<< Objectives >>Project objectives:-improved skills and knowledge of trainers for preventing and tackling discrimination in the context of the pandemic through anti-discrimination training for trainees;--Improved skills and knowledge of the trainees for anti-discrimination and tackling discriminatory practices (direct and indirect, due to xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, intolerance, prejudice, stereotypes) through prosocial action.-Promoting diversity, inclusion, equality, tolerance, non-discrimination.<< Implementation >>Activities: 1. Development of Research and analysis of the origin of the methods and the orientation of the discriminatory practices among trainees and trainers; 2 . Development of a Training program for prevention and tackling of discrimination; 3. Project management and implementation;4. Transnational meeting in Bulgaria with 2 participants of each organization;4. Multiplier events - 2 in Bulgaria (the first with 52 local participants and the second with 20 international participants).<< Results >>-Effective management structure; -Effective implementation, planning, and reporting of project activities and costs; -Reaching the planned objectives; -Promoted tolerance, inclusion, equality, diversity, and non-discrimination; -Improving sensitivity toward discrimination;- Promoting prosocial action; -Achieving motivation for non-discrimination at the VET sector; -Improving key competencies and skills of VET experts; - Prevent discriminatory practices among VET trainees and trainers.

<< Objectives >>The project aims to improve the competencies and knowledge of youth workers to build a positive image of their profession. Its goals are to respond to the need for new methods for the prevention of risks in social networks, cyberbullying, and to support the development of high-quality skills in the field of digital safety and non-violent communication.
