The main TARGET GROUP of the project are adult artisans, no matter if they already have, intend to have or got the potential to have a business in the field or producing traditional arts & crafts. Since marginalised groups are mostly affected by the needs mentioned below, we are also going to reach geographically, economically, or socially disadvantaged artisans with our activities. The project relies on NEEDS discovered both at European, national and regional levels, more exactly on statistics, studies and priorities, and a survey conducted within the partnership to discover the needs of the target groups. Based on these studies we discovered the main problems that the creative and cultural sector is fighting with:- they lack business education and transversal skills, which makes them unable to support themselves on a long turn;- digital technologies have changed the cultural and creative industries, artisans with low digital skills being in danger of loseing their income;- there is a low demand for traditional handmade products and services, so traditional cultures are being more and more forgotten by the new generations, being in danger to disappear;- most of the artisans are rather self-employed or sell their products with no legal status, so they must develop by self-study and self-discipline.The project proposed to reach 3 OBJECTIVES:- strengthen the position of artisans on the market by increasing their digital competences and strategies, entrepreneurial and leadership skills, managerial and sales knowledge;- strengthen the career pathways of artisans by increasing their motivation and capacity to become legal entities and successful business owners;- promote the traditional culture and traditional arts and crafts products by broadening the horizon and network of artisans and by promoting the use of online opportunities to sell arts & crafts products. These objectives will be reached by several main ACTIVITIES, such as undertaking joint staff training events, developing an Intellectual Output and Dissemination and Exploitation activities.Undertaking these activities will provoke RESULTS both at organisational, local and European levels. From all these results, the most important ones are those on our main target groups. Artisans will benefit of having: a much wider network and the possibility to internationalise their services (eg. trade workshops) and products (traditional arts & crafts products); better access to information (eg. news, events, laws, learning materials shared on the social media group); increased knowledge about other EU countries and societies but also a wider knowledge of the needs of clients; increased project planning, writing, and management skills; improved digital skills, such as digital marketing; digital business strategies; digital tools for management; digital sales and public relation campaigns; improved transversal competencies such as leadership, awareness, entrepreneurship, self-confidence; increased motivation to work under legal conditions. All these results will impact the future of the involved artisans and their environment, leading to a more qualitative offer of cultural products; better outreach of clients, increased sales and income, and overall more possibilities to preserve the traditional culture. The project will also develop an INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT, namely a set of 6 training modules dedicated to traditional arts & crafts makers in the following main topics:1. Planning a business;2. Online tools for time, team and financial management;3. Project management;4. Digital marketing and promotion;5. Sales and public relations;6. Entrepreneurship and leadership. The training modules will contain two different types of materials:- video tutorials, during which specialists will put the basis to participants as regards the specific topic-related theoretical aspects, they will provide specific examples, and supply information about completing topic-related tasks;- self-study and auxiliary materials such as templates, examples, guidelines - which will be meant to offer further support to the end-users and to further develop their practical skills in that particular topic.

CONTEXT:Assistance and Care Centers (ACC) are institution dedicated for different sorts of aid. Main beneficiaries of ACCs are people in difficult family situation, physically and/or mentally disabledpeople, homeless and unemployed, socially excluded and misfitted. Assistants, trainers, teachers, therapists use different methods and approach to provide help and relief. One of the most recognized methods is a occupational therapy (OT).The OT is a form of rehabilitation dedicated for disabled people. It involves participation in artistic workshops, mobility exercises and integration activities. Its aim is to increase the efficiency of manual, intellectual and physical abilities of attendants. Participation in occupational therapy is important for the psyche of people with disabilities - allows them to forget about their own limitations, develops sensitivity, builds self-esteem and adapts to life in society. The OT is a treatment and rehabilitation by means of specific actions, activities and jobs that can have a educating and therapeutic value. The roots of OT are reaching back into ancient ages. In 18th-century Europe the OT was rediscovered for the needs of reformed hospital system. The Arts and Crafts movement that became popular on the turn of 19th/20th century also impacted occupational therapy. Arts and crafts were utilized as a way of promoting learning through doing and provided an outlet for creative energy and a way of avoiding the boredom that was associated with long hospital stays, both for mental and physical illnesses. The OT proved its utility value when it came to treatment of both World Wars veterans, suffering physical injuries as well as mental trauma. This broad spectrum of OT practice allows occupational therapists to work in many different settings, work with many different populations and reach many different results. An occupational therapist works systematically through a sequence of actions known as the occupational therapy process, which is dynamic and adjustable to specific, individual requirements.OBJECTIVES:The aim of the project is to develop training materials helpful in therapeutic processes based on ergotherapy - the therapy through the work. The training materials mainly in form of video tutorials, serving as the ground for a therapeutic work, will use elements of vanishing professions and activities performed by craftsmen, working in such occupations as leather craft, saddlery, wicker work, macramé and rope making (and/or others indicated in the need analysis). As the result of the project, the therapists will obtain materials helpful while creating the model of occupational therapy based on the