"<< Background >>Vocational education is one of the most important pillars of education and training in the world. Unfortunately, like all other education forms and programs, vocational education continues to be provided as distance education for most of the past year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to UNESCO data, 144 countries have suspended their education or turned to distance education, affecting over 1.3 billion students. Countries have attached special importance to distance education, as it reduces the risk of virus transmission and does not require physical space. However, the lack of digital content in vocational education and the difficulties faced by teachers in performing their professional practices emerged as important problems in conducting distance education. In addition, it is stated in the reports announced by the EU and UNESCO that it is difficult to measure and evaluate students in distance education. For this, innovative measurement and evaluation systems that can be used in both distance and education should be developed. In line with the researches and predictions, it cannot be denied that IoT technologies will reach an even more important usage dimension in the future compared to today and the IoT market will grow significantly in this direction. For this reason, qualified employees will be needed in the field of IoT. However, it is necessary to develop innovative IoT course materials in order to train students with high quality and the characteristics required by the labor market. The researches and needs analysis results show that there is a great deficiency in this regard. In our project, teacher and student-centered intellectual outputs will be developed in order to train students who will be needed in the field of IoT. The qualifications of teachers and students will increase with the developed intellectual outputs. For this reason, we think that our project should be implemented.<< Objectives >>Objectives of the Project:-To ensure the development of digital skills and innovative technologies to improve the teaching environment-Guiding students by showing them which areas they are lacking through innovative assessment-Increasing the motivation to learn with the necessary feedback-To use more efficiently the time the teacher will spend to determine the student's level of readinessEffects on the student:-Assisted the physical development of the student-Group play and grouping logic taught-Various behavioral features have been acquired-Contributed to the interest and attention-Freedom of movement gained-The development of creativity is provided-Made to be compatible with others-Helped them express themselves<< Implementation >>7 WP has been planned to achieve the desired results of our project.Project Management-WP1: The aim of the WP is the provide the project activities to meet the objectives of the project including dedicated budget and the timeline.IMPROVEMENT of O1-WP2,M3:M20The aim of the WP will be determine guidelines for Intellectual output development. Each partner will be the key members of the outputs and will meet regularly to assess progress. The development of graphical tools such as symbols, icons, avatars and the system interface will be designed. A gamification-based e-learning platform will be developed and O2 as a course and O3 as an assessment platform will be added on it.WP5 DISSEMINATION ,M1-M24In order to achieve the highest possible impact of its activities and best contribute to support and strengthen collaboration, the project will use and focus on maximising the effectiveness and scope of its dissemination and communication activities through the dissemination plan.WP6 Quality control and Monitoring,M3-M20The aim of this work package is to assure the optimal quality, structure, processes and results of the project will be supported by the partners . After the kick off meeting QA mechanisms will be determined jointly by the consortium, as well as concrete QA plan, with special contribution of the local partners, especially in defining specific assumptions and risks.WP7 – Sustainability,M20-M24WP7 will explore the issues related to the sustainability of the results developed and made available through the our project. Sustainability indicators and concrete measures of the sustainability plans will be elaborated and discussed during the project.<< Results >>-The need analysis on the VET school teachers and students (target group) will be done. This will aim to develop O1 and determine the content topics of IoT digital course modules.-In compliance with the curricula for IoT determined with the contents of the topics from O1/, an Gamification Based E-Learning Platform will be developed by consorsium. -An assessment system will be developed (O2) that can prepare a personalized training program with the pre-test that the student will enter at the beginning of the training, and send a ""Student Development Report"" to the teacher by monitoring the student. The system will give a report to the teacher for student follow-up at the end of each activity-training. With the graphed student development report, it will be easier for the teacher to interpret the analysis result and thus, he will be able to make the necessary feedback.-After the achievement of the needs analysis, a gamification interfaces designed for e-learning platform will be developed (O3). -The state of art analysis that will be done in the preliminary session of the project will also be introduced on the multilingual project website to all users as open free access. The purpose of gamification in education is to motivate students to learn and thus to make learning more enjoyable. It is to make students volunteer to learn. As a result of all these, the main goal is for individuals to gain permanent learning willingly. To introduce and support the intellectual outputs, 7 Multiplier events will be held in Denmark, Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, Turkey and Portugal for 230 participants."

