All consortium organizations had a common challenge-employment, which was identified from consulting with their target groups. They all enhanced their capacities to mentor young people to find jobs, start their own business, self-actualize and self-develop.The aim of this project was to build capacities of consortium organizations in promoting innovative entrepreneurial education in youth work for benefit of young people's personal development in entrepreneurship and employability. The specific objectives of the project were:1. To develop an innovative manual in English and native languages of participant countries for youth workers to foster personal development of young people using mentoring as a tool for promoting entrepreneurship and employability.2. To facilitate cooperation, sharing of best expertise and using of the innovative manual among consortium organizations for innovative youth work in sharing entrepreneurial attitude among their target groups.3. To promote the open access to educational materials, documents and media on entrepreneurship and mentoring that are useful for learning, teaching, training. 4. To empower youth workers to act as mentors providing young people with entrepreneurial competences. The project will laid a foundation for elaborating and implementing an innovative approach of youth work in promoting practical entrepreneurial experiences using mentoring as a main tool. It created mentors' groups in the consortium organizations, who provide personal development plan for education, entrepreneurship and employability for the target groups of participant organizations. The materials produced beyond the project useful for learning, teaching, training and youth work are available to the public, in digital form, freely accessible on the Internet under open licences, with possible limits linked to relevance, privacy and respect for intellectual property in an open online portal. The innovative solution in the portal is the online database of public, private and businesses involved in social entrepreneurship, technical education and training. We included other youth workers/leaders, institutions in different activities of the project, like mapping, information sessions, training course, job-shadowing and conference. This multiplied the scope of project outputs in terms of awareness raising and project perspectives."
