"In this project, the six schools(primary and secondary schools //students 9-16 years old//)from different 6 countries, are planning to implement new innovative approaches in Music and English education such as the Kodály-El Sistema approach and CLIL method. The international coordinator has research about El Sistema. They have eager and open mind teachers who are trained in the methodology. The El Sistema approach will be studied by partner school music teachers, because it is more than a music program, it is about changing lives through music. El Sistema's approach to music education emphasizes intensive ensemble participation from the earliest stages, group learning, peer teaching and a commitment to keeping the joy and fun of music learning and music-making ever-present. Moreover, the CLIL methods will be implemented by the English and Music teachers under the guide of English teachers. We have formed a partnership who are into reaching the objectives:-The project will increase the interest to play music together and at a high level.-It will create a growing interest in communicating with the six countries' students and teachers.-Interest in particularly English will increase.-Interest and curiosity for both the domestic and the other country's cultural treasures will increase.-Music-making together and playing in ensembles will increase.-The use of digital media for communication, to express artistic presentations and information will increase.-Accessibility and Inclusion will increase, based on El Sistema's valuation theory.-Students will start to use ICT(mobile phones and tablets) as education tools inside Kodaly Approach.Teachers will be role models concerning using the technology consciously-Target audience as learner will gain interesting knowledge under the new innovative method(CLIL).-Awareness between various subject(especially English) teachers about having music interest will be created.-The students will organize school and field trips to the local and national music groups, clubs and companies.-The students will learn what kind of social problems that El-Sistema helps to solve.-A new course unit(demo) of Music&English lessons will propose to Education Authority and Major.-Students will prepare Brochures/posters and deliver to the local schools, music centers, municipality, city/town public institutions. Thus it will help to raise the level of awareness. The partner schools have collaboration with other schools from the region and the Symphony Orchestra. The music teachers are will be trained in implementing the Kodály-approach, which has longlasting traditions in the region. For Kodály, folk music was the inspiration, as well as the musical basis, for many of the compositions. Kodály was determined to reform the teaching of music and to make it an integral part of the education of every pupil. The Kodály music education is more philosophy about the role of music in society and in the lives of children, than a ""method"" of music instruction. Further, the aim is to instill within each pupil a love of music based on knowledge and understanding, stemming from first-hand, active music-making experiences, beginning with childhood chants, folk songs, and singing games. In the project, we are planning workshops and conferences for Music and English teachers, also for students and a music festival with the participation of MultiCultural school students in partner country(ies). The students and teachers will experience and see how El Sistema works in host countries, how Kodály is implemented in Music and English Education with the CLIL method in the institutions and they will study authentic folk music and learn folk dances at the Final festival. We also finger another new subject ""music therapy""; uses music, sounds and noises as innovative forms of self-expression to empower the efficiency of the communication with the others. Enforcing personal self-esteem, music therapy becomes also a strong mean to raise awareness about who you are, to look for personal wellbeing and, in consequence, to motivate actions and re-actions in order to address a common benefit. Our project will culminate in one joint concert in Latvia. A DVD and a booklet of best practices will be made about the experiences, to share with other partners. The project will increase the interest to play music together and at a high level in the ensemble, can increase interest in folk music from other countries, and can demonstrate methods to link the different regions of Europe through music."

Our project deals with three main objectives, including the environment, community life and active cooperation of everyone to create suitable humane conditions for everyday interpersonal communication with emphasis on long term and active use in the future. All objectives mentioned above go hand in hand with healthy lifestyle. This fact is based on the fact assumption that every person who both maintains healthy lifestyle, and holds positive attitude to his body and finds it necessary to be profoundly interested in his environment. The main purpose of this report/text is to suggest/ indicate a possible interactive approach to this specific problematics and moreover to find the most fitting and elegant way to provide the solution of the environmental issues. At the same time we would like to give an outline of the project organisation and summary of its targets. The environmental protection has been considered to be in the public interest for long decades. Media in all countries deal with environmental issues and heavily influence the public debate on this problematics. Despite this, environmental progress has been rather slow, which leads to general frustration and helplessness causing anxiety and despair. Many people believe that majority of political statements, related to troubling issues concerning the natural environment, serve as a way to gain favour with their voters. This gives the general impression that the top-down reforms being implemented will not lead to the desired result to fix the environmental problematics. However, the real question is how individual can contribute to improve our environment and what impact his activity can have. The sooner the person becomes acquainted with various forms of environmental protection , the better results he will be able to achieve. Our project tries to motivate students to implement concrete steps for the improvement of environmental issues we would like to focus on. We believe that inculcating the environmental values among secondary school students will bear fruit in the future. One form that benefits the environment is so-called plogging. It is an eco-friendly fitness trend where people pick up litters while jogging. Students can set the routes on their own, we will organise a competition between the schools involved. The main goal of this competition is to have the longest running route with the largest amount of litters collected at once. These litters will be sorted out, recycled and also weighed. The reason of this activity is simple. Students will have a concrete idea to which extent they contributed to environmental protection and at the same time they will experience for themselves how much rubbish is in their surroundings. As part of this activity, partner schools will participate in promotion of World Cleanup Day on September, 21st.Another aspect of the project is recycling. Students will be recycling some waste materials that can be still usable. They will work with worn out clothes, plastic or glass bottles. The main purpose of this activity is to get acquainted with the options of recycling in partner cities or implement new ideas with the help of local authorities. Another phase of recycling is practical use of recycled materials. It is possible to make new products from them and these products will serve for a long time. Students will come up with new ideas of materials to process and will put the production of new products into practice ( either they will make new products themselves or they will address some companies dealing with this problematics – within the project students will not only get acquainted with the existence of recycling – oriented companies but they will also analyse the price list of services offered by them ).The research part of this area will be focused on work with waste. Moreover, students will concentrate on analysis of the waste produced by themselves. The results measurements will be compared and evaluated within the project discussion. All students of partner schools will be informed about the results of others and on the basis of common cooperation they will make an effort leading to improvement.Partner schools will point out some of the environmental issues occuring in their surroundings and support students with the help of local authorities to get engaged in their remedy . The environmental issues list will be discussed and later approved by all partner schools. The main objective is to take a closer look at environmental problematics in the partner cities and what steps are being made to improve the environment.