In IMPACT-AML, a multidisciplinar R/R AML represents a model of high-impact disease, in which no standard of care exists, and where we have an urgent need for new evidence on possible therapies; AML offers the setting in which methodological innovation will combine powerful instruments of clinical trials with personalized medicine through academic efforts. Hereby, we propose to create an inclusive master framework for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (STREAM) to include patients with R/R AML across Europe proficiently acquire an unselected population for clinical trials and monitor outcomes including neglected cohorts. Thereafter we will conduct a prospective randomized pragmatic clinical trial (RPCT) that will compare the classical “high intensity” rescue chemotherapy with biology-driven, “low intensity” rescue to obtain “real world” data on the benefit of one of the two different strategies in term of survival also considering patients and caregivers preferences, patient-reported outcomes (PRO), accessibility, affordability, and social cost. RPCT will aim to evaluate the effectiveness of real-world clinical alternatives in routine care. In addition to retaining the high internal validity of traditional randomized trials, it will maximize external validity, i. e. generalizability of results to many settings. In this context, the inclusion of an RPCT in the master framework will allow a dynamic inclusion and the collection of the excluded population as an instrument to predict the real-life applicability of clinical trial results. We will offer Europe results from an ambitious project, that will go beyond the state of the art in R/R AML demonstrating the superiority of a strategy in a first-of-his-kind clinical trial, providing strong data that will be delivered to national health care providers, policymakers, and health authorities data on optimized and affordable treatment for R/R AML and promoting the implementation of the selected better option. This action is part of the Cancer Mission cluster of projects on ‘Diagnosis and treatment’.

Haematological malignancies (HM), also known as blood cancers, are a heterogeneous and complex group of multicausal diseases that can’t be easily diagnosed nor treated. Nowadays most treatments are extremely complex, and advances in patient diagnosis and therapies slow due to the low number of patients per centre. Thus, there is a need to harmonise, store, and analyse the current HM information to speed-up and support the decision-making process for patients’ access to new therapies. HARMONY PLUS takes advantage of the capabilities of the HARMONY Big Data platform to match these unmet needs by expanding its scope to incorporate myeloproliferative neoplasms, including chronic myeloid leukemia, polycythaemia vera, essential thrombocythaemia, and myelofibrosis; and lymphoproliferative disorders, including Hodgkin’s lymphoma, Waldenström macroglobulinemia and all the other rare HMs not covered by HARMONY Project. In parallel, HARMONY PLUS will continue to refine and define the Core Outcome Sets (COS), especially for these new HMs to ensure the use by researchers of useful common outcomes relevant to all stakeholders. As previously accomplished in HARMONY, HARMONY PLUS is committed to pursue the maximum ethical and legal requirements, particularly to ensure patient’s right to privacy. Data-driven research within Europe will be enhanced by converting the current HARMONY platform into an Integrated Services Platform to serve as a valuable tool to support clinical trial design and use of available data as a control arm. This platform, combined with a HaemoDatabank repository with information about HMs patient biological samples across Europe, will facilitate a more efficient research and clinical trial design, and consequently will promote collaborations with recognised databases outside Europe. From the regulatory point of view, HARMONY PLUS will be a valuable technology tool during the evaluation of new treatments and drugs by also considering the patients’ needs.

Despite significant recent progress in the field of hematological malignancies (HMs), with increasing survival rates and improvement in quality of life, many children and adults with HMs still die from these disorders or experience disabling complications. Therefore, improvement of health care of HMs is an unmet medical need. Thus, it is important to define and align standard and efficient sets of HMs outcomes to measure and evaluate HM data for clinical decisions, long term risk/benefit profile, reimbursement, value analysis, and clinical trials design. Improving outcome measures and endpoint definitions by taking into account “real-life” data and differences in cross-national healthcare practice will undoubtedly result in an optimized, sustainable and effective treatment delivery, as well as in desirable and innovative accelerated pathways for novel drug availability. All these challenges will be addressed within a pan-EU perspective by HARMONY (Healthcare Alliance for Resourceful Medicines Offensive against Neoplasms in HematologY), a comprehensive public-private European consortium of excellence. HARMONY consortium is made up of 51 partners: 44 participants from 10 European countries and 7 pharmaceutical companies from the EFPIA. HARMONY aims to assemble, assess, connect, and analyze heterogeneous HM patient derived Big Data sets to define sets of outcome indicators that can be used for decision-making by key healthcare stakeholders. The consortium will orchestrate leading experts and working cooperative groups in HMs, European study alliances, pharmaceutical market leaders, patient advocacy groups, HTA and regulatory agencies, to: (i) optimize Europe-wide data collection and create a high-quality HM data repository for further explorative studies; (ii) establish a clinical data-sharing platform that empowers clinicians, patients and policy stakeholders to improve decision-making procedures and identify appropriate treatments to patients with HMs
