"<< Objectives >>The main priority of the project is to contribute to strengthening of the movements for degrowth and climate justice through deepening connection between the German and Czech organizations; linking current debates on climate, degrowth and socio-ecological transformation more closely with each other; strengthening knowledge and method transfer within the movement; and also communicating these topics to a broader audience beyond the minority that is already active in the field.<< Implementation >>The main activities include: 2 meetings among the partners in Prague and Leipzig (activities 1 & 2) focused on sharing experience, especially in communication of degrowth and SET to broader public, and implementation of the degrowth principles into own functioning; the biggest event of the project is a participatory conference in Brno, CZ (activity 3) that combines the academic debate with the more activist approaches; all these shorter events are backed by a continuous media work (activity 4).<< Results >>The main results include: deepening of the personal and organizational connections among the partners; building on shared experience within the partner organizations and their activities; initiation of further, more coordinated action within the fields of degrowth and SET in both countries; increase of presence of these topics in the public sphere (media and public debate); improved availability and accessibility of information about degrowth and SET and its more ""user-friendly"" format."