traditional handicrafts requiring manual activity, which can be precisely tailored for specific group. The therapists and patients will increase their qualifications, gain knowledge and skills required for more efficient therapy sessions. They also strengthen their position on labour market and became more flexible. The training materials will combine the educational value with protection of a disappearing cultural heritage. Elaboration of materials will create excellent opportunity for exchange of experience between specialists from various part of Europe which will result with multicultural output easily understandable throughout the whole Europe and potentially all over the world.TARGET GROUPS AND THEIR NEEDS:The target groups of the project are divided into two main clusters:- the therapists - including trainers, instructors, tutors, assistants, moderators and any other staff trained and permitted for work with people needing or requiring therapy and help. The target group needs useful and efficient tools to be able to work with people demanding help;- the patients and clients, all those who require therapy and/or support (physically and/or mentally disabled people, homeless and unemployed, socially excluded etc.). Besides the need of capable therapy, the target group also needs social inclusion and opportunity for building healthy relations. The needs of both target groups will be satisfied by creating innovative, but embedded in tradition, materials useful for therapy. The library of video recordings will fulfil the need of handy archive helpful for any therapeutic work. The developed training materials will create chances for enhancement of qualifications profitable on the labour market and bringing opportunities for social inclusion. The project should be carried out transnationally because of several reasons:- different countries provides various trainers of vanishing professions with their local/regional diversity,- it is important to compare different approach throughout different groups of participants,- participants of workshops based on tools elaborated during the project realisation will get chance for strengthening their position on local labour market and get out of social isolation.

"<< Background >>In most countries of the world and during the last decades, relevant changes can be seen at the socio-demographic level. Among the most significant, it is worth mentioning a steep and growing increase in life expectancy. In other words and in a more synthetic way, the population lives for longer years and the available forecasts suggest that this trend will continue to be maintained and consolidated in the short / medium term future. The fact that the population enjoys a longer life has, without a doubt, to be considered as a positive result that is due to the interrelated incidence of various factors (among them, the better design and performance of health and social protection systems , the greater presence of healthier habits among citizens or the proliferation of scientific advances in all senses -new types of medication, alternative therapies ...). However, this increase in the life cycle poses a set of challenges that cannot be ignored. Within them, living longer does not mean that the quality with which they live is always the same; on the contrary, the increase in age is associated with an increase in the probability of suffering from various and heterogeneous pathologies to which health systems must respond. These health systems are at the crossroads of having to respond to this growing increase in the “demand” for care and social care with the permanent limitation of resources. The available evidence also shows how a huge proportion of public health spending is due to this older population segment and that, therefore, it presents a greater number of needs that, at the same time, are the most expensive. In this context, home care has proven to be a valid and accepted alternative to cope with this increase in demand in a more efficient and satisfactory way for all actors: both for users and for the system. On the one hand, at the moment in which the user / patient is cared for at home, said patient feels more comfortable; on the other hand, the fact of not resorting to the use of healthcare resources (primary centers, specialty hospitals, geriatric residences ...) when it is not necessary, means saving resources and optimizing the available means (for those users who do need them). The empirical evidence and the reference literature on the subject “defend” the home as the most appropriate environment for the user unless this is not possible (because hospitalization is required or because of other context elements of the user / system that disable the possibility of staying at home) and what they consider to be the one that allows a more efficient use of the resources available to the health and social protection systems.<< Objectives >>Taking this context into account, a project is proposed whose main objective is to contribute to the increase and strengthening of the capacities of the professionals who intervene and who will intervene in the home care process. To achieve this main objective, three specific objectives are proposed: first, the generation of content that will achieve this increase and strengthening of capacities; secondly, to generate the ideal conditions for this type of content to be accessible through currently available technologies and to be more comfortable for these groups before or during the visit to the user. The fulfillment of both objectives, as anticipated, should lead to the improvement of the capacities of the aforementioned groups and, with it, the obtaining of another improvement: the one referring to the materialization of a focused attention, in a more adjusted way, in the person and the satisfaction of their needs. This implies referring to the third specific objective: to assess the impact that these contents and the designed tools have on the home care process. We will develop 3 intellectual results:- R1A: SELECTION OF INTERVENTIONS (CONTENTS) TO BE TRANSFORMED INTO TRAINING CAPSULES -> WSEI- R1B: DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING ""CAPSULES"" -> WSEI- R2: “APP” DESIGN OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL TOOL -> CSC- R3: PILOT TEST DEVELOPMENT (MANUAL / PROTOCOL FOR TEST DEVELOPMENT) AND PROJECT EVALUATION REPORT -> INNOSOUTH3 transnational meetings will be held:1. Granada - Spain 3/20222. Lublin - Poland 11/2022<< Implementation >>A: ANALYSIS AND SELECTION OF INTERVENTIONS; As mentioned in the introductory part of this proposal document, the modality of home care is considered one of the best mechanisms to optimise health and social care systems. Among other aspects, synthesising what has been expressed above, this modality allows, among others: that users/patients can