives of both target groups, it was possible to involve 150 persons in the first phase of the project. With the implementation of the following activities and dissemination activities, it is estimated that the information about the project reached up to 150 thousand. recipients, which is extremely important result (dissemination activities are described in the special reports). The project met with great interest, especially at national and European level, due to the quality of achieved results and weight of problems it concerned.Already, we can observe long-term benefits from the project realisation, expressed mainly by: - prepared popular scientific publications (both in academic circles, as well as politicians and decision-makers);- implementation of the training methodologies in partners` organizations and institutions cooperating with them;- interest in the project effects shown by leading organizations working to fight poverty (including national branches of EAPN).