be cared for in their usual environment, avoiding unnecessary journeys to care centres (health and social); reduce excessive frequentation (which can lead to congestion and collapse) at these centres and, in this way, allow them to function more effectively and efficiently by optimising the available resources (physical, human, technical, economic, etc.); to know, in a more precise way, the usual environment in which the user finds him/herself, and which conditions his/her health and social situation, beyond the explanations or presentations that the user may make to the professionals of the health and social services (a fact that allows for being able to adapt and adjust interventions to the characteristics and incidence of this environment).R1.B: DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING ""CAPSULES""; The second of the products to which the development of the project aspires is the compendium of contents (library of contents) that should be made available to the professionals dedicated to home care for the improvement of their capacities and that, consequently, allow a care focused on the user and the satisfaction of their particular needs. These contents or ""capsules"" will amount to a total of 10, according to the interventions selected in the previous phase.R2. DESIGN OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL TOOL ""APP"";The second of the intellectual products that the project intends to develop is the technological tool through which the training contents will be compiled and the access to them will be enabled. R3.DEVELOPMENT OF PILOT TESTS (MANUAL / PROTOCOL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TESTS) AND PROJECT EVALUATION REPORT; The authors of this proposal document consider that an initiative such as the one proposed must be evaluated. In this sense, it is as relevant to design and apply a series of contents and tools as it is to measure the impact they have had on the groups to which they have been applied.<< Results >>The project aims to achieve a number of outcomes, the main ones being:- Firstly, the design of a set of digital training contents (phase 1.B - intellectual product 1.B) in the field of home care. This set of contents will be stratified in the different professional profiles involved in home care. As will be detailed later, this first result will depend on a previous task (phase 1.A - intellectual product 1.A) aimed at determining the most critical/priority interventions/actions in the field of home care, and which, therefore, require a greater capacity of the professionals who must carry them out.- Secondly, to provide these contents with a format that is easy to access and understand. The aim is to avoid theoretical/conceptual contents and generate contents of an eminently practical nature that allow, in a short period of time, the generation of skills among professionals and, in this way, achieve an action/care for users that really optimises the process by addressing their particular needs and taking into account the characteristics and peculiarities of their environment.- Thirdly, the design and use of a technological tool (application / ""app"") that will be installed on the mobile devices (phones / tablets) of the professionals involved in the process (phase 2 - intellectual product 2). This tool will:o It will act, on the one hand, as a training repository of contents aimed at home care professionals.o On the other hand, it will play the role of ""support"" during the stage prior to the visit and during the visit itself. This function will be developed through a selection and prioritisation of contents linked to the characteristics and health and social needs of the users/patients to be visited. To achieve this, a geo-referencing process will be used which, taking these characteristics into account, will provide the professional with a set of specific, non-generalist contents which can be accessed, as mentioned above, both before and during the visit, if necessary.- Fourthly (phase 3 - intellectual product 3): evaluating the impact (gaining knowledge) in terms of the use of the contents and the tool by the professionals (specifying aspects such as: degree of usefulness of the contents and the tool, new skills acquired by the professionals or degree of satisfaction of the users/patients after having received the visits in which the tool will have been used - compared to previous experiences in which the tool was not available). Also, as part of the process, it is expected to have the tools / mechanisms to be able to proceed to this evaluation with the development of ""pilot tests"" (Manual / protocol for conducting and evaluating pilot tests). In this way, and taking into account the results that have been pointed out, the project aspires to:- To have professionals, linked to the care modality of home care, with a greater capacity. This capacity is proposed as eminently practical and focused on care praxis (i.e. not linked to purely theoretical/conceptual contents).- By means of this capacity, the aim is to achieve a higher quality of care for the user insofar as a response focused on their needs would be offered, taking into account the characteristics and peculiarities of their environment.- This quality would be the result of professional action that would avoid duplication, ambiguities and transaction costs that are usually linked to repetitive or inappropriate actions as well as consultations (with other professionals or external documentary resources)."

BIM is the maximum expression of what the new technologies can give us and how we can include BIM training in a transversal way in the different formations and specializations, from Architecture and Engineering to Business Management or Art...yes because technologies like BIM can be applied in Art; rehabilitation of historical buildings, of artistic spaces or recovery of the historical heritage. Is it being introduced into university education? University professors and department Managers and Director are aware that the BIM should be known and included in a large part of university curricula and students should leave with this training. The collaborative leadership of the BIM is aware about the main task of the BIM systema and network: implement the social and collaborative environment for the community to provide the data flow. If the students understand it and know it, we can build a useful network sistem in the european universities. The aim of this project is to address the redefinition of a new paradigm related to the training of students and professors that are working and studing on topics related to Specialities related with BIM use. The knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the big opportunity that we try to analyze how to introduce in one transversal way in different university areas and related labour market.
